• Tatjana (5/5): Different appartment - The apartment was not the same as the one shown in the pictures. It was much worse. The owner’s explanation was that they show one apartment on Booking, but actually rent out several others which are not photographed.
• Myriam (7/5): Un apartamento enorme y céntrico, pero que necesita retoques y mejor ventilación - Un apartamento enorme, en un barrio práctico para enlazar con la estación de Serdika. Sin embargo, nada más llegar la ducha estaba embozada y tuvimos que llamar al encargado para arreglarla, por que el agua se salía por todo el baño. Fuimos en plena ola de calor y solo tenía aire acondicionado en el salón. Es un bajo que da a patio de luces, así que hay mosquitos. Los sofás necesitan un nuevo tapizado, tenían grietas y zonas sin tapicería
• Vinh (7/5): - The apartment is close to the bus station and nicely designed. It is at the 1st floor so it is very convenient. The rooms are spacious. We asked for extra fans and blankets and the owners gave us what we need after a day. There were mosquitoes in the bedrooms.

• Anthony (10/5): Very happy with accommodation, location and price. Would definitely use this company again. - The location was ideal, trams close by and places of interest also close. Although not too far away, we had to walk 5 minutes to where the car park (gated and underground) was located, in bad weather, not ideal. I was impressed by the manager, Vasco, who responded promptly to any questions I had and a bonus was his excellent English. He also was good at recommending places to eat and how to use the trams. Location of car park!
• Eleni (10/5): Value for money flat in convenient location - The flat is situated in a very convenient location, within walking distance from the city centre. It is spacious enough to accommodate 4 people. A plus is the parking space you can reserve for 25 leva per day. The mattresses and pillows are not so comfortable. I would also recommend adding a bathroom mat because it’s quite slippery in the bathroom.

I recommend it to anyone who needs to stay in - Great location, great apartment, very clean and comfortable, everything was in great condition and it is fully equipped! The staff were very helpful and responsive! We would definitely love to stay here again! Everything was perfect!

The location is perfect—right in the center, close to everything but still quiet at night. The beds were comfy, the place was spotless, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Fast Wi-Fi, stylish decor, and a super helpful host made the stay even better. Would 100% stay here again! Highly recommend! 😊
