- Redoine (1/5): One of the worst experiences I have ever had. - Nothing really it was just the location that was more or less okay, especially since I like walking, so I didn’t use public transportation. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. It had nothing to do with the photos shown on Booking. Everything was very worn out: the furniture, the apartment itself, and even the building. When I arrived at 5:30 PM, I found the door open. The living room carpet was very dirty, the dining table was dusty, and the dining chairs were extremely worn out and in very bad condition. The TV was not working. The electrical sockets next to the TV were coming out of the wall, which was very dangerous and could have caused an electric shock. Luckily, I did not come with my children. In the kitchen, several kitchen utensils were missing. In the bathroom, the shower head was old, its holder was broken, and the hose was leaking. In the bedroom, I found a stain on the duvet. Luckily, there was another one in the wardrobe that was more or less clean, so I was able to use it. Overall, it was one of my worst experiences.

- Carolina (8/5): Ons verblijf in het apartment was goed (de tegenvallers zijn bedoeld als verbeterpunten). - Personeel bij receptie bij ophalen van de digitale sleutels waren heel klantgericht en vriendelijk, ze hebben ons ook goed geholpen met het openbaar vervoer. Bij aankomst en vertrek van het huis werkt de digitale sleutel heel fijn en voelt veilig. De koelkast is goed. De televisie in de woonkamer is goed. De balkon in de slaapkamer en de grote ramen in de woonkamer die ook open konden, maken het heel comfortabel. Ook de dubbel glas, we hadden geen last van straatgeluiden of verkeer en konden prima slapen (appartement in 2e verdieping aan de Avenida Roma). Bij aankomst lag er in de keuken een doos vol suiker-, zout-, en pepper en thee zaakjes en (merk) koffie capsules. De koffiemachine werkt goed en maakt lekkere koffie. Ook kleine flesjes azijn en olijfolie, wasmiddel, keukendoek, etc, heel fijn. De vuilnisbakken zijn nieuw en schoon en openen met de voet, heel prettig en hygiënisch! De douche werkt heel goed, ook alle kranen. De emmer, dweil, bezem en stoffer en blik waren nieuw en stonden in het balkon, buiten het zicht. De föhn is nieuw. De fornuis werkt goed. De koffiekopjes en de waterglazen zijn nieuw en modern. Kamers, balkon, vloer overal, stof, keuken, kasten in slaapkamer en keukenkasten, koelkast en badkamer, alles was schoon bij binnenkomst. De matrassen hebben wat (kleine) vlekjes. Aan de platform boven en rond de douche zijn wat zwarte sporen te zien, de verf begint eraf te komen. De ventilatie in de badkamer maakte bij het aanzetten van het licht veel lawaai, alsof het verstopt zat, daarna ging het goed. De vitroceramiek fornuis is aan een kant beschadigd (werkt wel goed). Het uit- en inklappen van de slaapbank in de woonkamer ging niet makkelijk.

Ad essere sincero sono rimasto un po’ deluso da varie cose in base al prezzo pagato e cioè: Sia l’ingresso esterno dell’appartamento e sia all’interno presentava molte lacune! Penso dobbiate fare un po’ di manutenzione in più come la porta del bagno in basso il legno consumato. Poi prenoto e pago per 4 persone e trovo solo 2 paia di pantofole e una bottiglietta di sapone x 5 giorni!

- Morgana1973 (3/5): Nada recomendable - Las botellitas de agua y cápsulas de café de cortesía. La ubicación. La limpieza deja mucho que desear. Los grifos y desagües están bastante deteriorados. No hay doble cortina traslúcida por lo que debes moverte a oscuras o mostrar todo al vecindario. La antena de la televisión está rota. Y lo peor de todo, me parece una falta de respeto no poder comunicarte con el establecimiento ni en español ni en catalán a pesar de haberlo pedido varias veces. Cuando salgo del país me esfuerzo por entender y hacerme entender en inglés, francés, italiano... Pero aquí no me parece que deba hacerlo, la verdad.

