• Katie (5/5): - It was clean and had a decent location The bathroom description is is leading. Yes you have a personal bathroom but you have to access it through a shared entrance hall and kitchen. The drain was blocked so the bathroom flooded whilst taking a shower. Instructions for entering were sent via a series of messages which made getting in confusing and having to remember the code for both the entrance, door, room and bathroom made it more complicated. The walls are incredibly thin between your room and the other occupants which means you hear EVERYTHING! So not easy to sleep or relax.

• Judith (7/5): - la ubicación estaba muy bien para su precio: a aproximadamente 25 minutos andando del Tate Britain y con línea de metro cerca. el barrio súper bonito y limpio también, con mucha restauración cerca. la distribución de las habitaciones. no sabía que se organizaban todas en torno a la cocina y te podías encontrar con el resto de huéspedes. además, nuestro baño estaba fuera de la habitación y justo pegando a la cocina, por lo que si querías usarlo, tenías que molestar a la gente —si había alguien— para pasar y no tenías absolutamente ninguna intimidad porque se oía todo.

• jose (10/5): Buena ubicación y tranquilidad - El alojamiento en muy buena ubicación, tranquilo, con buena conexión muchos buses y en una buena zona, la cama muy cómoda, perfecto para viajar con amigos o con pareja El baño un poco pequeño

Cualquier persona no alojada podría acceder en un barrio con un índice de criminalidad por encima de la media de Londres. Baño fuera de la habitación (concretamente el nuestro dentro de la cocina comunitaria), excesivamente estrecho, lavabo para hobbits. Secatoallas oxidado. SUPERQUEJA: LE DIERON A OTRO INQUILINO EL CÓDIGO DE NUESTRO BAÑO QUE ERA ¡¡¡EL MISMO DE LA HABITACIÓN!!!. LA ÚLTIMA NOCHE LLEGAMOS Y HABÍA UN SEÑOR UTILIZANDO NUESTRO BAÑO, LO QUE HIZO QUE NO PUDIÉSEMOS USARLO POR CUESTIONES OBVIAS DE HIGIENE. Nos dijeron que había sido culpa del chico de la limpieza y que lo limpiarían a la mañana siguiente temprano pero nuestro check out fue a las 11 y allí nadie había limpiado. Tabiques finos (se escuchaban los ronquidos de los demás inquilinos como si estuvieran dentro de tu habitación). El sistema de cerraduras es muy ruidoso. NO ES ACCESIBLE A PERSONAS CON MOVILIDAD REDUCIDA.
