• Abbey (1/5): Absolutely awful. Prison. - Nothing The place is the scariest place I’ve stayed in. Their photos are deceiving. Bars on every window, Got locked out and have sent 8 messages throughout 3 days but no reply.
• Tony (5/5): - frying pan needs throwing out, heaps of steak knives but little other cutlery, for a 14 night stay not enough towels, toilet paper, soap, no dishwashing powder, dishwashing cloth needed throwing out. the appliances worked well and there was plenty of space - the place just needs some TLC. communication lacking.
• Denise (5/5): Very average - The place is spacious with kitchen, laundry, a second shower and toilet Insufficient parking with a lack of signage. Excessive mould and general uncleanness of the shower. The mattress is had no support and you could feel the springs digging into you.

• Garry (6/5): - Simple appartment that suited our needs. Good sized spaces for each of the rooms. Overall cleanliness was ok for the unit. The single beds in the second room were comfortable. The only cooling for the unit was one fan that only had basic function as it was damaged. There was no other cooling and with no front screen door we were not able to get any air flow through the unit. The master bedroom bed frame was broken and uncomfortable. The onsuite has mould throughout the shower area and some in other parts. The Keysafe for the unit had the code already entered, anyone could have entered the property prior to our arrival.

• Jessica (1/5): Best part was leaving - Leaving Property nothing like described, disgusting condition there was fluffy mould growing in the bathrooms to the point I told my children to wear their slip on shoes in the shower and not to touch anything. Mould all on the tiles and window seals even in the pump soap which was on the vanity. Front door smashed and boarded up which didn’t feel secure at all. Rat traps at the front door and the main bed frame was broken snapped in half at the end and only one bath towel provided on the double bed. I reached out to the property manager the very first morning of our stay and it has been 4 days with still no reply. Assuming they were aware of the condition of this property.

• Carlos (3/5): Worried as there was no security and bad bad facilities - Not much The double bed was bad we got in and both myself and my wife rolled down into the middle of the mattress as it sunk in the middle really bad nights of sleep, the pillow where like rocks. The bathrooms both had mild in the tile grout which is bad for me as an asthmatic and my wife who had surgery not long ago. Kitchen utensils and cupboards all oily the tea towels stink of fried oil the on-suit in main bedroom the sisters liked water all the time we had to turn water off to stop water going on floor. The front door had no security locked the locks where been held by tiny little screws and the unit is not new building is from the 50’s with an old renovation which looks at least 5 years old everything in this unit needs attention not suitable to house people the way it is there is no front door security screens and some windows don’t have fly screens. Really disappointed.

• Bunty (5/5): Good location. The quality of the b&b was in keeping with the price we paid. - The location was good for getting into city and around. The front bathroom needs a decent clean, to remove the mould. Was rather dirty. The oven door does not shut properly. Was rather cold upon entry to property, with only small heaters to warm up rooms, perhaps a couple of throw rugs in lounge, even a couple of cushions on lounge to make it a bit more comfortable. Stayed for three nights, only had one small towel per person, an extra towel each would not be missed. Wifi didn’t work the majority of the time.
• Darren R (6/5): Fix up locks, second bed and stop charging more than Unit 4 upstairs...a superior room for much less - Internet was very good. TV had Prime which is also good to kick back with. Location is good. The front door and especially the lock is broken, and a pane of glass has a semi-permanant looking repair as if they are going to leave it like that. Felt unsafe. The actual lock wobbles. I suspect a thief could break it with a fair push. Also, the key lock password did not work on our exit. Thank god it was not on our entry. My bed was very creaky and lumpy.

• Natasa (4/5): Disappointing - Spacious and renovated The heating was inadequate. Very very cold and terribly inconsiderate considering the costs. Random variety of small heaters (some broken) that did not do much to keep us warm. Do not reccomend staying here in winter. I got really sick and left with a cold/chest infection. The fan in the bathroom does nothing and heating bathroom function appears broken. Beds uncomfortable. No response for earlier check in until i called multiple times. Dirty floors, bathroom did not appear very clean. Oven door broken. Blinds in one of the bedroom broken/not rolling up as they should be. Bars on all the windows. Cheap furniture and decore. Not impressed. 3/10. Would consider 700 max per week for this property. Ripped off. Photos misleading.
• Debbie (5/5): Our stay was ok. - It was nicely presented. The main shower was a nice size. The door lock was an absolute pain especially when you have arrived at 11.30 at night. It was very difficult to open so had to use the lock box.
• Shanil (1/5): Apartment from the location, the apartment was below average and the property management team always missed the mark in - It was located close to the nearest Westfield mall and train station, spacious and had 2 separate bathrooms The apartment provided a washer but no dryer to dry clothes. The heaters in the apartment weren’t working and it was a miserable situation in the cold weather. The property management team failed to address the heater issue until the second last day of our 7 day stay. The towels were not changed and neither was the apartment serviced throughout our stay. No additional bin liners were provided.

• Yahya (10/5): Apartment with ideal location - The location is ideal. The apartment is located on the ground floor and the Bus stop is just nearby, within walking distance. The area feel calm. China town is about 2 km away and many food restaurants can be found. Although the house is a bit old at the outside, the interior has been refurbished for it to look new and attractive. However, there are things that can be improved more.

