• Manuel (10/5): - Nuestra estancia ha sido excelente en todos los sentidos. Desde la llegada, la atención de Luigi y Cristina fue de 10, haciéndonos sentir bienvenidos en todo momento. La ubicación es simplemente impresionante, con unas vistas increíbles al Coliseo que hacen la experiencia aún más especial. El apartamento está perfectamente equipado, con una cocina completa y todos los detalles necesarios para una estancia cómoda. Además, todo se encontraba impecablemente limpio. También queremos destacar que nos facilitaron dejar las maletas en el apartamento tras finalizar la estancia, lo cual es un gran detalle y se agradece muchísimo. Sin duda, una experiencia totalmente recomendable.

Beautiful apartment, with an elevator to haul luggage up the stairs. Beautiful apartment. The hosts left us champagne and some basics for snacks/breakfast. Much appreciated!

We were given directions on the metro, restaurants and supermarkets. There was a welcome pack that did us for breakfast and it was a really nice touch. The metro stop was right outside the apartment and we made great use of it. The apartment is very spacious and easily accommodated our family of five Very minor but as you are so close to the Colosseum and the forum it can take a bit longer to walk round to get to places like Trastevere

• Cherie (10/5): Amazing apartment in an amazing location - This apartment is fantastic and in an amazing location with a beautiful side view of the Colosseum, Palentine Hill, and the Roman Forum. There are also a couple of cafes at the bottom of the building, and the Colosseo Metro station is a 2 minute walk. Luigi and Christina were very helpful and left us a beautiful bottle of champagne and tart/flan to enjoy on our arrival. We would definitely stay here again! 😊 There's nothing not to like.

• Sian (10/5): Exceptional - The location was terrific being about 200 meters from the colosseum. Everything was within a 30 minute walk including the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. The three bars being so close to the Colosseum with views looking over were more expensive than those just a couple of streets away but that is not peculiar to Rome. There was nothing to dislike.

The apartment is spacious and well kept and the host had really gone the extra mile to make us feel at home. Bottle of bubbles, home made cake and very good communication prior and during the stay.

They were there waiting for our check in, provided us a bunch of goodies, and were very responsive to all messages! The location of the property was GREAT as well! We loved everything about our stay!

The owners provided food for breakfast, a homemade cake, and a bottle of fizz to welcome us! Toiletries were provided along with helpful items such as multi plug adaptors and a drying rack which came in handy when we got caught in a rain shower walking home. Nothing- it was perfect, would highly recommend staying here.

He even got us homemade cake, prosecco and cheese & meats. The apartment is great and in a perfect spot. Nice view of the Colosseum. Everything you need is in the apartment and the beds are great. I would stay here again! Most mornings there was no hot water for the shower but that’s not too bad.

The apartment is situated right in front of Colloseum, and very close to other important places to visit in Rome(Colina Palatina, Piazza di Venetia, Piazza di Espagna, Fontana di Trevi, Panteon) The owner knows to be a great host: he is very hospitale(he let us things for breakfast, and a tasty cake), and also a helpful guide(he explained us what to visit and where to eat). The apartment is completely equipped. l fully recommend! That the trip finished

• Galia (10/5): Perfect - The apartment was beautifully decorated and even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures. It is located a few meters from the coloseum which was very convenient. We could walk by foot anywhere in the city. Luigi was very flexible about check in time and enabled us to check in early. At the day of check out we had a late flight and he kept our luggage safe untill we came back from the tour. When we checked in we received a welcome surprise. Luigi and his wife Christina left us champagne, pie, ingredients for breakfast and snacks. Communication with Luigi was perfect, he answered immediately every question we had and he also helped us find a parking space for the car near the appartment. We were sorry that we came only for one night and if we'll be back in Rome we will definitely saty again at the appartment. Highly recommend!! Nothing

Luigi and his wife Christina were so welcoming and thoughtful, breakfast in the fridge pastries and even went so far as leaving a bottle of Bubbles to toast to our stay. Christina has done an amazing job styling the apartment to a high standard yet keeping it warm and welcoming. Luigi organised transfers for both to the apartment and to the airport. Facilities in the apartment were great from coffee machine to a washer/dryer. We would definitely recommend to anyone for a short or long stay in Rome. Thankyou Luigi and Christina.

The hosts were lovely & left several goodies for us to try. The washer & dryer (very rare in Europe) was very helpful since we were a few weeks into our trip. Nothing, we enjoyed staying here & would again if it’s available.

• Julie (10/5): Amazing location, beautiful apartment and helpful host - The beds were incredibly comfortable. We were only in Rome for 2 nights and main thing we wanted to see was the Colossuem. It is literally opposite so location couldn’t be better. The apartment is beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless. Luigi had left a nice bottle of chilled Prosecco, cake and some breakfast things which was a nice touch. Luigi was very helpful and organised an airport transfer for us as we had heavy bags. Very minor. If you were 6 people and wanted to stay in the apartment in the evenings the communal area is a bit small. We didn’t want to and quite honestly with so many amazing please to eat in Rome why would you?
