Guest Reviews
- Righton Ray David (9/5): It was awesome - Unfortunately I left very early 5AM and did not have breakfast. Like everything
- Phokedi (7/5): -
- DML15 (1/5): I was stranded because my booking was sold and I was not contacted about this. Got locked out -
- nkomo (9/5): Great place keep it up - The place is clean, and the 3 ladies are always busy making sure everything is fine. They are always smiling and made me feel very comfortable, and the beds are comfortable too. The place is safe, very close to the CBD, malls, etc All good, however maybe provide two towels instead of one, one big body towel, and any other size for the other.
- Botshelo (6/5): -
- Angeline (1/5): - it was very difficult to locate, we ended up looking for another place to sleep
- Renate (7/5): Waren zufrieden. Personal sehr freundlich - Lage sehr gut Zimmer etwas klein. Parkplätze zu wenig
- kedisang (7/5): My stay was just fine, nothing to write home about honestly - The location is perfect as it is only a few kilometres from the City Centre, public transport is not a challenge also. The aircon was not working, using a fan had me catching flu

- Prosper (7/5): Very clean and decent place suitable for overnight stay - Its centrally located The price was a bit on the high side for a place that’s not providing breakfast
- Jeanette (8/5): Very good -
- Malebogo (7/5): Good - The bed was very comfortable There was only one small yellow towel
- Lexie (7/5): Good - Like
If you have taken a bus from Zimbabwe to Francistown- and you dropped off at the petrol station at the mall, you walk to the hotel- it's about 5-10 mins.
A taxi is about 33.00 Pula
The property is in a very good location- about 5 mins up the road and turn left and cross over- then you can access all the malls. The bus rank for local buses and taxis is there.
Hot water, TV channels, free access to tea, milk and sugar.
The Staff are friendly, welcoming and caring.
Staff willingness to help and assist with information about local transport, places etc.
The hotel kept our bags after checking out- they were very HELPFUL!
Walkable to local sites- Creasta Hotel (great hotel) for nice presented foods with diversity, even for Plant-based/vegans.
Dislikes
The power goes off in the area and the hotel needs to invest in a back generator for the guests.
The door the shower needs to be fixed and the door for the door between the bedroom and the bathroom, let's the water from the bathroom into the room.
- Qubekani (7/5): Good -
- Kamwendo (1/5): Bad -
- Matizanadzo (7/5): It was good - Did not have breakfast Electrical cables
- Ryan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ncube (2/5): Very poor -
- Maoba (9/5): Superb -
- Barnabas (7/5): Generally it was a pleasant stay. - The staff was friendly, good security and clean. The refrigerator wasn’t working properly, no soap in the rooms, no kitchen to buy food from
- Oosthuizen (7/5): Good - Spotlights outside the room does not provide for a dark room during the nights.
- Harold (6/5): Pleasant -
- More (7/5): Good -
- Regina (1/5): I did not say bcos of unavailability of the rooms I booked - Nothing because I did not stay there. I was told that the rooms I booked were fully booked and that the updated on the system is outdated. The only available room had no celling😭 Nothing
- Donnel (1/5): Bad -
- Udo (7/5): Good - The place was overbooked, so they brought me to another guesthouse at the edge of town. My ratings therefore only refer to the guesthouse where I stayed.
- Thuso (8/5): Very good -
- Gary (6/5): Pleasant -
- Lesang (2/5): i didnt come because they said the lodge is full - i booked online but when i contacted the Property ,they said there was no booking and the price is not P420 as quoted online it is P590,
- Róbert (8/5): Very good -
- Mothate (1/5): Bad - the management chose to cancel my booking without them calling or contacting me on the day.So unprofessional lack of professionalism

- Derek (4/5): Unfortunately, will not make use of them again. - No Breakfast were served.
With no plugs ate least the receptionist borrowed her plug to him. The lights were not working and there was no plugs that could be used.
Payment needed to be done via eft.
Surely if they are part of Booking.com payment must be available to be made through booking.com
- Greg (8/5): Very good - There was no breakfast available, which is why they didn't score higher. Not good to market yourself as a B&B and then tell clients that you no longer do breakfast! Quieter aircon and a quieter main gate that disturbed us when opened for other quests in the early morning
- Kelly (8/5): its was a quaint place with friendly staff - proximity to bus rank nothing
