LoWilla (10/5): Great stay.... highly recommend! - A roomy apartment and a very welcoming host made the stay especially pleasant. The location is excellent, with the train and bus stations just steps away, making it easy to get around. There are also plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, which added to the convenience and atmosphere of the area.
tingting (9/5): - It's fantastic experience to stay at the apartment, it's cleaning and good spaces with family, as well as full tools for cooking. While, landholder response quickly. I like this apartment. There is no elevator.

Unreliable Wi-Fi; no cellular service in the room; undisclosed £55 charge for use of the (sofa) bed despite the listing stating there were two beds (disclosed only after cancellation was no longer possible); smoke detector battery alarm sounding from 4:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.; and unhelpful customer support regarding the smoke alarm and Wi-Fi issues.

Cathy (8/5): very good experience and would book again - comfortable, modern decor, good tv channels, felt safe in the apartment it was warm and the only window a balcony door so i didnt want to leave it open all night. I was alone and felt unsafe leaving the apartment in the dark.

W (8/5): Despite the noise caused from trains, this is still a good place to stay. - Location is good as it’s within 8 mins walk to the tube station. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It is close to the rail and the noise from trains passing by is high, though it’s not very frequent.

Convinient location for anywhere transportation, Good price for the summer seanson, Everything is ready in the room, Air conditioning is working well. Mikeo and team was giving fast response. Nothing to complain about. Just a slight sound from the nearby rail track. But this did not impact our good sleeping.

Corinna (8/5): Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und die Vermieter waren top. - Die Wohnung war gut gelegen, 7 min zu Fuß zur U-Bahn, gute Anbindung. Supermarkt ebenfalls fußläufig. Die Wohnung war relativ modern, groß und sauber. Es gab zwei Schlafzimmer, was wir sehr angenehm fanden. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war neu. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Die Vermieter waren extrem bemüht, zuvorkommend und freundlich. Man bekam immer sofort eine Antwort. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Haupthaustür ist sehr laut, wenn jemand nach Hause kommt, hört man das sehr laut in der Wohnung, insbesondere nachts. Der Eingangsbereich war sehr schmutzig, wurde dann nach ein paar Tagen gereinigt. Der Teppich auf den Stiegen ist ungustiös.

Meshal (5/5): Not good in Summer! - Clean and teady, large space and comfortable.They let us keep our luggage in the apartment for 3 more hours on the day of check out. this apartment doesn't have air conditioning, and the ventilation is quite limited. Not a good choice in Summer. The bathroom door was so tight and close with the wall and the door handle could be taken out of place easily. When you open the balcony door, you get bad smells from the restaurants next to you. Very bad smell, except for late night when all the shops are closed. We found one fan while we have two beds in different rooms, so we asked for another fan and they didn't provide it. We even asked for garbage bags, they took three days to provide one, and when they did, they got the wrong size, a very small one and never brought any more. No house keeping. No cellphone network, maybe becauce our apartment is below ground level. But we still got WiFi.

Hallie (9/5): Amazing apartment with great location and very nice and helpful staff! - Property was very nice and modern. Bed was very comfortable. Great location, very close to elephant and castle station. Also has a balcony which can be rare in apartments in London. The check in was amazing, so easy and straight forward. No need to meet anyone at the property or go back and forth with phone calls or send unnecessary documents to them. So simple and easy. I would definitely stay again. The only downside I would say is it is quite expensive, however this is common in London. Overall nothing bad to say very nice apartment :)

Michael (9/5): Very good flat & attentive host, will stay again. - Very comfortable, clean and pleasant accommodation. Flat is well equipped and warm, much appreciated since during our stay the temperatures were hovering near zero. Flat is in a small building of eight flats, no noise from adjoining flats. Host particularly helpful and attentive, happy to accommodate check-in time due to earlier flight arrival! Easy access to local shops, supermarkets and underground. The street outside was not particularly clean, partly because of the construction work going on in the building opposite. Fortunately the flat is not situated at the front of the building so there is no issue of noise from the construction, which in any case shouldn't be too far from completion.
