• Costa (8/5): - O apartamento estava limpo, era confortável e tinha tudo o que precisávamos. O Mattia explicou muito bem como funcionava o self check in pelo que tivemos muita facilidade em executá-lo. No geral achei uma boa relação qualidade preço, apesar de não ser assim tão próximo do centro de Roma como pensei, uns 28 minutos a pé do coliseu mas como tínhamos passe dos transportes, tínhamos alguns autocarros a poucos minutos do apartamento. Ao entrar o cheiro foi um pouco desagradável, uma vez que o apartamento é no piso -1 e as janelas são muito altas e pequenas, o arejamento não é tão fácil. No entanto o cheiro foi passando e correu tudo bem

• Guest (6/5): Completely different than in pictures. - Location was okay, walkable distance from Coloseum. It is an apartment beyond the ground and it is nowhere stated, hosts don't speak English and are not eager to communicate well. It's not bright and it is without fresh air, nothing like in the pictures.

• Jayne (8/5): Spacious and clean apartment - Very spacious and clean apartment with all the facilities you need. A small amount of noise in the night from other residents walking passed the windows but nothing major. Quiet location about a 20 minute walk to the Colosseum if you don't mind that.

• Yashwanth (9/5): It was a nice place to stay and the host was super nice and very quick to respond to any question. - Location is super accessible for public transport. Sofabed could be little more comfy, it was just not right for me.

• Agata (10/5): Great stay & great price - The apartment was fantastic, extra clean, spacious, everything was prepared to the smallest details. There's a coffee machine with a delicious coffee, the kitchen is equipped with cooking basics what was really helpful. Localization is 10/10 with 20min walk to Colloseum, a few bus stops nearby and Re di Roma metro station. The bed was super comfortable, also hosts are very welcoming and kind :) Highly recommended! I got the check-in instructions pretty late, so you need to have working internet just before you arrive. Also, I would appreciate some more cooking knives and a cutting board :D

• Olaf (8/5): Relaxed stay - It is spacious, nicely decorated, enough space to store stuff. Good coffee machine with great coffee! Nice neighborhood. Good working shower. Communication with owner went smoothly. There were some knifes missing for preparing food. But I think owner will solve this.
• Tatyana (8/5): The reviews about the place are quite accurate. - The place is bigger in real life than it looks on the pictures, both the kitchen and bedroom are spacious. The owner left expresso coffee capsules and a bottle of water, toiletries. Overall the reviews about the place are quite accurate. It is ground floor, it is silent at night but at 7-8 a.m. you hear the neighbors going out to work. The district looked very safe, a lot of buses from the city center go there. It is 20-25 min walking by foot to Coliseum. I got instructions how to enter the building when I was around the corner already, so you better travel with internet to be able to receive them.

• Maryna (9/5): Superb - The property is great. Very clean , new, modern and comfortable and spacious The only downside is it located in ground floor so you can hear people walking etc. I slept with ear plus, didn’t have problems.so if you light sleeper, get ear plugs

• Dora (9/5): Superb - Good size of accommodation, the bed was comfortable, you can find all the appliance in the kitchen, close to the city centre. The house`s garden is beautiful. The video was helpful how we can get the key to the flat and get into the flat. Easy and quick communication with Mattia & Monia. If any change to leave a poster next to the main door to the other residents to close the door nicely, as night time you can hear when the door slams.

• Katarzyna (9/5): Superb - The apartment is great, it has everything that one may need during the stay, including a fully equipped kitchen. The location is very convenient, we ended up walking nearly everywhere, and there are multiple stores around. The bus stop is just around the corner and metro 15 min of walk away. The contact with the staff is amazing, they are responsive and kind. There was a light cigarette smell upon our arrival which we, as no smokers, didn't appreciate. Since the apartment is in the half basement it has small windows so it took a while for it to be gone.

• Tomasz (10/5): Very good time in Roma. - The apartment was very good, comfortable and well located. In the kitchen we found everything that was needed. There was very comfortable bed in the bedroom. We loved fluffy towels in the toilet as well. There were many grocery shops in place. Extra free coffee was what we needed in the morning :-) We will remember our stay very well. Everything was OK!
