• Andra (9/5): Would recommend this place - very spacious and comfy beds! - Good location, not far from Vernon. Very spacious with super comfy beds and the kitchen was well-stocked. Communication with the owners was very easy. Received good directions and immediate responses to our questions. It could use a little paint touch up in some places.

The home itself was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What really stood out, though, was the hosts' thoughtfulness. Before our arrival, I’d asked whether there was an iron and ironing board available. They initially believed they had one, but when they realized they didn’t, they went out of their way to purchase both so we’d have them as soon as we needed them. On top of that, when we forgot to pack dress socks for an event, they kindly loaned us a pair—such a generous and unexpected gesture. The location was quiet and convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area while always having a relaxing space to return to. Even without meeting in person, we truly felt looked after. The attention to detail and genuine care from the hosts made this stay one of the best we’ve had. We’d gladly come back!

• Sharron S (9/5): A well appointed place overlooking Swan Lake with full amenities (and close to Percy Vinyard) - Received a welcome email before arriving which provided detailed instructions on how to get to the property, WiFi access, where the key was and general information. The venue overlooks Swan Lake and you get stunning sunset views. Although the unit is 10 mins from Vernon CBD, it is an easy drive - and Percy Vineyards (for tasting and enjoying the view) is very close! Kalamaiki Beach is very close with many activities. Our GPS gave us different instructions to the email which gave us momentary confusion! Not a deal breaker.
• Cal (9/5): We enjoyed the place. It was very relaxing to sit on the deck and look at the lake below. - The location was great. It overlooked Swan Lake and was high up on the hillside, so the view was amazing. The layout was open so there was lots of room. The bedrooms were very nice and it had 2 bathrooms. There is a bit of noise from the highway below, but it didn't effect sleeping if the windows were closed. It is a bit tricky to find, as there is a short gravel road you have to go up that doesn't show up on GPS. One you find it, it's easy to know where it is.
• Derek (7/5): Despite some issues we enjoyed our stay there. - We found the apartment spacious, clean and well equipped. It has a nice deck with a beautiful view and BBQ. There is constant road noise from the highway down the hill, and the deck is not sheltered, so was very hot in the afternoon sun. We also noticed a number of deficiencies, and when we mentioned these to the owner he assured us they would be fixed.
• Holly (9/5): Beautiful suite, location is great. Lots of amenities close by! - Location was good. The house was great. Beds were comfy but a little hard for my liking but I like really soft beds! Kitchen was well equipped and the tv had plenty of options to watch. Lots of amenities close by. Would recommend to others. This is not a dislike but more would have liked to have been informed first. The suite is below a family with young children. As children do, they don't walk like everyone else but run a warp speed. Children are children. However, had I known that, I wouldn't have booked this place.
