Vacuum hasn’t been emptied and smells discussing.
Toilet brush handle was broken.

- Fedja (4/5): Shocking start. As there was no reception we could not enter the property. We arrived to Melbourne after a 24 hour fligh - The property is in a good location, has a lovely pool. The kitchen was not well equipped. It lacked a lot of utensils. There were no tea towels. The built inn wardrobes had no shelves. The bathrooms had no hangers or anything to hang your towels on. No nets on windows or balcony doors to prevent mosquitoes and no parking facilities

- Sandra (9/5): Clean, Comfortable, Convenient - The apartment was centrally located, walking distance to shops and restaurants. We found it very clean and comfortable, nicely decorated and well appointed. Great for a short stay. On arrival, we encountered a slight confusion about key collection, but was easily sorted with a phone call. No parking on site but some availability nearby on the street .
- Taryn (3/5): Very confusing check in heads up as the key locks are just on the road so that was not off to a good start, after we che - The facilities were amazing pool sauna and gym are clean and really nice The cleaning was absolutely shocking not good at all. the host weren’t helpful at all not much was good about this place 100% not 5 stars not worth the money!

Location was the main reason for booking this accommodation as it was 10 min from the activity we were in Melbourne for Having access to two sets of keys would allow some independence to both parties in our group.
The key pick up was easy but I would not like to collect the keys in the dark.
