• Constance (5/5): The place was sunny. But noisy with traffic in morning. - Location was good Having to catch a bus to pickup and drop off keys. The floors were dirty. The appliances dated. And the bed was too low and uncomfortable.

Good size property with everything you need. Having to make beds up after travelling for over 30 hours . Wasn’t as clean as I would have liked .

• Felvus (2/5): Not great - The location was good to the beach, a few restaurants, cafes and a small convenient store and a local pool. Caloundra was a bit of a walk I like that when I complained about a few things, the holiday accomodation booking centre took it seriously and sent someone out to try and correct some of the items. Didn't like the cleanliness and the smell, mainly of the closets and dirty mop on floor. The fan they provided for the living room was so dirty and rusted that when they came to address the issues they threw it out. I don't think i should of had to deal with that or the bedspreads that were terribly soiled and which they bought new ones for me. But they just left the dirty, stained and smelly ones into the closet, which added to the mildew smell that was already in the closet, that they actually tried to address with air freshener but then left those dirty bedspreads in there??? No air con, no wifi, no towels, no sheets. 1/2 teaspoon of dish liquid, could even get it to come out, I had to go buy some more right off the bat. They left a couple samplr packs there but they were so slimline and dirty that I threw them out. (Your Welcome), also there was only one toilet paper roll. So back to the store again. The couches are stained, unvacumn to the point i needed to always have a sheet on the couch to feel comfortable to sit on them. I don't expect the couches to be any where near brand new but you do need to steam clean them every 6 months or so. Also when you ran the water in the bathroom sink, you ended up with a bad odor I didn't like that after the holiday accomodation booking centre sent somone out to address some of my issues, that they didn't check back to see how that went. The main bedroom lock does not work so to air the room or sleep with the door open wasn't an option The floors weren't terribly clean either. I had to buy things to wear in the house. Also the main door lock also needs attention. It was hard to get in and I see that others had the same problem and the screen was actually ripped so you could fit your fingers in to try and unlock it that way. So not very safe. I think it just needs the screws to be tightened (with like a tooth pick wedged in to make them tighter.
• Brereton (8/5): Great location and lovely clean unit. - The location and pool Bed in primary bedroom was a cheap clackity frame and mattress was hard and uncomfortable. Bed creaked just to sit on it. The owner needs to invest in a good quality bed for paying guests.
