Luňáková (5/5): Poměr cena výkon odpovídá spoluubytovaným. Česky jsme mluvili jediní, u vchodu vždy kouřil někdo rusky/ukrajinsky ml - Velikost postelí + prodloužené peřiny Wellness a spa neexistuje. Funguje vedle v hotelu, stejně jako stravování. Věděla jsem předem, co jsem ale nevěděla bylo, že recepční odpovídá na dotazy lidí z těchto apartmánů otráveně a na snídaních se nám vysmívali, že to máme drahé. Stejnětak příplatek za výhled na Lipno je se střešními okny výsměch.

The host was clear in communication on what is included and what is excluded and what can be excluded. No discounts for hotel guests to use the swimming pool - didn’t find that clearly mentioned in booking.com - it was hidden somewhere maybe . This is usually included in price or at least discounted . Here we paid catalogue prices .

Jana (7/5): Ubytování pěkné, hodně ostatních služeb je placených. - Hezký pohodlný opravený apartmán. Vybavená kuchyň. Hračky a knížky pro děti. Pohodlné postele. Místo odkud se dá vyrazit na výlety, nebo na cyklo super, pod ubytkem přímo cyklostezka kolem Lipna. Placené parkování pro ubytované, placený vstup do aquaparku. V rámci jiných apartmánů i hotelů bývá alespoň nějaký základní vstup či parkování zdarma , takže to nás trochu mrzelo. Chápu, že ubytování je u Lipna a chce na hostech vydělat. Výhled do neupravené zahrady, která má potenciál pro pěkné nové velké dětské hřiště, v zahradě chybí místo na grilování nebo opékaní. Nedodělaná terasa oplocená plotem, mohl by být vstup na zahradu přímo z terasy. Ráno se po apartmánu potulovali mravenci.
Lumír (10/5): Komfortní ubytování v areálu hotelu - Jednalo se o náš opakovaný pobyt v tomto apartmánu. Apartmán je moderně zařízený a skvěle vybavený. Výhodou je umístění v jednom z bloků hotelu, takže do wellness dojdete v županu. Domluva s panem majitelem byla vynikající. Ubytování / apartmánu není co vytknout. Je škoda, že není možné využívat venkovní bazény po celý rok, nyní jsou otevřeny pouze v létě. Dříve bylo možné je využívat i na konci října a relaxace ve vyhřátém bazénu pod hvězdnou oblohou byla nezapomenutelná.

Armin (7/5): Für anspruchsloses Übernachten voll ok, wenn Matratzen nicht so hart wären. - Lage direkt neben Aquapark. Parkplatz verhältnismäßig teuer. Vermieter reagiert extrem rasch bei Anfragen über WhatsApp. Haar im Waschbecken, Heizung bei Ankunft extrem aufgedreht. Matratzen UNGLAUBLICH hart. Leider kein Smart-TV, ORF nicht verfügbar (Streamen aber dadurch nicht möglich). Lift kaputt. Tatsächliche Lage für exakte Anreise musste erst vor Ort erfragt werden.

Elina (7/5): Good budget option - - We stayed really warm, the heating is powerful! - The bathroom looks new, the shower is spacious and has a glass sliding door (no yucky shower curtain) - Comfortable bed, electric outlets close to nightstand - Restaurants, skiing/ice skating rentals and the spot for ice skating on the frozen river are about 1km away - Good equipment in kitchen (2 pots, 1 pan, enough cutlery and dishes, good enough kitchen knife, refrigerator, 2 burner hob, dish soap, dish sponge) - Don‘t arrive by public transport (Praha - Lipno nad Vlatavou - bus to Frymburk - walk 10 minutes to hotel) because the bus is approximately 4x per day according to Mapy.com and the last one is at 5pm, you really need a car. - The spa/pool is not included in the stay!!

Milada (10/5): Vše bylo luxusní. Nechtělo se nám vůbec pryč. Pobyt můžeme doporučit všema deseti. Děkujeme - Ubytování bylo super. Ve vybavení je i spoustu her pro malé i velké, hračky pro děti, super televize. Kuchyň boží, najdete i koření pokud se dáte do vaření. Boží vana, vše krásně prostorné a čisté. Není nic co bychom mohli vytknout.
Pavlína (10/5): Pokud bychom opět navštívili stejnou lokalitu, rádi toto ubytování zvolíme zase. - Pěkný, čistý a útulný pokoj, dostatečně vybavený. Moc se mi líbilo velké množství úložného prostoru. Jiri (10/5): - Vše bylo super. Včetně komunikace s panem Danielem, dárkem atd. Pokoj čistý, útulný, při mrazech (-10 stupňů) krásně teplý pokoj. Navic chodby propojené s hotelem, takze si v pohodě dojdete i do welnessu nebo resturace 😊
Lumír (10/5): Moderní a velmi dobře vybavený aparmán - Moderně a vkusně zařízený apartmán s kompletním vybavením. V apartmánu je dostatek úložných prostor a v případě hezkého počasí lze využít venkovní posezení. Není co vytknout.

Jiří (10/5): Určitě se rádi vrátíme , pobyt se nám moc líbil a děkujeme 👍❄️🌨️ - Poloha apartmánu je skvělá , kousek od Lipna - začátek ledové magistrály a stejně tak i od centra Frymburku. Vše v dosahu , v areálu parádní aquapark a saunový svět . Apartmány moderní , čisté - naprosto skvělá velká sprcha 👍. Možná jen placené parkoviště i pro ubytované hosty ale kousek od hotelu je parkoviště bez platné i když označené zákazem vjezdu mimo rezidentu .

