• Hongnan (10/5): Absolute choice in Florence if you travel with a car, the location is just outside ZTL - This is the BEST apartment in our entire trip. Convenient access to public transportation to Florence's historic areas, while you can park your car in a facility nearby (5 mins walk) at the price of 17.5 euros per night. We loved it! Highly recommended! Maybe just a little bit of maintenance work: cracks of the kettle's handle (just some duct tape to prevent the edges from cutting fingers, the kettle works well); the hairdryer in the shared bathroom doesn't work (consider replace a new one)

• edward (10/5): Absolute jewel of an apartment for your Florentine adventure - This is a fabulous, absolutely fabulous apartment within easy walking distance of the centre of Beautiful Florence. From the high ceilings to the tasteful Florentine pistachio décor in the master bedroom this place exceeded every expectation. Air conditioned, brilliant location, there's a bus stop right outside the door that runs to the Station regularly if you don't fancy walking. Our host was fantastic, you get a full pack of suggested Itineraries of Florence, parking is available at a garage close by, superfast WiFi, its really, really clean. The photos on Booking.com don't do this place justice. We were travelling as a group of 3, spacious, cool, clean, tasteful accommodation that really makes you feel like you are living in Florence. Did I mention the value for money? We travelled in late July. I cannot believe we got this place at this price. Book it now. it's fabulous. Nothing. This place is an absolute gem. If you want to use the local underground parking, which is extremely convenient, do *not* bring your Range Rover or your Audi E-Tron GT. Small and nimble is your friend here. Our rental was a VW T-ROC and it only just fit. A fiat 500 would be great.

• lasry (10/5): - Wow!! It is hard to describe how amazing our stay was. We had a short weekend in Florence and our stay at Mazzini 34 collection was truly exceptional. The place was luxurious and speckling clean when we arrived. Everything is decorated with style and taste. The beds were very comfortable. A/C was quiet and cool. There is a parking lot 5 mn away for which you receive a discount voucher (so it costs 15€ a day - which is relatively cheap in the center of Florence) The apartment is within walking distance of city center . Our host Martina was available at all times for help and requests. Great location for SHABBAT near the Templo Maggiore (we were able to get manual keys for all doors). Highly recommended!!! Absolutely nothing. Traveling with kids isn't always easy and I have absolutely no complaints Everything was perfect.

We were a group of 5 women. The host, Martina, was extremely helpful and available.It was a beautiful and modern space. We loved it! Oh, and the air conditioning was a life saver, as it was extremely hot during our stay. The patio area was beautiful but we weren't able to enjoy it when we returned in the evenings from our various activities. The very first night we attempted to sit out a d share a bottle of wine and within 10 minutes we were actually "shushed" by a neighbor. We are very courteous and respectful people and we definitely were not being loud. It was a bummer. Also, the pullout bed in the living room definitely lacks privacy.

We loved the location - an easy 15/20 mins stroll took us to the centre, but it was also quiet and peaceful. There was a small supermarket close by too. Martina was an excellent host, answering any questions we had very quickly and the instructions/directions to the apartment were spot on. • Cosmin (10/5): Great stay in Florence - Apartment is really great - looks even better than the pictures; Martina had been very kind and helpful through our entire stay, helping us with information and provided a crib for our baby. As a family travelling with a small baby, this stay was perfect for us, so we can enjoy the city while being safe from noise and crowds

• Guest (10/5): - Our stay in apartment 3, "Hedera" was perfect and we have nothing to complain about. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean and everything was as described online. Air conditioning is really effective and the apartment temperature stayed convenient even during the hottest days. The location of the apartment is nice and with a walking distance to the city center. Our host Martina did amazing job on making our stay such successfull: she provided us with valuable tips e.g. on restaurants nearby and destinations in Tuscany countryside. We can recommend this place without any hesitations!

• Oona (10/5): I can fully recommend this Apartment! - Very well equipped and estetical apartment. Martina (allthough we never got to meet her personally) was an excellent and very helpful host. The apartment has a lovely little courtyard to enjoy in the summer months. I can absolutely recommend this apartment ! The smell of insence (which is well intended) is extremely intense.

• Bose (10/5): Heaven in Florence - This property was absolutely stunning and clean! Martina was an attentive host! I could message anytime and she provided tips on how to get there. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and had everything I needed. Location was walking distance from main attractions which worked perfectly for me. Bus access was easy to catch when needed. I can’t speak highly of this place and I’ll be back! There’s nothing I can think of!

• Leala (10/5): Perfect place for a week in Florence for four adults - All the reviews are accurate. This place was so wonderful and made our tripe in Florence so comfortable and easy. Comfortable beds, good hearing and AC in each room. Nice patio. Well equipped kitchen. We liked being outside of the city center where it was more quiet and it was a nice walk home at the end of the day. Plenty of space for me and my partner and my parents. The downstairs shower door doesn’t prevent water from getting on the floor, be careful not to slip.

• Betina (10/5): Wonderful experience - This was the best apartment we've ever stayed in on a trip. Everything was new, very well maintained and well decorated. The rooms were spacious, with closets and dressers. The bed linen and towels were very soft and clean. There was heating in all the rooms and air conditioning in the bedrooms and kitchen. The kitchen was very well equipped, and we prepared several meals. There was a large outdoor area with a dining table and garden furniture. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. There was a bus stop right in front of the building and several markets, restaurants and parking lots nearby. Martina and her husband were very attencious!
