• Filip (3/5): Terrible place, would not recommend - Location is great Would Not recommend this place to anyone. The place has been renovated using cheapest stuff that got damaged and used up for some time now. The cleaning stuff clearly only wipes surfaces after guests but the owners did not do a proper deep clean for the longest time. Everything from kitchen cabinets to closets in rooms has seen better days. The kitchen is not equipped properly. The stuff in the drawers is sticky - we had to wash everything before using. Forget about cooking even simplest meal because there are close to no utensils and pots and pans. The bathroom has one toilet paper roll for 3 people for 3 nights, the drain in the sink was almost completely clogged, there were holes in the ceiling In the shower. There was a pretty unpleasant smell in the apartment and on the common area of the building possibly from the fast food restaurant downstairs. This place might have been ok after it was renovated but it is now a terrible standard that has made us feel yuck about using anything in the place.

• ALEX (8/5): Aparte en una ubicación ideal. - La ubicación era inmejorable, para los planes que teníamos. Apartamento tranquilo y buena comunicación con quien lo gestiona. Que las puertas de las habitaciones, sean de cristal, es algo incómodo, pues se ve la luz de la otra habitación, del comedor,….

• Steve (6/5): Great location very poor apartment - Location Damaged furniture, sofa falling apart, wardrobes with doors broken, one glass bedroom door jammed shut and unable to opened for over 30 due to it coming off its runner and phoned for help but no reply from the agents.

• Adriana (9/5): Ubicación excelente - La ubicación, el apartamento está ubicado justo en el centro de la ciudad y es muy fácil moverse a todas partes a pie. La estación de metro y las paradas de bus del aeropuerto están justo frente al edificio. El agua sabe horrible y no dejan alguna botella de agua para los recién llegados. No hay café ni una cafetera para preparar algo en la mañana.

• Matthew (9/5): Perfect location for a fun city. - Super convenient location, lots of space, and the washing machine was a bonus. Would definitely stay there again. Noise from the nearby "oldest bar in Malaga" at night on the weekend wasn't a big deal for us but sensitive travelers might take note.

• Marco (2/5): Nedoporučuji, neboť reklama je nepřesná a byt focený jako velký a světlý, pravda je opačná. - Lokalita, Alameda Principal je nádherná část města Byt 4, druhé patro....pračka na peníze bez udržování sebemenší kvality, nafocená iluze, ale jinak Tma v bytu, bez svícení nemáte šanci ani když je slunce, světlo z ložnic nestačí, smradlavý a špinavý výhled z kuchyně do šachty, Stav nábytku a bytu celkově kritický, stav koupelny, kritický, zdravotně nebezpečná klimatizace, plísně, několik let nečištěná, výhled z ložnic na špinavé klimatizace, proto je byt focený tak, aby nebylo vidět skrz ven. Majitel věděl o plánovaných stavebních pracech při našem pobytu pod bytem a neupozornil na to a odpovídal alibisticky, aby se neřeklo. Nulová snaha o kompenzaci
• Evelin (9/5): - Nagyon jó helyen, szuper ár-érték arányban. Kényelmes ágyakkal, minden helyiségben légkondi, tiszta lakás, sok szekrény, bőven volt helyünk. Különösen tetszettek a fürdőszoba fiókban a rekeszek. Egy dolog, ami zavaró volt, hogy a konyhában a serpenyők nagyon karcosak voltak, így nem tudtunk egy basic tojasrantottat sütni. Ezen kívül a főzőlap kijelzője nem működött rendesen, ezért nehéz volt használni/lekapcsolni.

• Barbara (8/5): Świetna lokalizacja!!! - Super lokalizacja!!! Okna wychodzą na tylną ulicę, więc było cicho. Idealne miejsce na nocleg, jeśli ktoś potrzebuje tylko przenocować w dobrych warunkach, a całe dni spędza poza apartamentem, np. zwiedzając. Czyste, schludne sypialnie. Bardzo miła Pani zarządzająca. Od ręki wymieniła wadliwy czajnik :) Jest winda. Łazienka i salon już nie pierwszej nowości. Ciężko dogrzać salon - na szczęście w sypialniach szybko można było nagrzać klimatyzacją. Odbiór kluczy jest jakieś 250m od mieszkania.
• Diego (8/5): La ubicación que cambia el viaje - El piso se encuentra en una ubicación muy buena, cerca de todas las principales atracciones de la ciudad. El estado de la limpieza fue muy bueno, incluyendo el baño y las camas eran cómodas. Nada importante que destacar. En algunos horarios puede ser un poco ruidoso porque las ventanas no tienen doble vidrio, pero durante la noche la verdad que no lo sentimos y pudimos dormir sin inconvenientes.

• Linda (6/5): Good for a budget traveler. - Location was excellent and it was clean. (No bugs lol) Very close to the subway and shopping, restaurants and beach not to far. Out front was a broad boulevard with trees and benches etc. Felt very safe. There were plenty of towels and lots of paper products. Noisy area, closing the windows and shutters did not make it quieter. You ARE in the thick of the action The washing machine made our clothes dirty. No doors to speak of on the bedrooms. They were glass and would not completely close, so noise and light came through. It was small with older furniture but the beds and linens were good. There was some general deferred maintenance but that’s not a visitors problem.

• Anne (8/5): Good base for visiting Malaga - Fantastic location, easy acess to the city and for excursions in Costa del Sol / to the airport. Everything you need to see is within walking distance in Malaga city. The place is simple and functional, good to be able to cook for yourself or have some peace and quiet after the busy days.

• Reelika (8/5): Very good - The location was very good, everything was really close by, for example the metro, train and bus stations were all on the same street. There were a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Air conditioner helped a lot with the high temperatures in the apartment. The guy who gave us the keys, Alberto was very helpful and friendly. Thank you Alberto! The walls were really thin, so you could hear every noise from the streets. Also there wasn’t an oven or a coffee machine in the apartment.

The appartment is very comfortable and quiet even if its located in a busy street. Also the air conditioning available in each room is helpful. The host Alberto was very friendly. This appartment is perfect we enjoyed our experience in Malaga ! Maybe the kitchen needs more equipment