Marketa (6/5): Better to book it via official wellness hotel - Room was clean and had a lot of cupboards with some kitchen equipment (big pot, cutlery, plates and glasses, induction plate for cooking), besides kettle and microwave oven. There was also a fridge (freezing our eggs and strawberries to stones). Rooms are silent and bright, good for spending extended weekend or a week at that resort. There are two companies sharing the same hotel/facilities. One is professional, the other is quite a lot of money per stay, in which nothing is included (not even a free parking), nor breakfast, nor reception, nor minibar at room, or at least a customer sale for wellness. One single person takes care of everything strictly via whatsupp, informing about details and requiring payments of additional expenses only in cash.

Stefanie (6/5): Sauber aber dürftig in der Ausstattung - Die Lage nicht weit von Lipno und dem Skigebiet Suit mit Seeblick gebucht, Dachgeschoss bekomm ohne Seeblick, es sei denn man steigt auf einen Stuhl. Von Küche kann man nicht reden eine Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und eine Nesspresso Maschine und dass ganze auf einer Kommode. Apartment Gäste dürfen unter gar keinen Umständen an die Rezeption ( steht in einer Nachricht die man bekommt). Kein persönlicher Kontakt zum Personal nur per Nachricht.
Ján_Kov (7/5): - Výhľad, fen v kúpeľni, pohodlný posteľ, výceúčelové využití (aj pro páry aj pro rodiny s dětmi) Pokoj nebyl uklizený ,ne-utřený prach si troufnu říct klidně 14 dní a to jsme byly ubytováni na zimu kdy se tolik nevětrá jako přes léto... Nádobí špinavé. Křeslo bylo očividně od někoho polité. Takže co se týče čistoty na pokoji tak špatné. Restaurace v hotelu byla velkým zklamáním. Jídelní lístek je chudý to máte více výběru z nápojového lístku.
Ümit (9/5): - Ruhige Lage. Saubere Luft. Beider Räume im Apartment haben einen eigenen Fernseher. Kostenloses W-LAN. Ca. 10 Min. Fahrzeit mit dem Auto zum LIPNO Ski-Zentrum. Die Apartments liegen auf dem Areal des Wellness Hotels. Die Parkplätze des Hotels können gegen einen Betrag von ca. 5 Euro pro Tag genutzt werden. Alternativ können der öffentliche Parkplatz ( 5 Min. zu Fuß) genutzt werden.

Simona (9/5): Moc hezké ubytování, které splnilo naše očekávání. Doporučujeme pro pobyt ve Frymburku. - Krásně zaříízený apartmán, čistý a útulný. Byt byl dostatečně velký, koupelna prostorná a dobře vybavená. Balkon s hezkým výhledem. Postele a polštář velmi pohodlné. Postel má vysunovací přistýlku, kteoru jsme sice nevyužili, ale všimli si jí:-). Netýká se ubytování, ale restaurace v hotelu. Kuchyně nic moc, což ale lze vyřešit tím, že využijete zařízenou kuchyni v apartmánu a uvaříte si:-).
Ralf Arndt (10/5): Super Ausgangspunkt um den Böhmerwald zu erkunden. - Sehr schöne Lage am Stausee mit Blick auf den See vom Balkon. Vor dem Ausgang zum See war eine Baustelle, der direkte weg zum See war versperrt.

robert (3/5): Werde da nicht mehr hinfahren!!! - Ich wollte eigentlich für 3 Personen das Hotel Wellness & Spa Frymburg buchen mit Parkplatz, Wellness und Frühstück inklusive. Gelandet sind wir bei Welness & Spa Appartments "privat rooms". die haben mit dem Hotel nichts zu tun, also mussten wir auch Parkplatz, Wellness und Frühstück jeden Tag extra bezahlen. Damit war das Angebot nicht mehr billig sondern Preis - Leistung teuer. Das Angebot in Booking.com war irreführend. Am Tag vor der Abreise kam die Info , daß explizit darauf hingewiesen wird, daß keine anderen Leistung includiert sind. An der Hotelrezeption wurde uns gesagt wir können ihnen nicht weiterhelfen sie haben nicht bei uns gebucht. Die Zimmer hatten ein größeres Doppelbett, und für unsere 3. Person ein Beistellbett. Auf dieses Beistellbett konnte man aber nicht liegen, zu wackelig und die Matratze zu weich. Die Zimmer sind für 3 Personen viel zu eng.

Jan (8/5): - Dostatek úložných prostor, ubytování bylo čisté. Parkoviště pár metrů od dveří. K Lipenské přehradě je to 2 minuty chůze. Trochu dál od centra. Pokoj je v přízemí hned vedle vstupních dveří do budovy, takže je tam celý den silný provoz.
Elisabeth (4/5): Enttäuschend! Aber wahrscheinlich darf man für den Preis nicht mehr erwarten. - Nicht viel. Die Lage war gut. Der Saunabereich vom Hotel (extra zu bezahlen!) war das einzig positive! Sehr großzügig, schön und sauber. Sehr abgewohnt und spartanisch eingerichtet. Es war zwar sauber geputzt aber vieles wird einfach nicht mehr ordentlich…Alte, fleckige Teppichböden, Sessel fleckig, Lampen kaputt…ich fand es ekelig mit den Teppichböden. Lange, dunkle, verlassene Flure bis man endlich ins hotelgebäude kommt. Frühstücksraum ist bahnhofshallenmäßig und auch schon sehr abgewohnt. Beim Frühstücksbuffet ist man als Vegetarier arm dran…es gibt nur Gouda und Eckerlkäse. Außerdem haben bei weitem nicht alle Gäste Platz…Waren um 8:00 Uhr dort und es war alles besetzt und wartende Leute dort! Aquapark war auch enttäuschend für unsere Kinder. Es gibt eine einzige Rutsche und das Wasser ist zu kalt!
