• Rizza (10/5): We had an amazing stay, the host was lovely when we requested for an extra fan they brought it over the next day. Lovely - The location was perfect, on-site parking was hassle-free, the place was clean. The bed was too soft for our liking.
• Claus (1/5): Avoid staying here as it’s cheap and nasty, don’t be fooled by the good photos - Close to Southbank Where do I start. Wasn’t cleaned properly. On arrival found out that the tv had been stolen , apparently the cleaner may have left the sliding glass door open. Needless to stay didn’t feel safe staying there. The fan remote holder fell off the wall when we went to use it. There are multiple obvious spots in the house that need repairing. The aircon didn’t work properly and made my wife cough a lot so I checked the filters and they were disgusting! Looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years so I cleaned them and the aircon worked well after and the coughing stopped. The communication was relatively poor when I complained about the issues, everything was minimised and I felt like I was dealing with an AI robot. I asked for a partial refund on our stay but that was refused. Some of the blinds don’t work properly. The beds are cheap and not comfy. In fact everything in that apartment looks like it has been done on the cheap

• Kim (10/5): - The host was absolutely fantastic—communication was quick, clear, and super helpful throughout the entire stay. I especially appreciated the detailed instructions provided before check-in; they made everything seamless and stress-free. From directions to check-out steps, every detail was thoughtfully covered. It’s rare to find hosts who are this organised and responsive. Highly recommend!

• Anna (5/5): Passable - The photos of the apartment caught my attention It's pretty clean Very close to a busy road. Noise. There is no elevator. It was a little scary looking for an entrance in the dark. Very uncomfortable mattresses. A dark apartment with a low ceiling. A completely different impression than in the photo. I'm glad I didn't book a week's stay right away.

• Sophie (7/5): A good short stay for a family! - The apartment was large and great for a family stay. They layout of the property was good, and there was lots of space. Having a washing machine made it helpful also. A big plus you can have pets stay here. The host was lovely and checked in during the stay. The apartment complex itself was quite unkept, and I'm sure it was not the host's fault. However, I would suggest that the host make some simple upgrades. For example, towels, linen, cutlery, etc., could all be improved as they are very cheap and thin. The beds were also very uncomfortable. The apartment itself could also do with a nice spring clean.
• Tarun (1/5): Dirty unclean stay brisbane - The kichen set up and the items provided in Kitchen. Bedrooms. Unclean bedsheets with stains. Cob webs around property. Dirty fans, broken toilet rails. Dirty carpets and couch. Dirty toilets and washing machine. There is a long list and zi gave photos if you need one. The property was overpriced based on how it was maintained. Booking.com should blacklist this property.

• Nicholas (6/5): Stress free and easy. - Pleasant and relaxing. Beds we’re pretty bad to sleep on. Not a great deal of kitchenware. Microwave wasn’t the greatest either. But I’m saying that, we have stayed in a lot worse than that.

• Lea (1/5): Would not recommend. - Beds were clean and comfortable. Location was not the nicest and lots of traffic noise. The property was unclean and stunk when we arrived and we suffered through 2 nights of faulty smoke alarms in both the bedrooms. Outside area was unusable. The couch was wet and mouldy our whole stay (5 nights out of the 10 we had booked). The property did send a cleaner and maintenance on the first morning at our request but was inconvenient. The maintenance person only fixed one smoke alarm and obviously did not check the others for faults and we had to ask the cleaner to clean the things we had noticed. We later found thick dust and rubbing under the beds and couch.
