Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

- Alex (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic house with everything you need for a week away. Plenty of space, comfortable and well furnished. We took 6 teenagers for a week and they loved it. WiFi was excellent. There are plenty of extras to make the most of your time away including bikes, scooters and boogie boards. A perfect house to relax. The grown ups loved having a coffee machine, washing facilities, a bbq and an ensuite bathroom.

Netflix would be good.
Not keen on having to complete all washing up and putting it away before departure. The dishwasher takes a while to wash and hard to complete that task.