- Nao (10/5): 便利な立地と快適なお部屋 - 立地が素晴らしいです。グラシア通りにも歩いて行けて、駅など主要な観光地もタクシーで10分ほどの近距離です。美味しいレストランや市場も徒歩圏にたくさんあります。3ベッドルームのお部屋で、友人と1人1室ずつ使え、気を遣わずにゆっくり休めました。バスルームも２つあります。電子キーなので鍵を持って出かける必要もなくとても快適でした。

- Pietro (5/5): C’è sicuramente di meglio per i prezzi che propone, divano letto da incubo. - La stanza era abbastanza pulita, la posizione non malissimo anche se c’era da spostarsi per quasi tutto. Il divano letto è tremendo, impresentabile. Ci passi indenne forse una notte ma dormi male. Basso al centro, tieni i piedi più in alto del bacino, ti distrugge praticamente la schiena.

- Paul (7/5): Overall, a disappointing stay with poor communication and maintenance issues. - Location They send daily messages reminding guests about checkout and insist that checkout is at 10:00, even though they advertise a checkout time of 11:00. I also requested early check-in at 3:00 pm and was told that check-in is strictly at 4:00 pm. However, when I arrived at 4:15 pm, the room was still being cleaned. Additionally, the shower head has a significant leak, which made showering quite poor and uncomfortable.

Lavabi con scarico problematico, macchina del caffè non funzionante, lavastoviglie da revisionare. Insomma le potenzialità ci sono, ma vanno mantenute nel tempo e fatte le riparazioni quando necessarie.

- Simos (9/5): Cozy apartment at the heart of Barcelona - We really enjoyed the location of the apartment as it was close to the center and metro stations. The apartment was cozy and fully equipped for our stay. Our host Andrèa was very helpful, always responded quickly, gave us recommendations and stored our luggage until check in. The apartment wasn't thoroughly cleaned and we spotted some damages in some rooms. Nothing too bad, but it made us feel a little uncomfortable. We recommend it for families with kids but not for 6 adults, as we couldn't easily fit to single beds.

- Uladzimir (9/5): - I appreciated the extra dental and body care products and slippers in the bathroom. A selection of coffee, tea, spices, and essential oils was provided for your first stay. There was no liquid soap or soap dish for regular soap in the bathroom, and no hook for hand towels. Everything had to be placed on the sink.

- Elizabeth (7/5): A comfortable and warm flat in Barcelona! - The flat was comfortable. The linen provided was extremely fresh and clean. It is a very quiet location so with the matress being comfortable we were able to get a good night's sleep. Communication from Sweett prior and during our stay was excellent. We didn't like the microwave being so high and there were no oven gloves provided to retrieve hot items. However this was adddressed pretty quickly when I asked for oven gloves, tea towels, and clothes to wipe down surfaces.

- Antonella (7/5): Bene ma check-in migliorabile - Appartamento spazioso e funzionale. Ideale per una famiglia di 4 persone. Mal organizzato il check-in. Non ci sono pervenute le info necessarie all'accesso con chiave elettronica. Siamo dovuti andare al deposito bagagli, sede agenzia, per avere i dettagli.

- Daniela (10/5): Ottima scelta - L'appartamento è molto pulito e spazioso, ben fornito, luminoso e arieggiato. La posizione è perfetta, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla metro L3 e L5 e vicino a supermercati e ristoranti di ogni tipo. Più che altro un suggerimento, per evitare di dover chiedere all'housekeeper: fornire kit di cortesia, quindi ciabatte e spazzolino da denti, per tutte le persone che occupano l'appartamento ;)

- STEFANO (8/5): - La posizione gli spazi ben distribuiti nell'appartamento la pulizia l'ascensore WIFI ottimo e la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in un loro deposito sarebbe stato meglio essere avvisati che non ci si poteva lavare in 6 persone contemporaneamente ma dovevamo aspettare che l'acqua tornasse calda

- Antonietta (6/5): - Un appartamento grande, in una bella posizione, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla sagrada familia L’appartamento disponeva di 2 bagni e uno dei 2 lo abbiamo trovato con peli sul water. Lo abbiamo pulito noi. Le lenzuola nel divano letto erano sporche e la tv non disponeva di telecomando né di antenna. Al sollecito ci sono state cambiate solo le lenzuola, i bambini alla fine non hanno potuto guardare la tv.
