• smorelm (7/5): Opción correcta para Zermatt - Cama cómoda. El mejor precio que conseguí en Zermatt. Es posible cocinarse. Difícil de encontrar. No hay que seguir mapa, ni el link de localización de las indicaciones que te envían, porque te dirige mal y te hace subir más cuestas aún. Hay que seguir el texto tal cual, lo que no es fácil considerando que hay que verlo en el celular, cargado de valijas y con nombres de calles en alemán. Deberian redactar mejor las indicaciones con tips claros de seguir y no un gran texto.
• Chih Ling (9/5): 非常好！很推薦！住在裡面的這三天我都感到舒適放鬆 - 我覺得住宿須知的連結頁面非常用心，一目瞭然有條理的呈現房內介紹、周邊介紹等等。房間的軟裝讓人覺得很舒服，溫暖的色調配上美景讓人感到放鬆。床鋪跟枕頭也很舒服讓人很快入睡！ 如果是拖著大行李箱會有較不方便的地方是： ①路途中有些上坡路比較小，移動比較困難且吃力 ②房間比較小，打開行李箱有點難度 不過以上都是將行李箱換成背包就可以解決的！
• John (8/5): Nice Place...All in all. - The studio is located a 15 minute walk to the city center. The bed is comfortable. The water pressure is good. The building is quiet. The host is responsive, by email, or text The tv does not work and the wifi is shared, so it is very slow...1/4 Mbps at times... but reliable.
• Madalina (7/5): - Location is close to the main train station and the studio has all the facilities that you need. There wasn't too much space to move around for 2 people and the bed linen could have been cleaner and fresher as they smelled like they were used.

• Charlotte (5/5): A but of hard to climbs up and down but was fair. - Heating was good. Staff were friendly and responded message fast. Location was very hard with luggage especially in snowy days. Towels were with strong smoke smells. Kettle was burned and broken.

• Masae (3/5): とても残念 - 今までにも何軒か同じような宿泊施設を利用したが、いろいろな点で残念だった。設備についての説明や道順などはすべてスマホで情報を得る必要がある。その説明も長い。特にこの施設を見つけるまでの説明と部屋を見つけて入るまでの説明が長すぎる。鍵ボックスを見つけるのもボックスを開けるのにも一苦労。部屋は狭く、窓からの景色もいいわけではない。ボディシャンプーもなく、コーヒーメーカーはあるが、コーヒーのカプセルは1つも置いていない。2泊したが紅茶が5袋あるのみ。調味料は塩がたくさんあったが、油などはいつから使っているのかと思うような状態。ＷｉＦｉの接続も途切れることがよくあり、問い合わせをしたら、私の宿泊した部屋は電波が弱いという返答のみ。 あと少し料金を払えば、もっと良いところに宿泊できたのではないかという思いが湧いてきた。Tax.の支払いなどに関しての確認と同じぐらいの真剣さで施設備品面の改善に取り組んでくれたらと思った。

• Wenjiang (8/5): - Although it is a little far from train station by foot, however we have a wonderful look at sunset on Matterhorn The room is very small for two people, and appliances seem very old

• James (5/5): - Good location not too far from the train station. Bathroom light didn't work, owner came to try and fix it but were unable to and didn't provide any apology. Room was a bit small for two people as well, and some of the other lights were without globes/also weren't working.

• Richard (9/5): Zermatt is a crowded, bustling, very expensive town. This is a peaceful, comfortable place to stay - Easy walk from train station. Clean, comfortable studio apartment. Small space, but manageable for two.

• Mika (7/5): The cheapest place I could find in Zermatt.... - Bottom line: for the Zermatt area, this is a totally acceptable stay for those on a "budget." The studio is VERY quaint, even with low expectations, I had underestimated its size. The little setup for the kitchen worked fine. Shower was hot with good pressure. Overall, in most other places, the price they charge is absurd for what you get. However here in Zermatt it seems like if you want the typical amenities that you may get at an Airbnb or hotel, you'd need to pay at least double or triple.

• Yael (9/5): Superb - It really felt like home Comfortable bed and pillow, good shower, good heating They really provided every kitchen tool you need I had trouble finding it at first The last part of the way is very steep. With luggage when everything slippery- it’s quite difficult. There was a problem with the key box when I arrived but once I found a guy who could call them they answered immediately and we solved it together.

• An (10/5): Cosy and Comfortable - The studio is complete with cooking appliances, comfortable bed and clean toilet. Note that the walk to the studio is a bit steep. None.
