Michal (7/5): נחמד אבל ציפיתי ליותר - המיקום למי שרוצה לעשות שופינג הוא מעולה. הצוות היה מסביר פנים ונחמד מאוד. חדר קטן, רהיטים ישנים מאוד שכיסו אותם עם כיסוי. הריח בחדר היה ממש לא טוב. ביום האחרון לשהייה לא ניקו לנו את החדר ולא ממש קיבלנו פיצוי על זה חוץ מ״ואוצ׳ר ללילה על הפעם הבאה שנגיע״ שלצערי לא רלוונטי לנו.

Arzu (10/5): Mükemmel konum mükemmel daire - Mükemmel bir konumda olması en güzel yönüydü. Via Vittoria Emmanuel 2 ye ve Duomo meydanına bir kaç adım mesafedeydi . via Napoleon a ise 2-3 dakika yürüme mesafesindeydi. Binanın altında çok güzel bistro ve cafeler vardı . Daire ise tam da görsellerde göründüğü gibiydi Resepsiyonda görevli vardı güvenli giriş de mümkündü. Teraslı dairede konakladık teras da oldukça keyifliydi Resepsiyon görevlisi de çok ilgili ve samimiydi Milano’ya ilk kez yaptığımız ziyarette böyle mükemmel bir yerde konaklamak seyahat imizi eşsiz hale getirdi Kesinlikle yok

Grundsätzlich war es sauber und es wurde jeden Tag ausgeräumt. Es gab 2 Kissen zur Auswahl, ein weicheres und ein härteres. Leider waren die Möbel verschlissen und das Bett unglaublich unbequem. Auf den ersten Blick sah alles schön aus, aber wenn man etwas angefasst hat wackelte alles und fühlte sich teils schmuddelig an. Die Kommode im Schlafzimmer fiel fast auseinander und auch das Bett hat seine guten Zeit lange hinter sich. Zudem war das Zimmer unglaublich ringhörig. Sowohl gehen aussen auch wie innen. Wenn jemand am Zimmer vorbeilief haben wir gemeint der steht im Zimmer. Auch gehen den Lärm der Stadt war keinerlei Schallisolierung vorhanden.

The electricity suddenly went off in the middle of the night, which was very scary, and there was no response from the staff. I had to try contacting them through every possible channel, and only after sending messages via Booking.com did they finally restore the power. The cleanliness was also very poor. Overall, a very disappointing and uncomfortable stay.

Phil (10/5): - Situated in an ideal central location a few minutes walk from the Duomo and a short walk from the Metro line to Linate airport. There is also a reasonably priced underground park with direct access to the hotel. The room was well equipped, sparkling clean and comfortable. Gisella was really helpful on arrival and throughout our stay. Highly recommended.

A poucos metros do Duomo, Galerias, etc. O acesso ao apartamento é um pouco complicado, com código de entrada, código no elevador e mais duas portas até chegar dentro do quarto. Mas o atendimento foi ótimo e mandaram vídeos detalhados explicado.

The deluxe double studio was adequate for our stay but was a bit tired. Shower leaked and obviously had been leaking a while and the kitchen was behind doors (good idea) but the paint was chipped around the handles, looked a bit tatty. No mattress protector on the bed, I did ask for one but just got an extra sheet. Coffee pods (1 each per day) and tea bags (1 each per day) were provided but no milk?

I would say the price is quite high but understandable if you pay for the location.
