• Bruno (10/5): - The apartment is very stylish and it has everything you need for a short stay. If you come by car, just be aware that going through the central streets of Florence is not easy and that there are many restrictions.

• Luisa (7/5): Um bocadinho à quem... - A localização era muito boa e o apartamento também. Espaçoso e com ar condicionado. Não digam a ninguém que teem elevador quando esse pára no patamar de baixo e existem escadas para subir e descer depois. Faltava roupa de cama e de banho para o tempo de estadia, assim como papel higiénico. Não há isolamento de som do outro apartamento e o barulho pode ser mesmo muito e muito audível. Acaba por ser caro para o que vale. O ar condicionado faz uma barulheira no quarto e não é possível dormir com ele ligado.

• ciara (5/5): Good location but no WiFi - Spacious apartment in great location Wi-Fi was not working. Reported but were not able to fix. Bed missing sheets when arrived but quickly fixed when reported.
• Jason (7/5): Good - High ceilings and a very inviting and spacious apartment unit. The aesthetics were quite nice and the apartment was very clean and equipped with many amenities. Wifi didn't work at all and on top of that data signal didn't reach much of the apartment. Process of collecting the keys was quite the hassle as you had to wait for someone to meet you in front of the apartment (who didn't exactly show up punctually).
• Grace-ruby (9/5): Great stay. - Great stay, perfect location & nice , clean! The beds were a bit to firm but overall fantastic stay.
• Jhansee (4/5): Good location but not worth the cost. - Location was super convenient to walk to all the attractions. Towels were threadbare and we had to ask for additional towels. There were only. Few clothes hangers so had to ask for more. No mirror in the bedroom. Shower head was full of limescale and we had to clean it ourselves to get more water pressure. The lounge area was big but not of much use to us. For the cost of the property, we would have expected it to be serviced daily and to have a more luxurious feel.

• Raaghav (1/5): Absolutely horrible. One of the worst apartments that i have stayed in. - The location was good. In the heart of florence but everything else was PATHETIC. Do not waste money on this apartment There is a huge list of things which were terrible. 1. The AC in the bedroom switches off automatically in every 3-4 minutes and wont start till 10 minutes atleast. It was so hot. It was a furnace and we couldnt sleep. 2. The AC in the living room (where the sofa bed is) also didnt work. It was pathetic. The whole apartment was burning from inside. 3. They didnt have any blankets at all (not that we needed) but still. 4. The bidet was clogged. Water couldnt drain from it. Please dont waste money by staying here

The personnel was super helpful and they arranged the parking a dinner for us which was fantastic. The building entrance/lobby was very old with a super old elevator

The rooms were large the kitchen was well equipped. Nice and quiet with the windows closed. The sofa bed in the lounge was not very comfortable. The pillows were a very poor quality and there was only 1 per person in the house. There was no other pillows available in any wardrobes. The rooms had no soap and we had to ask to get them delivered. The apartment is full of mosquitoes.

The staff answered all of my questions, the location was perfect and central to everything we wanted to see, the apartment was gorgeous and SO clean! I highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed!!!

• Lala (4/5): Disappointing - The cleaning was mess. We found trash in the bin that was smelling disgusting. Wrote them via whatsapp and they told that cleaning lady should come during the day and clean it. But unfortunately in the end of the day cleaning lady didn’t clean the trash. It was biodegradable trash and it was impossible to breathe in the apartment. Such a well designed apartment with such a cleaning lady. I don’t know what happened after we left. Also cleaning lady didn’t change the sheets beforehand. Operator in whatsapp was very polite and tried to help us. But that “cleaning lady” - I don’t even know how to express my feelings to this situation.

Once we arrived, we found dirty socks left on the sofa. There was no soap to wash our hands. Bathroom was not very clean. When communicating with the support team, they just said sorry with no action taken.

• Lilyana (9/5): Superb - The location is perfect. The place was clean and the rooms are big enough. The bathroom was big almost as a room, There is everything in the kitchen. The sofa was a little bit hard to sleep esp. for adult but our kids were OK with it The collection of the keys was difficult. We have tried to connect with the owner 20 minutes in front of the door and the system was busy all the time. It was dark. We were tired and not very happy to hang in front of the appartment, looking for someone to open the door.

• Cathy (10/5): Absolutely Stunning!! By far the best place we have stayed in Italy! - The apartment is true to the pictures as advertised. In fact even better to see it in person. It’s brand new with new appliances and new furniture. I love the super high ceiling. The place is very spacious. The kitchen has everything pots ,pans, plates, utensils, etc. The kitchen has high tech computerized stove , even with a fan that can be hidden away. The dishwasher is running well and quiet. Air conditioning and heating is working well and quiet. Wifi strong! Wash room shower has two shower heads one is a big square one on top one on the side. We didn’t get hot water running out as one reviewer mentioned, as we don’t let water just keep running. NOTHING! Just want to help others booking the apartment noting that there are two same addresses of the apartment. Google brought us to the wrong one. You want the one right across the pharmacy and the door number is in blue ( Not in red). Also we don’t have the problem with beds as one of the reviewer mentioned. Our teenage daughters slept in living room sofa bed said comfortable. I and my husband sleeping in the bedroom are comfortable too!

• Leanne (8/5): Great location. Good layout of apartment. Terrible bed. - Wonderful location. Had everything we needed. Staff were helpful in arranging a cot for our baby that we rented. The bed was so hard, we ended up sleeping on the sleeper couch for our whole stay.

• Antonino (7/5): Great location and beautiful apartment - The location was perfect and the house is very nicely decorated. The apartment has only a boiler to warm up the water for the bathroom. This clearly resulted in a shortcoming since this is not enough for a family of 4 to have warm showers during winter time.

• Bora (6/5): Pleasant - It took almost half an hour to to figure out the exact location of the apartment, and another half an hour to get the confirmation and be able to retrieve the key form the lock box. I would rather prefer a simple reception desk where I can talk to the person in charge face to face.

• Mendoza (10/5): Exceptional - The place is stunning. It’s in a wonderful location with close proximity to the Ponte & Palazzo Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery, Santa Croce, the Duomo, and lots more. It’s very spacious and could easily accommodate 4-6 guests, although I’m not sure what the guest limit was. The beds were extremely firm, so if you’re looking for a softer, more comfortable mattress, I would recommend staying elsewhere.
