So cool to have access to the yard outside- we had lovely spring sunshine & I began my day by just going out to walk around the yard enjoying the light. Nothing- I would definitely recommend it. Iād happily stay again, though i bet it gets booked up very regularly.

- James (7/5): Great for short stays near Alexandra Palace - More than adequate for a short stay, great location near the Alexandra palace. There's a garden which we were able to sit and unwind after the concert we went to.
- Tracy (9/5): Comfortable, convenient and good communication from the host. - The apartment was just what we needed, good location for Alexandra Palace, where we were attending an event, handy mini mart just down the road. The beds were very comfortable, and was nice to have some outdoor space. There was no bin in the kitchen, which I found a little odd. And the outdoor space could do with some love, as it was quite overgrown with brambles and a random shopping trolley in the corner. Both are easily fixable for future guests. And, we still enjoyed our morning tea in the sunshine, in the garden.

- Lisa (1/5): - Nothing as this property is not made for more than one person so I had to find another place to stay so ruined my entire trip The photos are extremely misleading. There is a single bed and a small futon and no bedding for it. These photos have been edited, and some are AI. Spoke to the host, who was no help and clearly knows what they are doing. The smoking area is very unclean and full of rubbish. The back door was left open before out arrival. This is not a property for more than one. Do not get scammed.
- Jessica (9/5): Pleasent, perfect for a solo traveller who is in town for business. - Location was ideal as I was travelling a fair bit, so I was right by Hornsey Train Station. Small walk into Hornsey centre, where I went for breakfast. It is perfect if you're in London for work and are travelling around a fair bit. It worked well as a base for me. I wouldn't stay if it was for more then 1 person as it is a single bed. Probably could fit a double bed in for comfort, rather then the little futon.

- Stoyan.n (7/5): Good value for money - Excellent location for us. Easy check-in, clean, good parking options... all and all a good value for money. I was under the impression there was a double bed in the property. However, there was only a single bed and a small futon. Kinda okay for two people, but I can't imagine 3 people in there.

- Sadiq (5/5): The pictures potray a bigger space but its actually smaller in reality. - The room was smaller than expected. The toilet was tiny and the bed was literally just for one person while when I was making the reservation, I clearly stated I wanted a room for two. So the other person had to sleep on the tiny sofa coach.
