• Mhamed (8/5): Sehr gute Wohnung für eine kurze Aufenthalt in Charleroi - Die Zimmer sind geräumig, viel Platz, Parkplätze kostenfrei vorhanden, Küche ist ausgestattet mit Geräte und Geschirr, Smart TV und WLAN. Die Wohnung ist kein Luxus aber für unseren Bedarf war sie mehr als genug. 2 Etagenbette für 4 Personen plus ein doppelbett. Kleinigkeiten: Putzmaterial fehlt, auf Nachfrage hat der Besitzer einen Feger am nächsten Tag gebracht, aber ein Wischmop oder Wasserabzieher für die Dusche wäre besser. Türschlüssel für die Dusche/Toilette ist nicht vorhanden.

• M Waqas (1/5): Poor, horrible, health and safety risk. - Spacious apartment- thats the only positive about this property. Its is such a waste of space due to extremely poor management and service. This property is falling apart and is a health and safety risk. Mould and damp walls every where that you can smell as soon as you enter the property. On our stay the wash basin drain was completely choked so we couldn’t use it for washing out hands. We contacted the property management team who couldn’t solve it. They had an other apartment next door - wanted to bribe us to move next door only if we don’t leave a negative review (despite knowing that we are staying with three young kids). Locks are falling from the doors. Shaggy blinds on the outer windows- so people can easily peek and see from the street, so literally no privacy. No decor of the apartment what so ever, seems like we are staying in a dungeon - considering the extremely poor lighting. Energy saver small LED lights, half of them not working. No hand wash or soap at the property. ** AVOID STAYING AT THIS PROPERTY, WORST ONE IN MY LAST 10 YEARS USING Booking.com** I mistakenly booked it without reading previous reviews in haste - which was my mistake. Should be removed from Booking.com at the earliest. I am raising a formal complaint as well.

• Frank Eduardo (5/5): Por favor nuevos colchones - La casa es grande y bonita Ya estuve en este alojamiento antes y era cómodo y el personal muy atento, pero en esta última visita el personal no atendió a mis solicitudes ya que pedí unas cosas para la cocina y el manto del sofá y los colchones están fatales no no pude dormir bien y hay humedad en las paredes

• Eugenia (6/5): Ne-am așteptat la mai bine. - Locația și accesul facil la proprietate. Lenjeria era nespălată și am găsit prosopul de baie murdar. Zona de duș arată foarte rău. În plus probabil oaspeții dinainte au gătit pește și nu era aerisit.

• Nuno (1/5): Bad - Absolutely nothing Health hazzard. This apartment should be banned. Black mold in every room, clogged pipes in the bathroom. The shower looked like a murder scene. Run away from this like the plague.

• Fitzgerald (7/5): Good - The space. The freedom. There was not a single cleaning equipment. For a family or a group of friends, at least a broom, a dustpan a mopped and a hoover was needed to keep the place clean every day.

• James (7/5): Good - The apartment was large and the shower was very hot. The plug sockets were hanging off. The side window opened to show a disgusting litter, trash filled building site. The door handles kept falling off.
• Seun (2/5): Worst apt to ever stay as a traveller - There's absolutely nothing to write home about in this place There was no hoover/brush/dust pan to sweep, no spare bed spread/duvet covers and towels, we have to be chasing the owner to bring them everytime for 7days, and the one provided were so old and dusty, toilet, shower was so bad and disgusting to use as there was no window to let out the steam, smell and for fresh air to come in, so it stinks so bad after use. It says there was a washing machine on booking advert but it was all lies.
• Emad (10/5): Exceptional - Home is big and clean, front of bus station which is an advantage. Home is a near of Church, supermarkets and Restaurants. I will back again.
• Maruf (7/5): good - I was expecting air-conditioning or fans in every room but only two were available. We were 6 people but did not use the other room to sleep. Small toilet need to be covered so that there will be no visible pipe or exhaust line connection.
• Jan (5/5): Passable - Rooms were spacious The place is a bit neglected. First thing that catches your attention are shattered curtains that don’t cover the whole window which is not really practical on the ground floor. Cutlery was dirty. Sponges for dishwashing must have been there for months. The tiles in the kitchen peeling. Marks left after some kind of leakage on the kitchen ceiling painted over imperfectly. Towels and sheets did not smell very nice. Opening the window to the little courtyard offers a víew to a garbage dump. Yes, the place is not overly expensive so we did not expect magic but little things are what creates the overall experience. Had the proprietor paid more attention to them, the place would be just fine.

• Vid (8/5): Nice spacious place with all you need. - Nice location, clean apartment with lots of space. Smooth communication, smooth check in and out, got all we needed no questions asked. Parking is easy on the street. Bunk beds have thin bed supports wide apart, so sleeping there is not comfortable. We doubled the mattresses which made our stay way better.

Upset about having my family stay there when it didn’t feel safe. - 1– The door didn’t feel it fully locked. 2- The curtains/screens don’t fully cover/block the window so we had to block with things for it not to be seen from the outside. 3- There is some type of work ongoing in the bathroom and the ceiling its not covered. Lines are visible/exposed and run all the way outside, leaving a larger whole between the inside and outside. 4- The unit upstairs is also rented so people come and go at any time. 5- Somehow the unit was double booked and a family showed up at 0600 attempting to open the door.
