Augusto (10/5): Exceptional - Very easy to access the appartament, well located and the complimentary parking was wonderfull as I got a car from the airport after going to the interior of the stated. I do recomend this place for sure.

Guilherme (5/5): alright - The room was very spacious and clean. Tabas does not allow you to bring guests to your room or common spaces. You would have to register every guest before arrival. This is absurd given any hotel or airbnb should allow you to do so. That's some christian guilt bs. Besides that the pool was not available to be used during all of my 3 week long stay and the gym and sauna were a miss. Furthermore the building stays and the bottom of a huge elevated street, so going up is a big cardio not many can go through.

Jennifer (7/5): Good - Comfortable room. Felt like a safe neighbourhood / location. Friendly staff on the ground floor of the apartment building. Huge bed. I've never known such a complicated check-in and out process. They ask for your name, date of birth, passport number, phone number, and email address - ALL outside of the Booking.com platform. I refused to give my email address, as I didn't know why they would need that AND my phone number. Plus, all correspondence should go through Booking.com. On top of this, they WhatsApp you from TWO different phone numbers - one is classed as their 'sales and commercial' team number and the other is their 'support service' number. You need to ask different questions to the different numbers. It could be much less complicated!

Kleiton (5/5): Passable - close to everything well located and quiet Checking in was horrible since I had arranged my check-in, I would have received confirmation early and when I arrived at the place I spent more than 3 hours to be able to enter the apartment, horrible internet doesn't work so for people who intend to work or need to use the internet this is not a good place
Emagdiel (7/5): Frustrating - The apartment I, was relocated to ,was modern and comfortable The property wasn’t where or what I had booked.They messsed my reservation up,and made me wait nearly 2 hours to sort my new accommodation out.I arrived in SPaulo at 6 pm,and couldn’t check in because they didn’t find my reservation.In the end the hotel room I had booked,wasn’t available anymore.After all that unnecessary estresse,I was sent to another location in the city,and another hotel.Needless to say it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.They sent me to a new hotel,included breakfast as an excuse,but it didn’t make up for the inconvenience I’ve been through.
Tomas (10/5): Exceptional - Communication with admin was via Whatsapp and helpful and forthcoming throughout. The location is fantastic, 10 min walk to Paulista, 5 min to a superb supermarket. The lication is very safe as well. Amenities are great, overall very good value for money, will use it again. -
