- Branco (6/5): - The property was perfectly located within Athens and the communication for the reservation was perfect. The apartment is a good value for money. However the showes didn’t close, the showerhead couldn’t be attached to the wall, a doorhandle was missing and overall there were lights not working.

- Yoan (1/5): Completely unacceptable – I demand a refund. - Absolutely nothing about this stay was okay. First of all, the key was not at the location they said it would be. I waited over an hour with no response to my messages. It was clear they had forgotten to place the key box and only responded after they had time to go and put it there. I have photo evidence with time and date to prove this. The apartment itself was disgustingly dirty. One of the toilets was broken, one of the shower doors was missing, which meant the bathrooms flooded every time someone took a shower. Even worse – the bedroom door had no handle, meaning you couldn’t close it properly, and if you did, you couldn’t open it from the inside. That’s not just inconvenient – it’s unsafe. There wasn’t even a single bottle of water in the fridge. And more importantly – there was no soap at all. Not even one. That’s unhygienic and unacceptable. This entire stay was a waste of time and money. I am requesting a full or partial refund, and if I don’t receive a proper response, I will escalate this through Booking support. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

- Dawn (7/5): We were comfortable enough but a new couch, shower doors and mat and a few kitchen tools could make this place very good - Bedrooms were spacious , clean and comfortable Drivers said not to walk at night. Shower doors didn’t work , no mats and very slippery. Kitchen poorly set min cutlery, pots and dishes. Otherwise good apartment.