• Simone (8/5): Overall the apt size is what we needed and location was central for our needs - Big rooms and enough space There was no proper air con as it was unfortunately the hottest weekend in sydney which was bad timing, screen doors and windows weren't very good, blinds didn't work well in the 2nd bedroom.
• Justin (1/5): Don’t stay here, Save your money go elsewhere. - Had a roof. That’s about it. Most misleading photos ever. Had broken tv that took 3.5 days to get it replaced. The owner thought getting it replaced was compensation so nothing to compensate for 3.5 days in bnb . Exposed wire behind tv. Grime over the retractable blinds. Only 1 fire alarm in whole property. Dodgy door which had a board over what was broken window. Rips in both couches. 1 small fan not even suitable enough for a small office for a room where 2 adults were sleeping. No fan in lounge, kitchen living room. Bathroom with visible mould . No tea towel or dish cloth.. now has them as we had to waste our money on them and left them there. No wine glasses as shown in picture. Only small glasses. Photos are way old. No numbers on parking on concrete as shown in photo. Cars parking where they like even though very hard to access from rd. Over grown glass in backyard that was a shared space not like depicted in photos and nothing like shown in photos. Oven door didn’t close properly so couldn’t cook in it. Rusted toilet brush . Wifi that continues to cut out. by the way the only way to watch the tv. So tv constantly cuts out as it’s only online. No aerial at all. Absolute tip of place. Wouldn’t recommend it on my worst enemy for the price they are charging
• Anston (2/5): Very, very disappointed with the cleanliness and supplies that go with a B&B. - The location was very convenient and the beds were comfortable. Easy access to food shops etc. We were very, very disappointed with the presentation of the apartment. I have pics which I can include for your perusal. 1. The entrance to the apartment was dirty. 2. There were cobwebs and leaves on the window sills. 3. The main bathroom tiles had lots of grime on them. 4. WiFi plugged in the kitchen was dirty. 5. Friday was a 36 degree day and fans did not work. Fans were very dirty & had to be cleaned before use but were not effective. The big Exhaust fan in main bedroom did not blow cool air. Tower fan in the lounge does not oscillate. Works on one-speed but does not blow cool air. 6. TV was broken & did not work. The screen has been damaged. This was reported to the CP by mobile on arrival. 7. No food-cover for Microwave. Smells of curry when opened. 8. No paper towels, no T towels, no scourers. 9. No drainer for plates or cutlery. 10 No built-in wardrobe space in both bedrooms. 11. No exhaust fan in 2nd bathroom. 12. The toilet brush holder was rusted and looked too dirty to touch. 12 No mirrors in either bedroom which made it inconvenient for a lady to dress.

There was also a domestic violence issue in one of the attached units which attracted the police. A very uncomfortable situation that was quite scary!! • Surinder (5/5): Passable - It is very old apartment which is fully renovated. It is neat. The property is located on very busy road in Sydney. There is a lot of traffic noise from the road. It is very hard to have good sleep as windows do little to stop traffic noise disturbance. Could not sleep well.

• Kristy (6/5): Pleasant - It was comfortable and the ensuite shower was lovely! The main shower leaked terribly all into the bathroom, so much so we had to get a mop and bucket to clean it up. I’ve given this as feedback to the manager. I had to phone and request more towels, pillow cases and doona covers because there weren’t enough for the number of people I had said we’re staying. I have to say that the person I spoke to was helpful and resolved this problem straight away.

• Dardan (4/5): The unit had very high potential but unfortunately wasn't maintained. - The unit is renovated had two bathrooms and the kitchen appliances were very new It was not mentioned, it had soo much dust, spider webs, mould and the fan of the kitchen was full of dust. If you have asthma don't even bother with this property. We told the owner that we will be 6 guest and when we arrived there were couches but no blankets or pillows for two guests. We opened this drawer in the entry corridor and there were some dirty blankets and with them there were someone clothes and hair brush.

• Shahid (7/5): Nice and spacious but cold house - The staff was excellent and booking was easy. The house was clean. We booked for 2 adults and 4 children, there wasn't any central heating or big heaters, only 2 small room heaters, we needed a third heater as nights were cold.2 Kids were not sleeping comfortably because of cold night. We were expecting 1 bed for each kid, there were two beds with nice bedding and two sofa bed in the lounge with less bedding available in the storage, we had to buy a blanket from shop.

• Liam (1/5): AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Do not trust the pictures (or the description) - Avoid this place at all costs. It's an absolute nightmare. The filth is beyond disgusting, and there's not a single heater in sight so you're left to freeze. The TV and washing machine were faulty and the main shower leaks into the hallway. The owner was completely unresponsive and dismissive of our numerous calls for help. There is mould throughout the property and the paper-thin walls make sleeping a challenge. Disgraceful. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away.
• Toklar (5/5): Great location and wonderful host helps with whatever you need but downfall - Location and host Wifi doesn't work in this unit, no heaters in this unit it was freezing and there isn't a Ariel for the tv and doesn't work without internet so had to hotspot off my phone and spent $80 for data and went through it all hours before I checked out

• Ilaria (1/5): Bad - We had some problems during our stay. The first day the stove didn’t work, the second day there wasn’t hot water so we had to take a cold shower. We tried to call the owner several times but he didn’t answer and he didn’t resolve the problems. I won’t suggest this property.

• Angela (7/5): Good - The location was very convenient for us. Plenty of lovely hot water The cleaners had missed part of the second bathroom. There was long black hair in the shower and washing powder spilt beside the washing machine. Some shoves were dusty.

Kitchen vessels were not absolutely good..... very untidy plates and glasses took long time to clean up for our use but should say kitchen was very clean only the utilities inside the cupboard was mess.
