• Michela (5/5): Posizione perfetta ma appartamento da rinnovare nell’arredo e da curare nella - Perfetta la posizione. Appartamento buono come dimensioni e ben distribuito. Avere a che fare con una IA e non con esseri umani e’ molto frustrante. Abbiamo segnalato i problemi: divano inutilizzabile perché troppo sporco, bucato e macchiato; peli e capelli ovunque, anche nelle lenzuola; materasso sfondato e cigolante a ogni minimo movimento, tazza del vater mal attaccata. Le risposte erano automatiche, nessun intervento, i messaggi automatici sembravano una presa in giro.., il bello di affittare un appartamento e’ il rapporto personale, qui inesistente.

• Iva (10/5): Great! Book it you won’t regret! - Location is perfect right on the square, few minutes walk to everything that you would like to see in Malaga. Good size and clean,communication was easy they remind you that you are about to check in and ask how was your first nightstand. Very responsive on WhatsApp! I will recommend and if going back to Malaga will book it again. The shampoo was empty, however that is not something for concern, the only thing that I did not like is that we should take the garbage out when we were leaving. I thinks it should not be problem for whoever is cleaning the unit to take one more garbage bag and trough it out. It is not convenient to go and look where to through away a garbage with suitcases when check out. ( they provide us with address where to bring the trash) This is not something for complaint but for honest feedback whit hope that the host will understand and fix!

• Rosanna (7/5): posizione eccellente, ma pulizia e gestione dell’assistenza decisamente migliorabili - La posizione è sicuramente il punto di forza: centralissima, perfetta per visitare Málaga a piedi e molto comoda per raggiungere le principali attrazioni, compresa la zona mare . Purtroppo la pulizia della camera ha lasciato a desiderare: abbiamo trovato molta polvere. Per quanto riguarda il check-in e l’assistenza, non è presente una reception fisica ma tutto avviene tramite chat WhatsApp. Il sistema risulta piuttosto impersonale e poco efficace: i messaggi sono spesso ripetitivi e automatici e, alle richieste specifiche, non sempre viene fornita una risposta concreta o utile.

A požiadavka na odnos odpadkov(smeti) ma velmi šokovala, po týždňom pobyte ich bolo dosť a riešiť toto v centre mesta je dosť nepríjemná vec. Musíte si zistiť kde su na to určené kontajnery a odniesť ich osobne.

• Antonella (1/5): - I was on a business trip, and at the time of booking I already informed the accommodation that I would need an invoice for my stay. I asked for it more than 10 times before, during, and after my stay. I also called the property management; they promised they would send it, but they still haven’t. Every time I call them now, they hang up as soon as they realize it’s me. This situation has been extremely frustrating and has ruined the overall experience of my stay in Málaga.

It was just a sofa not a full pull out bed and the sofa has seen better days... We probably would've booked somewhere else had we known that someone would be sleeping on the couch. Everything else was great.

• Rachel (5/5): Disappointing - Great location, Malaga is a beautiful city. The double bed in the apartment was so uncomfortable and really damaged my back. I pulled up the stained mattress and there was an entire wooden panel missing where I had slept for five nights. Under the bed was filthy. The screens on the balcony doors were not making good physical contact with the frame, so we could hear all the street noise outside. Their website stated that there would be a coffee machine and toaster. There was only a stove top coffee maker and no toaster.

La cama super incomoda, se hunde completamente el colchón, la calefacción apenas puedes regularla, no sabíamos si estaba funcionando o no, nos tiramos 3 días intentando contactar con alguien para que nos dijese si teníamos posibilidades de salir 1 hora mas tarde de la habitación ,nadie nos respondió y lo que mas nos disgustó es que teníamos que dejar la habitación a las 11:00 y a las 11:05 ya estaba la limpiadora entrando a la habitación y sin ni siquiera llamar a la puerta, esto fue alucinante.

El sofá también incomodo tanto para ver la tele como para dormir. Éramos 3 y para el que dormía en el sofá no había manta. Todavía espero que me contesten si podríamos dejar las maletas hasta las 16h. Tras tres mensajes diciendo que lo están mirando-era un bot- al no recibir respuesta las dejamos en una taquilla.

Colchon poco firme y desgastado lo cual hacía difícil la continuidad del descanso, pequeños detalles como el cable ducha deteriorado y con fuga de agua, o el soporte para colgar toallas baño que estába pendiente de colocar en pared.

