• Gabrielle (7/5): The flat met our needs overall, but it was missing a few key comforts that would have made it 5 star - We loved the location and spaciousness of the flat. It was very close to everything we needed. The check-in process for picking up the keys was inconvenient, especially when managing luggage. There was also a lack of basic information provided about the flat, such as how to operate the A/C and appliances, as well as check-out instructions. The kitchen was not adequately stocked for the number of guests, particularly in terms of silverware. The furniture showed significant wear, with noticeable stains on both the couch and rug. The dining setup was also insufficient, with only three chairs available—one of which was severely broken. Additionally, several maintenance issues impacted our stay: multiple lightbulbs were burned out, sinks and tubs drained poorly, and one of the curtains was detached from its track.

• Γιάννης (10/5): Perfectly located appartment! - The appartment is super cozy and perfectly located for London exploration. Nice view from the balcony and very large rooms and bathrooms with beautiful minimal aesthetic. Big plus is the mall in Battersea Power Station and the beautiful Battersea Park beside it. The was a little sortage of cutlery and chairs available for the five of us but nothing to really spoil our vacation.

• Nuno (3/5): A bittersweet taste - The excellent location next to the tube and a shopping center where we had everything. Unfortunately, we were unlucky with some issues. We booked the apartment for 6 people, but upon arrival, we found it only accommodated 4, with 2 people sleeping on separate sofas because there was no sofa bed as advertised. The internet never worked, there weren't enough towels, and the maintenance wasn't the best, including a broken chair that we thankfully noticed before sitting down. There were also some cleaning problems, such as water bottles behind the sofas. The host apologized profusely and resolved the issue of towels and bedding for the sofas. However, she couldn't fix the internet. In the end, it wasn't a positive experience. The host promised to compensate with £50, but nothing has been refunded yet, which is why I have to give a negative review. I hope they improve and keep their promises. I consider it a shame because the location is really very good, as is the apartment space, but they don't deliver on what was promised.

• Sara (8/5): Overall great apartment - Amazing location! Very spacious and clean Very bare, bathrooms are very dark and no mirrors elsewhere making it difficult to get ready properly.

• Carin (9/5): Nice apartment in a nice area. - Nice apartment close to the tube. Perfect to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We asked for an early check-in which was approved forehand, however I did not get any check-in instructions nor updates about why it was belated until 2 hours later than our approved check in time. (I sent messages but no reply until 2 hours later.) The coffee machine mentioned in an earlier review is still not working and the broken chair is still on the balkony. Some coffee cups were stained inside which wouldn’t come off in the dishwasher.

• Lucy (8/5): Very good - Amazing location and excellent communication re-instructions for entry and key et cetera. Loads of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. Not the owner’s fault but there was a strong smell of weed in the apartment. Also the broken chair someone else has mentioned was still on the balcony.
• Kevin (7/5): Was a great stay and would stay again. Better communicationis needed on the build up to staying as it left us very worri - Location was great, nice trendy area. Showers were great. Good amenities. Comfortable furniture. Badly patched up wall in living room, broken chair left in apartment from previous customer, bedroom 2 bedding was dated, no mirrors in bedrooms to help with getting ready.
• Alberto (3/5): What a shame. Great location but dirty with broken furniture and hole in the wall. - Location was great The place was not very clean, linens were old. Some furniture was broken. There was a hole in the wall of the living room and 2 glass panels in the enclosed balcony were cracked. The bed was missing one leg and was propped with a puff.

• Murat (8/5): perfect flat in Battersea area - location was excellent if you prefer to be in the Battersea area look no further . it is a brand new Frank Gehry design building. flat itself is quite spacious . it would be ideal for longer stays as well. easy access to building very convenient location . very close to the underground station and also to the Thames river if you prefer to go anywhere by boat. it met all our expectations and more . I would definetely go back. cant seem to find any fault with the apartment to be honest.
