Kathryn (7/5): Super close to Wembley and makes things super easy in that regard. Very pricey, but location is why. - SUPER easy and helpful check-in process! Pictures, step by step instructions for checking in. The outside of building was very ugly and kind of creepy looking, but once inside, was nice. Couldn't get internet to work, which was unfortunate, but should have spoken to person about that sooner. There were TINY TINY ants in a few spots of apt, but not a huge deal. Don't think was for lack of cleanliness...

Joanne (1/5): Upsetting! - Absolutely nothing! It’s disgusting! I refused to stay there as there was even open live wires and I had a child with me! Still trying to get my money back as the ‘host’ has been absolutely useless! Booking.com also not been much help and I CANNOT BELIEVE they are still advertising this horrendous and unsafe thing (cannot call it an apartment)! Everything
Jacob (1/5): Rubbish really. - The location was great. Everything else was pretty terrible. Took over 2 hours to get the keys to work because nobody had bothered to check the front door to the apartment was working. Then when we got into the apartment some clown had left the radiators on so an already hot apartment ended up 10x worse. Uncomfortable the whole time. There was also very little working wifi (so spotty it only worked in the lounge), ants crawling up the sink in the kitchen and damage throughout the apartment. The place also looks like a crack den from outside. And BTW - at no point was I offered any urgent help or compensation for this mess.

Michelle (7/5): Great stay for Wembley visit - Excellent location for Wembley Comfy beds Bathroom was spacious and modern Decor was nice Very clean Bit tired in places and not well looked after by guests Few bits need attention (flashing light in bathroom, loose wire in bedroom, leak damage) Utensils were a bit sparse and needs oven gloves
