Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighboring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. Julie (10/5): We had an amazing week, the location was excellent and the house was very clean and comfortable. - Excellent location, very clean and tidy. Easy to have our small dog with the secure fencing at the front of the property. The upstairs and downstairs were only linked by an outside staircase. However this was a minor inconvenience which did not impact our enjoyment at all.
Craig (9/5): Perfect Location, very comfortable stay x - Perfect location, right across the street to Birubi Beach, excellent facilities, comfortable beds, beautiful decor. Both apartments need a detailed clean. Downstairs oven had not been cleaned some utensils still dirty. Downstairs floors need cleaning especially under rug & table.
