• Gene (1/5): STAY NEVER STARTED!!!! - NOTHING AT ALL. We couldn’t access the property because the entry codes didn’t work. We reached out immediately and got no response. Even Booking.com couldn’t reach the host. We were left stranded and had to find another place last minute. A refund doesn’t make up for the stress and inconvenience. Do not book this property—this isn’t a 1, it’s a 0.
• Kim (7/5): Work vacation stay - Very nice home and for reasonable price. Owner was super nice and friendly. Would use again if the internet was working properly. The internet never really worked. Owner called and had them come out and it worked for like 30 mins. I had to use my Hotspot from my phone as I had to work and my friends had to spend money on data because of the internet. There was no using the TV due to no internet. Also the dresser in main bedroom was broken so we could not use it.

Would - It was very clean and seemed to be newly renovated The WiFi/internet was not working for the entirety of our stay which was a bit disappointing for us as we were looking for more of a staycation.

Durante a hospedagem, percebemos que a piscina não estava aquecendo corretamente. Assim que avisamos, ele prontamente se colocou à disposição e enviou um técnico. Em menos de 12 horas o problema já estava resolvido, o que demonstra cuidado, agilidade e respeito com os hóspedes. Viajamos em família, eu, minha esposa, nosso filho de 10 meses e meus pais, e tivemos dias realmente maravilhosos. A casa proporcionou conforto e tranquilidade para todos, inclusive para o bebê. A localização também merece destaque. É ótima, em uma região totalmente residencial, muito calma e silenciosa, perfeita para quem busca descanso. Recomendamos sem hesitar e certamente voltaríamos.
• Thiago Drummond (9/5): - The place is nice and spacious, great for a vacation (I'd give it a 9), but for a longer stay, it needs improvements. The pool heating doesn't work, the internet is very slow (I had to work and it was a struggle), etc. The cleaning leaves much to be desired, there are issues with the internet and some maintenance problems, important light bulbs are missing, the pool is not heated (we can't use it), and I lost a package that was delivered to the mailbox; they didn't tell me it couldn't be delivered there, I don't have access to it, and I'm without my order.

• Luiz Gustavo (9/5): Conforto com custo-benefício! - A casa é ótima! Confortável, silenciosa, banheiros ótimos, cozinha montada completa, ar condicionado perfeito, piscina limpinha. Deu pra cozinhar, fazer churrasco e fica muito bem hospedado! A localização é boa, apesar de ficar em Clermont. A casa fica numa vizinhança bem tranquila, perto de uma escola. Deu até pros meus filhos pegarem doces no Halloween. Apesar de não ter porteiro no condomínio, que é uma rua escondida dentro do bairoo, deu pra comprar na Amazon e as entregas ficavam na porta da casa, deu tudo certo! Lavanderia, cozinha, chuveiros, ar condicionado funcionaram muito bem. Tem supermercado Walmart bem perto A comunicação prévia sobre o check-in poderia ser mais clara, pois as instruções só chegaram no dia do começo da hospedagem. Como meu voo chegaria tarde da noite, fiquei um pouco inseguro, até o momento em que recebi todas as instruções. Meu check-out foi às 11h e a faxineira chegou lá 10h30, mas nada que incomodou! A porta da frente tem uma folga na fechadura eletrônica e precisa de uma manutenção, pois ela só tranca na posição certinha. Mas nada demais!

Just wish the pool - I liked that the property was spacious, an end unit, and we were able to check in early with no additional fees No face towels, rocky/broken kitchen bench, small pool and takes a little while to respond sometime but still enjoyed my time there

It was also very personable and created the perfect atmosphere for a family vacation. There is not much I didn’t like. It wasn’t cleaned very well, there were hairs on some of the beds, and also I found chips underneath the bed that I slept on. Also the light by the pool didn’t work.
