Mezz'ora prima di arrivare in hotel, e precisamente quando il taxi ci stava accompagnando, mi arriva un messaggio su booking dove dicono che la mia prenotazione è stata cancellata dalla struttura. Contattato la struttura mi dicono invece che la prenotazione è stata cancellata da me (chissà perché). Quando dico che non ho cancellato io la prenotazione mi dicono che c'è una camera ancora a disposizione ma non della categoria che avevo inizialmente prenotato bensì di una categoria inferiore e considerato il periodo festivo il prezzo che avrei dovuto pagare era più alto . Nel frattempo mi chiedono pure di decidere in fretta di accettare le loro condizioni. Ovviamente allo stesso prezzo proposto ho alloggiato presso un hotel di categoria superiore che ho dovuto prenotare sul momento. Considerata inoltre l'enorme barriera linguistica, direi veramente male.

• Joanna Maria (10/5): This place is perfect! - The first thing you notice is the place where hotel is located - on old street with few parks and river around. The second thing is the stuff - so lovely, kind, polite and very, very helpful! The staff contacted us earlier on WhatsApp and helped us to get tickets for Panda research base. The room soundproofing was excellent - we did not hear noises from the street. The automatic drapes darkened the room perfectly. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was big and various - there were Asian and western food options - for me the best was steamed dumplings and carrot salad! Extra big plus for laundry room - during the multi city trip that was a big, big plus - we cloud clean, dry and iron our clothes.

The room was modern and well equipped, the breakfast was great, the hotel also had a free laundry room and gym, which was a big plus as we used both. The staff were nice. And the location of the hotel is also great, it’s located on a beautiful street with lots of traditional looking buildings and it’s close to beautiful parks. I would definitely stay here again. Amazing value for the money. Nothing really to complain about. Maybe the layout of the rooms are a bit odd when you come straight into bathroom/sink area. And the gym equipment was a little basic, maybe enough for a woman, but not quite enough for a man.

The hotel itself is situated in a historical street (?) I’d say, surrounded by beautiful Chinese traditional-style buildings (kind of like pagodas) I had a room on the ground floor, right beside the mini-pond and I had troubles closing the balcony door shut - I’m not really sure if the lock was working or not. That was a solo trip for me so it was a little unnerving. Orange juice at the breakfast buffet was the Yupi kind - a powdered drink dissolved with water, that’s not very good

Così ci è stata data una stanza molto bella e spaziosa, dotata di tutti i comfort, una doccia spaziosa, asciugamani morbidissimi e letto comodissimo. La posizione dell’hotel si è rivelata molto buona, vicina a varie fermate della metro. Anche la colazione è stata ottima, a buffet, con pietanze sia local sia più internazionali. Sarebbe fantastico se lo staff dell’hotel offrisse qualche consiglio ai visitatori in arrivo, come i ristoranti più autentici in zona, come raggiungere le attrazioni principali etc (basterebbe un foglio scritto da dare all’arrivo), ma è solo un suggerimento :) per il resto è stato tutto perfetto!

The facilities are very outdated and poorly maintained. The room is filled with bright indicator lights everywhere, which are extremely disturbing at night. If you are sensitive to light, I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. There is also a serious issue with sewage odor coming from the bathroom drain. The smell comes and goes, and during the night it can be quite overwhelming and unpleasant. Breakfast options are very limited. If you don’t eat noodles, most of the other items like buns appear to be frozen and simply reheated, with little freshness or variety. The front desk is chaotic and unprofessional, with several staff members present but little organization or efficiency. The only positive aspect is the location, which is convenient and within walking distance to Kuanzhai street. I chose this hotel expecting good value for money, but unfortunately it turned out to be more like a 2.5-star experience rather than the advertised four stars. Staffs are really responsive with good helpful attitude Supposed to be a relatively new hotel , but room looks old , especially the toilet . Bad sewage smell from the toilet as soon as we stepped in . Shower easily clogged and the room is just too small for 2 person. The layout doesn’t make sense for people who travel with bigger luggage during winter. There’s no place to walk after 2 luggage taken up the space . Overall for the price , we couldn’t feel very well rested after walking and touring around the city each day

• MARIIA (10/5): Красивый отель в отличным расположением - Отель расположен на атмосферной улице, рядом много кафе и магазинов, сычуаньская опера, красивый парк. До метро 5 минут ходьбы. Номер чистый, удобная кровать, унитаз с подогревом, система "умный дом", большой запас полотенец, гель для душа и шампунь вкусно пахнут. Завтраки с 7 до 10 утра, есть яйца, выпечка, фрукты и овощи, рис и лапша, кофемашина. На каждом этаже стоят бутылочки с водой - очень удобно. Персонал дружелюбный, всегда готовы помочь.

• Elisa (10/5): - The property gave a great sense of relaxation and everything made us feel comfortable and welcome. The staff and the manager Lois were exceptional and went the extra mile to make us feel at home. We recommend this hotel!
• ZEJIN (8/5): - 環境安靜，靠近青羊宮地鐵站同青羊宮，設施可以 可能是尾房，熱水和水壓不是很好，最好加一個浴室的冷熱水的指示。
• 1c3r (9/5): Personal muy amable y atento, lo mejor. - Todo el personal es muy amable y está dispuesto a ayudar. Aunque no entendían inglés, lo solucionamos todo con el traductor. Fueron muy amables ayudándonos a comprar de antemano las entradas para la reserva de los pandas. Las instalaciones no estaban del todo acabadas, parecía que seguían de obras aún. Nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación (solo estábamos 3 noches) avisandonos el mismo día para instalar un plato de ducha. Aquí faltó un poco de coordinación.

• Ying Yik (10/5): Perfect - Super clean, new and spacious. Heated toilet bowl, very comfy. Staffs are very friendly.
• Chingiz (10/5): Все было классно, самый приветливый перонал - Очень хороший отель за свой деньги, расположение отличное и самый приветливый персонал который можете встретить в китае👍 чисто и уютно, вся мебель новая, в общем советую этот отель всем кто думает брать или нет, не пожалеете Немного неудобно что раковина вошёл входной двери но зато имеем отдельный душ и туалет
