Guest Reviews
- Holthouse (10/5): Exceptional - It was clean and the location was amazing! Our host, Ray, was fantastic! Quick and efficient with responses. We didn’t want for anything. Definitely recommend this rental.
- Anonymous (9/5): Superb -
- Gale (10/5): Great host and room! - Location to attractions
- Keith (7/5): Nice modern apartment but needs a bit of maintenance work. - Modern, very light, balcony view. Lots of wardrobe space in bedrooms. A range of fresh food items in the apartment. Vertical window blinds had a number of slats missing, and with no curtains this let a lot of light in. A bedside shelf fell off, and the dishwasher leaked as the door did not close properly due to the housing
being broken. Host apologised when this was pointed out.
- Anonymous (10/5): Great place to stay and feels like home. - The host had items for us such as coffee and tea (my morning favorite) available along with some pastries for the morning. The refrigerator was stocked with water and there were all.of the comforts we needed such as toiletries. It was a fantastic experience!
- Prescott (9/5): Great will definitely stay again! - Good size. Great location. Nicely presented with essentials in the fridge!
- Anthony (9/5): Perfect location close to sporting arenas and other attractions - A very comfortable and clean condo in the heart of the city within easy walking distance from Union Station and many attractions. We enjoyed having our own space to visit with the friends who travelled with us. There were many basic food items in the kitchen as well as thoughtful extras provided by the host. There is a great supermarket across the street. There is some traffic noise which is to be expected in a downtown location, so earplugs might be a good idea if this would be bothersome.
- Karen (8/5): Host and facility were amazing - The location and space was clean and modern Expensive:)
- Letty (10/5): Exceptional - Accessibility to the host.
- Dave (10/5): Excellent stay in central Toronto.condo was fantastic and not to be beaten on location. It was clean and had everything - Owner was quick to respond to any questions. The location is as good as it gets in Toronto and the Condo was great for 2 couples. Nothing
- Yoseph (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ron (9/5): Superb - Great location in a clean and comfortable condo in the heart of the downtown. Great proximity to Rogers Centre, Scotiabank Arena and Union Station. Check in was smooth and easy and we would happily stay here again. Nothing it was excellent
- Chris (9/5): The view is amaazing with plenty of space for 5 people. - We appreciated that not only was there a kitchen/kitchenware, the host made available some basic grocery items, including muffins for breakfast,. Found the parking a little confusing, since both 12 and 14 York share a parking garage. Got used to it eventually.
- Kimberley (8/5): Overall we were very happy with our stay. Great location to walk to many Toronto attractions. - Great location. . Condo was stocked with extras from snacks, coffee& creamer, toiletries, towels, dishes, laundry soap, umbrellas, etc. Couldn’t figure out how to use the dishwasher. Bathroom shower curtain was dirty.
- Laura (9/5): We spent 2 nights during Taylor Swift concert. It was a great spot. - Location Parking situation
- Peter (9/5): Superb -
- Amanda (9/5): Superb - It was really clean and fresh. Perfect for 2 couples. A few snacks and drinks were ideal for our late afternoon arrival. 5 stars just for this alone. It was great. Nothing major, just a blind panel in the bedroom missing, let lots of light in. Would have been better if the sofa could fit 4 people.
- Faiza (7/5): Good -
- Stephen (9/5): Superb -
- Sumaiya (10/5): Exceptional -
- Denisse (10/5): Gorgeous - Beautiful corner condo with beautiful view! The location is perfect literally walking distance from CN tower
- Sally (7/5): Perfect location - Great location. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen.
- Stefan (8/5): Great location and great view - Perfect location to explore downtown and harbour front. Almost every attraction is in walking distance.Great view. Don't miss exploring: The Path :) The express way is very noisy at night, but this is part of staying in the city.
- Carol (9/5): A great find for downtown Toronto. - Great location and very well equipped kitchen. Everything we wanted to visit was very close.
Towels were lovely and soft and toiletries were included.
View was lovely. We could see Lake Ontario and the freeway.
Owner was very quick to respond to my questions. Parking was a bit complicated and the nearest staircase to the parking space brought us up in the wrong building which the key fob didn't give us access to which was confusing. Perhaps a map would have been helpful. But the cost was actually included in the price and the owner also accommodated us leaving the car park later after we checked out.
Only negative which wasn't the properties fault was the traffic was awful it took us a very long time to get to the property even at 7.30 at night and leaving was also very bad due to road works. So access by public transport is probably advised!
- Annalisa (5/5): Well located but not “luxury “ - It was well located near the convention centre Some vertical blinds were missing. We requested they were repaired during our stay. The repaired blinds fell down within 24 hours. There are sliding doors for the bedrooms but they do not completely close the bedroom off from the lounge area. Upon arrival we had only one key and there was no ironing board. Given the “luxury” billing, I don’t expect to have to make place for the maintenance of the apartment.
- Jamie (8/5): Overal a nice place in great location. - Great location. Clean. Air conditioning in one bedroom did not work:
- Shah (9/5): Superb -
- Kaylea (10/5): It was great - It was very nice and in a great location N/a
- Fiona (8/5): Enjoyed it and would stay again - Close to everywhere we wanted to be.
Roomy Looked a bit like a crime scene with red splatters on carpets
- Marc (9/5): Great location, comfy stay - Fabulous location for a visitor as it’s just a couple blocks from Union Station which is where trains from far away and airport arrive. The 28th floor is mildly inconvenient as it’s the top floor of the lower bank of elevators so you’ll always have the most stops in the elevator.
- Princess (10/5): Exceptional -
- Liana (10/5): Exceptional - Location was perfect. View was incredible!
- Ozorio (9/5): Great spot with everything needed - Location, amenities Busy place at check in
- Miguel (8/5): Great location - Location, spacious, high floor with nice view. There were open food containers in fridge. Found hair in bed. Toiletries were used bottles and one shower curtain fell off. Easy fix, but inconvenient. For the price could have new toiletries for each guest.
- William (10/5): Exceptional -
- Zukowski (10/5): Very good and host had good communication - organised and tidy no parking
- Raquel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Saami (3/5): I asked parking but no one cared me - Location was good but management was not faithfully No parking
- Md (9/5): Superb -
- Anonymous (4/5): I would not stay here again and regret not just paying the extra for a hotel. This is the first time I had ever felt uns - Location Cleanliness/ Safety
- Francisco (9/5): Superb -
- Natalia (10/5): We had great time in Toronto, we walked everywhere and took public transportation. The location and view are amazing! - Location, location, location! Also views, comfortable beds, clean and updated interior. Kitchen amenities , coffee/tea supply, washer and dryer with supply of soap. The host is not pinching pennies and it’s a pleasant, rare nowadays, approach. It would be nice to include a parking spot with the rent, the chairs are starting to shed (it’s not real leather). Also the Force Majeure policy must be openly available to clients. Staff of Booking.com was USELESS! We traveled exactly the day of suspected terroristic act at the US-Canada border, near checkpoint we were about to cross. All checkpoints were shut down, we were not sure for how long. Night was falling, so we decided to turn around. We requested booking’ cancelation due to FM, but neither host nor booking.com’ staff were helpful during those difficult and uncertain times. However, host was responding, and host was available during our stay (we learned of borders reopening midway to Cleveland, and turned around again - we passed to Canada midnight)
