• Ariana (8/5): - La ubicación, el lugar, todo está cerca! Para tomar en cuenta: debes subir gradas. (Por si alguien tiene inconvenientes) La entrada es hasta las 5:00pm, se solicitó entrar antes de esa hora, pero no dieron respuesta positiva.
• Mirian (8/5): Funcional - Las habitaciones amplias , contaba con aire acondicionado y ventilador en todas las áreas , buena iluminación Que se ubica en un tercer piso y si tienes alguna condición o limitacion para subir escaleras no te recomiendo, por lo demás bien
• Samanta (3/5): Non consiglio - La posizione Pulizia scarsa,scarico water non funzionante,scarico doccia non con pendenza giusta quindi l'acqua non fluiva nello scarico,l'acqua della doccia non aveva pressione quindi il flusso era debole e l'acqua calda era un miracolo quando arrivava.
• Carlos (5/5): - Location, customer service from the staff and the air conditioning. We had only one roll of toilet paper for 5 people for three nights, we haven’t seen any details that we have to purchase our own toilet paper. Simple things make a huge difference.

• Susana (7/5): - La comodidad es lo que más nos gusto. Se rompió la descarga del baño y no respondieron a solucionar. La foto de portada no coincidía, por ello nos costó llegar
• Mariana (8/5): Bom custo benefício - O apartamento era reformado, com camas novas e a cozinha limpa e bonita. Não usamos a cozinha, mas os quartos tinham ar condicionado e eram amplos. O prédio é antigo mas as instalações são boas. É dificlo acesso à casa, com varias portas com senha, e só tem 1 chave para o portão, se outas pessoas ficarem no apartamento, elas não conseguem sair. Ou saem todos juntos ou ficam todos em casa.

• Flota Alvarado (9/5): - La seguridad y la facilidad de poder acceder, aparte de que fue muy atento el anfitrión, hasta concluir con la entrada al predio, si volvería sin problema. Esta en buena zona, solo que no es para personas como de la 3ra edad, o que tenga que subir escaleras, ya que el predio se encuentra en el segundo piso sin elevador.
• Erika Fernanda (8/5): Buen lugar - La ubicación bien relativamente cerca de los puntos importantes las habitaciones confortables y amplias lugar limpio y excelente que dejen aceite, y cosas en la cocina para usos general también tiene un escritorio para trabajo muy confortable las camas cómodas El internet rapido Batallamos mucho con la cerradura y las claves para ingresarlas y poder abrir, tuvimos que hablar al dueño que amablemente nos resolvio Las escaleras son varias y no tienen pasamanos para gente mayor o apoyarse cuando estas bajando maletas Agregaria colchas para taparse por la noche

• Viajeros (8/5): Great for the price depending on your needs. - For us being close to the mercado 28 was great. The space was very very large. I did not like that the bathroom light did not work and when I asked the staff about it they told me it was because it was broken before we got there and since we asked for an early check-in they were not able to fix it but I found a review from a week prior that's at the bathroom Iigtt was broken. So I did not like being lied to about it and being blamed for it because they did us a favor that the light was not working. They say it has a view but it only has a view of a dirty Courtyard to the upstairs part of the building you cannot see anything beyond that. The security doors are very awkward. A lot of steps going up if you have a lot of luggage. The area is very sparse there are no decorations and there is only one TV a small one in what I would call the kitchen / dining area with nowhere to sit and watch TV. If you're looking for a very large apt with lots of space it's great. If you're going to spend any time there there's nothing there to look at or do and it feels kind of prison like. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. If you are a family and worried about a neighborhood is not the best but for people I guess we did not mind it at all.
