- Sung (10/5): We were satisfied with the stay. - The location of property was excellent. It was easy to reach most facilities including a nice cafe and transport. We could hear a ventilation like sound all night, which was not able to control in the room. However we got used to it.

- Mr. Yao (6/5): Pleasant until the end. - Location is close to the Box Hill train station. The condo spa sauna was nice to visit. The apartment had working washing machine and dryer. Hi I tried to book this place from the 22 - 31 but after I made the first booking I was not able to amend it so I had to book it a 2nd time which was annoying as I believe I had to pay the cleaning fee twice.
I was also locked out of the apartment when I went to throw the trash at 11.50pm before I went to sleep. The door lock system locked me out. I was in my PJs and the bare minimum and wasn't carrying my keys. I tried to contact the owner but couldn't get a reply. I had to walk to a friend's house several miles away to stay over night.
The door lock system has to be changed so that it can only be locked with a key.

Place is clean and has basic necessity like microwave etc. Will definetely come back if in the area. Parking also included which is great!
- Mr. Yao (10/5): Cosy, convenient quiet apartment - Convenient location a few minutes walk to boxhill central and the train hub. It is a straight 25-minute train connection from Box Hill to Southern Cross Spencer Street station. The apartment is well built and very quiet. It's on a mid high floor level, so you don't hear the street sound either. The carpark is located underground in a secure location. If you need to buy groceries and go to restaurants, they are located within easy walking distance. Cosy and comfortable. Would appreciate it if the dual bookings was combined as we tried to extend the dates but eventually had to book separately. Thank you.

The train station is just a short walk away, which made getting around super simple. The apartment also comes with a car park, and the balcony has a beautiful view. I’d give this property a solid 10/10!

They were very responsive to our request for more kitchen utensils and linen. Great position and good value. So many dining options close by😜 Couldn’t get to try them all!

- Pearl (9/5): Superb - The location of the apartment was fantastic. Trams, Buses and trains within 5mins of walking distance. The apartment was comfortable and new. I wouldn't say there was anything I didn't like. But it would have been better if the kitchen waspre well equipped, a folder, or some sort of information sheet that provided WiFi details, disposal of garbage etc with essential information.
