• Dane (7/5): Nice tidy place close to town - The locality cleanliness Bin were overflowing and I was asked to put them out 2 air conditioning did not work.
• Anne (3/5): disappointing - location secure parking poor communication regarding a need to alter dates due to a death in the family cobwebs and spiders general lack of cleanliness bathroom lacked shower screen or curtain leaving floor wet and hazardous bathroom door was difficult to shut, lounge blinds could not be fully closed, bedroom blinds seemed to be off track most of the kitchen cutlery seems to have gone missing meaning dishes needed to be washed by hand in order to be reused

• Richard (7/5): Good - facilities being close to police station and sirens going off during the night, the mattress and pillows where extremely hard

• Clare (9/5): Loved staying here and wished we could stay longer. Great location, very close to the town centre. - Great location, close to the Botanic Gardens and easy walk into town.

• Jose (6/5): Has potential but needs attention to details - The house is well decorated and has a good vibe to it. Nice products in the bathroom. Met the owner and he was quite pleasant, but I don’t think he is the person managing the property. There was accumulated dust in a lot of places. The router for wifi wasn’t working. They made me wait until they gave me the code for the key when that should have been done before I arrived to the property. The check in time was after three pm I only got the code around 6 pm.

• Fleur (9/5): A fantastic 2 bedroom house to stay in, located in a quiet location. Loved our stay. Would definitely recommend and retu - Good size, quiet location, all the facilities that we needed. Front door hard to open. Air conditioning in lounge didn’t work. heat light in bathroom wouldn’t turn off. weeds. cobwebs and some spiders in house.
