• Ian and Helen (10/5): Terrific apartment in great location - Iman was an excellent host. Very good communication and helpful. The apartment is superbly equipped and the bed is super comfortable. We stayed for a week and half way through Iman checked in to make sure everything was ok. Unfortunately there was a family directly above with a disturbed toddler who was regularly screaming and allowed to tramp around up to 2 or 3am. If you are a light sleeper (and we were recovering from jet lag) this could be an issue. This was out of Iman’s control and he did attempt to get the situation improved via building management.
• Deepti (9/5): Beautiful condo; perfectly located in Vancouver. - The condo was very clean, fully equipped with everything you’d ever need (home away from home), and the location was superb. The host was excellent with communication, and regularly checked in; which was appreciated. N/a- nothing negative to say.
• Jack (10/5): - The place was well stocked with necessities and some nice conveniences, coffee, tea, snacks etc. the host was also really nice and made sure my check in was smooth, despite my arriving before check in time.
• Hoy (10/5): Excellent clean and comfortable apartment. - Lovely clean and well laid out apartment with everything we needed. Very responsive host who checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. The only thing we could fault was that there was no tea towel for dishes in the kitchen.

• Paul (8/5): It was a good and pleasant stay. - The location was excellent. The apartment was easy to access. The extras (snacks, coffee etc.) was a nice touch. We couldn't eat it for dietary reasons but it was nice to see. It was a bit noisy. There's nothing the host could do about that. The bed was a bit uncomfortable. We would recommend the owner use non-slip strips in the bathtub. It will avoid potential slips.

• Tsz Hin Hugo (9/5): - Very clear instructions, especially about parking. Nice accomodating host, really useful to have a secure parking space included in downtown Vancouver. Central location but a bit further away from the crowd so it wasn't noisy at night. Kitchen was fully equipped. The pillows weren't very comfortable for us, too soft and it was almost flat with the two sides coming up, which made it slightly uncomfortable for sleeping but that is a personal preference thing!

• Fred (9/5): It was very enjoyable for our trip to the city! - Its location and security were just perfect for why we were there. It was clean (even air purification) and inviting. The bed was excellent. If you take a later shower the hot water is only lukewarm but they looked into it and were very responsive but it stayed the same.
• Ben (10/5): - Really enjoyed our stay here. The unit was spacious, the bed was comfy, and everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, including coffee and some snacks. There was laundry detergent as well, and hard to beat the location - easy walking access to so many restaurants and things to do, and close to the subway. Nothing really comes to mind - Iman was a great host, and anything that came up was dealt with right away.

• EOD (9/5): Great stay - Spotlessly clean - looks exactly like online pics. Excellent downtown location. Secure building. Parking space included. Full size appliances. Portable AC's in both areas. Owner very responsive via app and text, and was kind enough to gift us snacks and wine upon our arrival, beautifully arranged on a tray. Lots of cooking and household supplies readily available too, just bring yourselves. Needs a rubber mat in the sliipery tub and room darkening blinds in the living room.

• Ivana (10/5): In short, the best choice, we were extremely satisfied. - The accommodation was beautiful, stylish, practical (washing machine, dryer), and we really appreciated the snacks in the kitchen. I felt that the accommodation was exceptionally customer-oriented – we had everything we needed. We kept saying to ourselves that it was a good choice of accommodation. There are restaurants, access to water and a shopping area nearby. It is a place from where you can go on trips on foot, by bike or by metro... you can get to all the interesting places. The owner was interested in our satisfaction.... We were extremely satisfied. THANK YOU. We will definitely recommend it to our friends and will be happy to return if we ever visit Canada again.

• Tina (10/5): Hassle free convenient perfect stay 😊 - The property was in an excellent location great for walking nearly everywhere we wanted to go. The only time we used public transport was the water taxi to Granville Island and the Water Bus to North Vancouver. Everywhere was within walking distance for us. The facilities were great everything we needed the apartment provided even down to snacks and coffee it was there. There was also washing powder etc for the washing machine if you didn’t have any. Iman was a great host very easy to get in touch with and full of information and help if needed. Highly recommend booking this apartment with him. There was nothing to dislike.

• Panya (10/5): We travel to Vancouver often and this was by far the best stay we've had! - This condo is located in downtown Vancouver and only took us a few minutes to get to the waterfront. It was tastefully decorated with all the amenities we needed and more. Most importantly, it was sparklingly clean. It was very clear from the moment we arrived that the host paid attention to all the tiniest details, which made our stay a memorable experience. We had the best sleep in ages. The host provided detailed check-in and parking instructions before our arrival and was a pleasure to interact with. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in downtown Vancouver!

• Laurence (9/5): Comfortable apartment in an excellent location with everything you would need supplied. - Excellent location within walking distance of everything interesting in downtown Vancouver and Gastown. Loads of eating places. Stanley Park only a short bus ride away. Facilities great - every appliance and utensil you could need was supplied, plus essential consumables, including a coffee-maker with pods! Huge TV. There was even a printer in the office space which was handy to print my boarding pass for the journey home. All in all this is a brilliant self-catering apartment for 2-3 people. Bit tricky keeping the place cool enough on what turned out to be a rather hot week in Vancouver. Had to use the aircon units most of the time, which was a bit noisy.

• Luciana (10/5): Great place to stay! - We spent a week in the apartment, balancing remote work with free time to explore the city. The apartment is very well located; we could easily walk to all the main attractions (Stanley Park, West End, Downtown, Gastown, Canada Place, and even Granville Island via the False Creek Ferry) in about 15 to 20 minutes. There are stores, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby. The place is newly renovated, clean, and the host is very polite, helpful, and quick to respond to communications. Definitely a great place to stay in Vancouver. Nothing to complain. Everything was better than expected.
