Ann (1/5): It was a nightmare to get to the apartment just to be told that our paid booking was invalid! Scary! - Nothing. It was a total disappointment - Our Christmas holiday was ruined We arrived on Christmas eve as booked. We collected the key in a very difficult to find location. When I tried to open the apartment door, the owner of the apartment was inside! A furious owner who said he had not rented out the apartment and didn't understand how I had the apartment key. That was a huge risk as he would have mistaken me for an intruder and shot me. I took a lot of explaining to convince the owner that we had booked and paid for the apartment. I'm still traumatized till today. It was a cold winter Christmas eve and we didn't know where we were going to spend the rest of our vacation - Please remember that we were flying in from Dubai.

Oana (8/5): Great flat, not for families though - Nice and spacious flat, quality fittings and nice neighborhood with everything on the doorstep. Good restaurants near by, transport and good places for breakfast etc Management company is a waste of time. Luckily we met the nice owner and he was super accommodating.

Giovanni (7/5): Nice flat in a great location - Hosts, location and check-in service were all excellent. The apartment is very clean and also very nicely decorated. Location is super. The kitchenware, (cutlery, plates etc) is not enough. The bed is very comfortable but would benefit of a ticker duvet. The smoke alarm batteries must have be running low as it kept beeping all over the night causing me not to slee
