• Jo (9/5): Great apartment, would highly recommend. Fantastic location in West End, great neighbourhood - Beautiful apartment, very comfortable, vert quiet, super clean and fantastic location. Lots of cafes, restaurants and bars on your door step. Right next door to the West Village with so many good cafes and restaurants. Nothing major but trying to locate the lock box with the key was a bit frustrating. But once found, we had a great stay

• Leonie (8/5): Pleasant overnight stay. - Right in the heart of west end, perfect location Key pick up was unclear and an inconvenience located in an unrelated car park up the road. Also couldn’t find slotted car park number. A coffee machine would be a nice addition.
• Allison (10/5): We loved the unit and will stay again - Everything! Very clean and spacious for a one bedroom. The location is great. Only one suggestion (not a fault at all) would be to have a full size ironing board in the unit to make ironing much easier.
• Bonnie (8/5): Excellent value for money in a vibey Brisbane precinct. - Location is superb. Apartment is very new. Carpark entry (when first arriving) can be annoying but if you don’t use your car after arrival it’s not a big deal.

• Tanya (9/5): perfect place to stay in the west end - the location is excellent - right in the middle of the west end the apartment is spacious and the bed very comfortable great communication with the host construction made access around the apartment on foot a little tenuous - understand that is temporary the apartment is not set up for people with disability - it was almost impossible to plug in my laptop under the desk (wide desk, low power point and unable to kneel or bend deeply). Also only bar stools is difficult for people with knee and back issues. Good to be able to sit outside.

And the proximity to West Village. For long stays it would have been great to have some extra replenishments (coffee, tea, etc.), tissue boxes and garbage bags. And some paper kitchen towels.

• Lindsay Becke (5/5): Would not recommend - Room was clean and comfortable Check in process was in shambles. Could not check in U til 3pm which is already late. Then found key was not in lock box. Difficult to contact third party agent to arrange keys. No where free to park and wait. Waited over an hr for someone to come with keys.

• Lopot Alup (5/5): Considered a convenient place to stay for us - Location very good , close to all the places/ shops/ bus station/ school/ train stations we had to go to Condiments, glad wrap, baking paper all provided Extra towels all provided at request with no charge Washing machine and dryer works very well Host quick to respond 90% of time and very helpful Less Dusty Apartment than most I have stayed at - as I am allergic to dust Love the smell of the bath gel, shampoo and conditioner Lots of mentally ill people walking around in West End. The apartment seemed not lived in much and got a bit getting used to The internet very slow. Could have had some plants on the Balcony as it was very concrete feeling. No broom for the verandah. Ironing board very small Sliding doors to verandah don't lock that easily Host has to clearly state that the swimming pool is not available as part of deal/ package

• Linda (7/5): - The room, when I finally got in, was perfect The palava of wanting images of myself with my ID and then an image of my ID before I could get instructions was very concerning. Also, an extra $300 in case of incidentals, I have been home for over a week and still do not have it back ! The key was in the most ridiculous place you could imagine, with no photos to show where it was. After numerous phone calls to find out where I was supposed to retrieve the key, and having to resend the ID, an hour and a half passed. I was furious. I'm lucky I started this key retrieval at 4 pm and not any later. Never again. The instructions are ambiguous, and I truly thought I had and was being scammed. I did get photos after I had finally got into my room ( key position)

• Samuel (6/5): The place itself was good but I would not book it again because of the bureaucratic hassle. - Good location clean and comfortable Fussy and ambiguous communication with ? AI bot or OCD human, invasive online pre-check in and security deposit payment procedures, which I had to duplicate and was charged an undisclosed service fee for the displeasure. Walking access involves negotiating a construction site .

• Trudy (8/5): Convenient location - The property was clean and tidy and a short walk from where I needed to be. Convenient to walk to restaurants. Check-in details were not sent out on day of arrival so I called the number and some ID had failed. I resent that and the details still didn't arrive, and it wasn't until I was at the airport to leave the details were sent through which was stressful. Instructions to retrieve the key were vague and as I arrived at almost midnight, it was dark and the location of the lockbox was like in a car park in a construction zone. I am a young female so didn't like walking to the back of the carpark to get the keys in the dark so late at night. I had to call again as I couldn't find the keys, so not a great start.

• Rob (10/5): Just an excellent appartment. - Absolutely lovely property. In fact I could live in that. Enjoyed the place very much. Very clean and very well laid out. Plus it’s pretty new. Close to all amazing places around West End.
• Gabrielle (1/5): Worst experience on Booking.com. Do not book with this host! - DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMMODATION - IT IS A SCAM! WORST EXPERIENCE! I was really looking forward to staying here. I booked this accommodation 4 weeks prior to flying to Brisbane (I'm from Perth). I arrived in Brisbane at 5pm and the hosts did not send me instructions so I was not able to check in and had to spend a further $1000 at another accommodation after walking around at night time and in the cold for 3 hours with my luggage. The address they gave is NOT legit! Even once the instructions were sent to me (Once i had already checked into another place) - the address did not exist! They also sent me a link to upload my ID and a photo of my bank card to their portal where they take $300 out for the bond as well as a "one time fee" of $40 - further putting you out an additional $340. I called my bank about this and they said a legitimate service/host would never ask for a photo of your ID and credit card which convinces me that this accommodation and host is a SCAM! Honestly save your money and hassle! DO NOT book with this host if you want to have a smooth trip & save yourself the time, money and hassle! Extremely disappointed! I've been using Booking.com for years and didn't realise it was so easy to scam people until I Googled it and it's actually really common! No wonder why they only have ONE review which they probably wrote themselves. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BOOKING WITH THIS HOST OR STAYING IN THIS ACCOMMODATION! THE ADDRESS DOES NOT EXIST OR THE BUILDING!
• Graham (7/5): Really great apartment and wonderful location - let down by poorly equipped kitchen and bland decor - Great apartment and location, really comfortable bed! Minimal kitchen appliances, cooking pots and serving dishes. Decor rather bland with no character.
