• Oleg (8/5): Dobre położenie, wysoka jakość, przestronność, mili ludzie, parę niedogodności (gdzie ich nie ma?) - Dobre położenie, fajny widok, przestronny pokój, szafa, duża wanna, obudowany prysznic, wygodne szerokie łóżko, 2 kapsułki kawy i 2 woreczki herbaty, parking, dokoła świece, dużo świec, można zrobić nastrój, duży korytarz wyposażony w sofę, nocna cisza, przyjazna obsługa, check in o 14:00-14:30 możliwy Brak chodnika przez kilkaset metrów, długo trzeba czekać na ciepłą wodę, symboliczne dwie kapsułki kawy, brak zapałek lub zapalniczki do tych romatycznych świec, zatem weźcie zapałki koniecznie z sobą! Zanim nastąpi cisza nocna, motorowery jadące pod górę skutecznie obrzydzają wieczorny odpoczynek lub nie dają zasnąć, cicho robi się po godz. 23, internet beznadziejny, łączcie się przez włoski I TIM lub Vodafone IT jeśli macie europejski roaming danych w pakiecie.
• Diane (9/5): Très beau et confortable logement - Très beau logement, confortable, meublé avec goût. Gros plus pour le grand lit quand on est grand 😊 Très belle vue. On peut se garer sur place. Les explications et la communication ont été très faciles. Simon nous a conseillé un très bon restaurant à côté. Bien sûr le logement n'est pas dans Côme mais il est à seulement 10 min de voiture et vaut le coup. Nous étions trop tôt dans l'année pour profiter de la piscine mais je suis sûre que ça ajoute un plus important. Bref allez y sans hésiter ! Rien

• Eva Jane (10/5): Easy check in and out, sweet, private and spacious place. - Short and sweet visit so not too much to stay. Check in & out was nice, easy and private. The space was lovely and we enjoyed the facilities. Cups were a little dirty but wasn’t too big of an issue.

• Dias (10/5): A fabulous and wonderful experience! - La nostra esperienza è stata fantastica, vista meravigliosa e alloggio confortevole! Proprietario cordiale. Potrebbe avere un forno a microonde, ahah (risata), ma è eccellente.

• Stephan (6/5): Es war ok, Sauberkeit sollte besser werden dann passt es! - Die Unterkunft, war sehr gut gelegen für unser Zweck. Das Bett ist groß und bequem. Das Bad ist sehr großzügig. Aussicht top! Auf die sauber kein sollte mehr gemacht werden es hat sehr viel Staub. Bei der Dusche hat es kein Licht, so ist es recht dunkel. Die Duschbrause sollte mal entkalkt werden, bei der Badewanne kommt am Duschkopf dadurch fasst kein Wasser raus!

• Guest (10/5): Eccezionale! - Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento e devo dire che è stata un’esperienza meravigliosa. La posizione è splendida, immersa in un contesto che trasmette pace e serenità: un luogo che davvero merita di essere vissuto. Un dettaglio che ho apprezzato tantissimo è stata la presenza di alcuni gattini dolcissimi e amichevoli, che hanno reso l’atmosfera ancora più speciale. Il letto, poi, era semplicemente favoloso: comodissimo e accogliente, perfetto dopo un lungo viaggio in macchina.. Consiglio questo posto a chiunque cerchi tranquillità, comfort e un ambiente autentico e piacevole. Raccomandatissimo!

• PASCALE (8/5): Suite agréable dans maison privée - Chambre et salle de bain spacieuses. Maison agréable sur les hauteurs de la ville avec vue dégagée et piscine. Possibilité de se garer sans difficulté. Simon était disponible pour nous accueillir et nous montrer l'accès à la suite. Nous n'avons vu aucune mention des horaires d'accès à la piscine sur le site de Booking. À noter que l'on ne peut plus l'utiliser après 18h30. Nous l'avons découvert le jour de notre arrivée, à 18h30...:/ Simon a cependant eu l'amabilité de nous laisser en profiter une petite demi-heure. Merci. La suite n'est pas climatisée et nous avons un peu souffert de la chaleur malgré le ventilateur dans la chambre (un peu bruyant malheureusement). Quelques prises supplémentaires pour brancher nos téléphones ou autres appareils auraient été les bienvenues.

• Lara (9/5): - Très beau séjour à la Villa dei Leoni. L’emplacement est idéal, au calme, tout en étant proche du lac de Côme. La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique. Le lieu est propre, bien entretenu et parfait pour se détendre. Je recommande !

Everything inside and outside is decorated with excellent taste for design. Simon is a caring and very organized host, perfect communication from booking to end of stay. • Bernd (7/5): Luckily it was short but so far acceptabel. - The location is very nice, if you like a quite place with a good view. Because of the weather the pool was not usable. The bathroom is very good. In this room is no fridge not even a television. In this location are better options available for staying. The beds could be renwed.
• Diana (5/5): Disappointing and overpriced. - The view and having a place to sit outside eating our picnic in the evening and breakfast the next day. The coffee machine was welcome, however if you want milk in your coffee there was no fridge to keep your milk fresh. The black mould in the shower tray and surrounding tiles, lac of waste paper bin in bedroom, a fridge would have been nice , splash stains up the wall by coffee machine. Attention to detail was poor.

Can’t rate the pool area as the pool was not yet in use in April (what we have known before) but it looked nice.

• Sean (9/5): Superb - Super comfortable bed (and I do mean super comfortable). Great views to wake up to in the morning of the mountains. Great access to local towns like Mendrisio and Como. I was able to come and go as if I lived there myself, an exceptional place to rest on a journey. I went in January and I'm sure it is even more quaint in the hotter months when one can access the pool.

Thanks to accessible water in the outside we could have washed quickly bikes after the ride, there is also washing / drying room, plenty of space on the property. Very friendly and helpful host. Nice and spacious bathroom and cozy room. Coffe and tea corner waiting for you. 👌

Over all the experience was pathetic. No water , no service untidy , unclean , room full of mosquitos and spiders and insects.

• Ariel (8/5): Surprisingand amazing house, garden and surroundings - My wife and I loved the Suite. Comfortable, spacious, clean and very unique. An unbelieveable view from the windows, Very private. Plenty of parking and a very kind host. The swimming-pool is big and inviting as well as the garden around it. The proximity to lake Como is also a big plus. I wish the pool would open earlier in the day (i.e.08:30) so we could use it even on the day of departure (10:00 checkout time)