Nous nous sommes senties en sécurité dans cet emplacement. L’hôte était disponible et répondait rapidement à nos messages via WhatsApp Appartement très mal insonorisé On entend le bruit jusqu’à 5h du matin. À notre arrivée, le plancher était déjà sale. Nous n’avions pas de balais disponible ou tout autre article de ménage. Peu d’article de cuisine aussi. Prévoir plus de savon à vaisselle, nous avons dû aller en acheter. Divan-lit et lit inconfortable et craque au moindre mouvement. Salle de bain relativement propre à notre arrivée. Par contre, nous avons dû aller acheter du papier de toilette car il n’y avait que 2 rouleaux. Laveuse disponible mais prévoir d’apporter du savon à lessive car n’en fournit pas. Nous n’avions pas beaucoup de serviettes de bain. Heureusement, l’hôte est venue nous en porter d’autres à notre demande, mais n’a pas rapporté avec elle la pile de serviette sale tel que demandé… Il n’y a pas beaucoup d’accommodations dans le logement. Les murs étaient taché. Il serait pertinent de: fournir plus de choses, tel que papier de toilette, changement de serviette, article de ménage/nettoyage, ajouter une chaise pour la table et de s’assurer de faire un bon nettoyage avant les nouveaux arrivants. Pour l’emplacement, nous recommandons mais pas pour le logement.

It was very, very noisy during the night due to the central location. People shouting and singing in the early hours. We could live with this as we were only staying for two nights.

• Juan Jose (1/5): Instalaciones sin mantenimiento.imposible descansar bien - El alojamiento está ubicado en pleno centro, de verdad que está excelente. Muchos restaurantes, tiendas, super, fiesta, puedes encontrar de todo. Las instalaciones están pésimas. No realizan mantenimiento ni revisiones del mobiliario. 1.- El aire acondicionado no enfriaba bien y no tenía la fuerza suficiente de ventilación. Lo avisé al llegar y no hicieron nada, lo avisé al día siguiente y siguió igual. 2.- La cama matrimonial está totalmente desajustada, los laterales están que se desarman. Le falta un buen ajuste o cambio. 3.- El colchón de la cama matrimonial está vencido o es de pésima calidad. Solo al sentarte quedas totalmente hundido en el. A parte tiene unas pelotillas que aunque tenga sábanas no es confortable. También lo avisé y lo único que hicieron fue darle la vuelta al colchón. 4.- El sofá cama más de lo mismo, los muelles no sirven, quedas durmiendo prácticamente sobre las tablas del mismo. También lo avisé y no hicieron nada al respecto. 5.- La cafetera no funcionaba, también lo informé y fue lo único en lo que nos resolvieron, al final del día cuando llegamos estaba una nueva. Pero a la final no la usamos porque nos tuvimos que ir. Como no recibí respuesta llegué a un acuerdo con el alojamiento y booking y me tuve que ir faltando 2 noches. Me retrasaron el dinero pero el tiempo que perdí entre las llamadas y los acuerdos lo perdí de mis vacaciones.

• Rebecca (9/5): A very enjoyable stay in the centre of Malaga - The apartment was totally central and very easy to find. Perfect for a short stay in the centre of the beautiful city of Malaga. We travelled to see the Christmas lights which were fantastic as usual. The apartment was clean and comfortable and I would definately stay there again.

• Felix (10/5): Great location, clean and comfortable place. - The location was excellent and it was easy to reach anything, just across Bar Málaga and close to supermarkets. It was clean and soap, towels and so on were provided. The bed was a wee bit too soft for my liking but that's personal opinion which wasn't shared by my partner I've to make things up to be honest. Wasn't anything I'd change.
• Janusz (8/5): Very good - Location of the apartment is very good. Centre of the old town. Many restaurants next to. You can feel the touristic side of Malaga. Door to the bathroom can be improved at least that You can close it completely :-)
• Louise (6/5): Scary - Exactly as described I had 2 intoxicated men and a lady try to get into the apartment late at night. They had a set of keys and were able to access the front door downstairs. Fortunately I had the double lock on the door so they couldn't turn the key to open door. I called the number, they cancelled the call. The next day, no explanation even though I recounted story. I had zero sleep that night.
• Peter (10/5): Great value for money. - The location is great. The streets around are crowded but the noise insulation is perfect and even though there was a restaurant just under the window there were no issue getting a good sleep and not being disturbed by the noise. The third bed is actually the sofa and the chairs were only two while we were three. The kitchen is missing an oven. There is a microwave but we don't use such.
