• Nicola (8/5): Great apartment, great location and great communication with the host. Wouldn’t hesitate to return to the property next - Loved the Balcony for an evening wine or a morning cup of tea. Well equipped Kitchen and a nice touch with the coffee machine
• Emil (10/5): Amazing terrace and superb location. - The location and the terrace are amazing. A bit load at night from the street but I guess that is the cost of a central location. The shower is quite small but there is a bathtub.

• Miguel Angel (7/5): Apartamento correcto para una estancia corta y cerca de la estación central. - Ubicación, terraza, dormitorios. Escalera de entrada, baño, cocina poco equipada. Sofá cama muy incómodo.
• Olivier (7/5): Appartement propre, belle terrasse, à rénover - La terrasse, l’immeuble ancien, la communication, les draps et le linge Tout était poussif : manque de pression dand la douche, climatisation vieillissante, peu de vaisselle, la machine à café qui ne fonctionnait pas
• Alex (8/5): - The communication with the host was great. They helped us with early check in and late check out. The beds were very comfortable The bathroom was without any curtain and it was not so comfortable with kids
• Dalila (8/5): - Immeuble magnifique, terrasse, facilité d'accès, proximité centre ville, métro en bas de l'immeuble. Nécessaire pour le café avec dosettes. Appartement propre et fidèle aux photos sur le site. Salle de bains : évier et douche bouchés ; pas de fermeture de la douche. Chambres : pas de rideaux occultant sur les velux, du coup : réveil à l'aube 😃 ! Télécommande clim salon ne fonctionne pas. Tout comme les dosettes café, une tablette de lavage pour le lave vaisselle aurait été la bienvenue.
• Edward (9/5): Fantastic location. - Fantastic location overlooking the bustling streets leading to the Spanish Steps. The Living room and kitchen/ dining room provide extended space, which makes the flat feel luxurious. The apartment is well equipped for a short stay in Rome. This isn't a quiet location; the noise of the streets competing throughout the night, along with the noise of the AC unit in the main bedroom, made for interrupted sleep. We visited in peak summer season, so could be different at different times of the year.
• John (7/5): - Great location. Very helpful staff. Nice private terrace. Close to the centre. Shower was terrible. Small, no door so water sprayed all over the floor. 3 sets of stairs to get into apartment, which makes it difficult with luggage.

Very prompt response from host No shower door so floors getting wet a lot. Could do with a lick of paint, balcony was needed a good sweep and hairs on small couch in bedroom

• Howard (3/5): Hot. We would have enjoyed our stay if the air worked properly - Location, spacious The fuse kept blowing when we ran the air conditioning and there was a heat wave so it was extremely hot.
• John (5/5): It was only for one night on the way to the airport but we did find a restaurant nearby. - Nice position away from the busy centre. Sadly there was no hot water in the property so cold showers the order of the day. The management company did offer other accommodation but it wasn’t suitable.

• Kathy (10/5): Family Oasis in busy Milan - I did like the ambiance of the apartment, it was as if I lived in Milan. I was surprised at how big a city Milan is. The airport MXP is far out of town. The key attraction in Milan is the Duomo and the Galleria but after that there are still many things to see but they are all spread out. The hop on hop off bus ran infrequently and not on time.

• Zern (8/5): Comfortable, clean, convenient, great location. - Great location with one of the main Metro station right in front of the building. Despite being on a busy street, the apartment is very quiet and cool. There is also a nice patio. There is only one bathroom so it can be a bit tricky at times for 5 of us. There is a slight dip on one side of a double bed mattress. I have notified the host. Hopefully it can be sorted for future clients.

• Sharon (8/5): Very good - The contact over how to get in was easy. Broadband was great and all could use it. Spacious and bathroom was modern. I was thankful for a lift which was awesome considering it was on 4th floor. Close to metro and supermarket. Nothing it was a good apartment for what we needed.
• Emily (8/5): Beautiful terrace stay - Location was amazing and how to get into the property was really helpful. Absolutely loved the terrace for a morning coffee with the coffee machine. Beautiful building too and really quiet area next to the subway . When we arrived the Aircon wasn't working and we were so hot on the first night as we arrived really late. The next day via WhatsApp we managed to get it sorted as the fuse had tripped and we were happy and cool! Staff were so helpful and replied straight on WhatsApp so brilliant service.

• Cyril (6/5): You get the minimum necessary, no more. - The Appartment is in front of the subway entry, this is why we choose it. There is a sort of warbrobe with hangers in 1 bedroom. The other bedroom has only 1 chest of drawers, no hangers. There is no dish towel or ironing board.

• Cary (10/5): beautiful spacious and clean apartment in a great location! - The redline of the Metro is literally at the front door with quick access to the center of Milan/Duomo etc... Also the neighborhood itself is a non touristy "local" area with tons of shops and bars and restaurants and we loved it. And maybe not important to most but it is in a gorgeous palazzo (see photo) and the terrace has a lovey view of a nice church (see photo) as an added plus. nothing

• Ellen (7/5): For 1 night is ok - I like that the appartment was close to the Metro, shops and that it was safe. The appartment is big but it has stairs in side which I did not know. The bathroom needs a replacement of the shower because is very small, we did not fit in there, and it is space to build a walking shower, also the shower gel was the same with the liquid gel from the kitchen. The terrace has a very beautiful shape but not mentaind it should be there full of plants and flowers. The couch from the living room was very shabby. It was a lot of things we did not like. When business is on going why bother?! To bad. Little effort make the difference.
• Samantha (10/5): Fantastic apartment in a beautiful building !!! - The apartment was fantastic! It was clean and spacious, and we absolutely loved the rooftop spot to step out on. Beautiful! We wish there was a little more restaurants to have some dinner nearby… There were quick Takeaway places, but not a lot of cute. Sit down Italian restaurants which would have been nice location wise, —but the apartment itself was wonderful!

• Zaza (8/5): Very good - The apartment was really nice with its 2 rooms and amazing peaceful terrace. The access was smooth and contact with the owner as well. The metro and shops are just some steps away: great place! Outside blinders and curtains couldn't be properly closed, so we had to wake earlier than we wanted. Some more furniture in the kitchen would be appreciated.
• Laura (9/5): Great for short stay - It is spacious apartment for 6 people (including that somebody will sleep on the couch). Metro station is in the front of the building. Also, we liked the terrace and coffee machine, white bed lining. Location around is a bit shady, online check in asks to upload id of all guests and even their selfies with id, it was much harder than airlines check in
