• Shaqeel (5/5): If we had walked into a clean place it sets the mood to a good start for a holiday,it was my kids first beach holiday an - The location was great to beach and shops Falsely advertised on booking.com that it’s pet free,hence the reason we chose this place(child allergic to pet hairs ).When we walked in it looked like it had not been cleaned ,there was pet hairs everywhere on the floors,couch ,black towels .We had to use extra linen to cover couches ,and some family needed to take antihistamines.Pets are fine but please don’t falsely advertise as this can be a reason people decide to choose a place.The price we paid for 2 nights we at least expect a clean place to walk into .Internet kept cutting off and modem had to be started again and again,which is frustrating when you have kids who have devices.

• Faye (5/5): Over priced and unhelpful host. - Good heating system for a daughter old home. Location. Host. We informed host that the dishwasher wasn't working, TV outdated and dongle not provided and we couldn't log into personal accounts as stated in guest book. Andy the host stated the dishwasher is temperamental but offer no instructions on how to use. He did offer the cleaning fee back however we haven't received this and had no confirmation from booking.com that this will be refunded. When I emailed concerns that the matle wasn't securely attached to the wall and is a safety concern, he texted that we vacate the property immediately. When I phoned him, he stated I "picked the place to pieces" everyone else has given it a 5 star review and the property sits with a 4.6 star rating" implying that we were picking when our concerns were valid. He also stated "I have to phoned the owner and calm her down" He clearly isn't maintaining the property to standard it should be especiallyconsidering we paid nearly $3000 off peak for 4 nights. I could go on and on about this, with details of howvthings things weren't up to standard but ultimately the host isn't ensuring things are maintained in the way they should be and trying to blame us when we express our concerns.
• Marcus (6/5): Great location however a few small issues that if were corrected would have made for a perfect stay. - Great Location, comfortably slept 11 people. Fridge was far too small for amount of occupants, Light fixtures not working in bathroom. Some areas not as clean as expected given what was spent on stay. Some issues were known to exist prior to our stay.

• Jodi (10/5): Feeling refreshed after our stay. - It had a fresh feel about it. Quaint but a great layout. Bedrooms were comfy and clean. Easy to find and parking provided. Nothing we need to mention.
