Norbert (6/5): Für den Preis zufriedenstellend. - Die Lage war für den Preis O.K. Großes Zimmer, großes Bett. Bushaltestelle war in der Nähe. Die Busverbindung ins Stadtzentrum und zum Bahnhof war gut. Der Fernseher funktionierte vom ersten Tag an schlecht und nach einer Woche überhaupt nicht mehr. Ständig kam der Hinweis: "Kein Signal". Die Bedienungsanleitung fehlte. Ich bat Nachbarn und Putzhilfe um Hilfe, doch auch sie konnten nichts tun. - Die Bedienungsanleitung für den Herd fehlte. Ich traute mich nicht, den Herd nicht benutzen, da ich nicht herausfinden konnte, wie man ihn ein- oder ausschaltet. - Dusche, Toilette, Küchenzeile und Fußboden wurden nach der ersten von zwei Wochen NICHT gereinigt.

Helge (3/5): Nicht empfehlenswert - Nichts Extrem unpersönlich, wc außerhalb der Wohung, Wohnung kalt und Heizung nicht voll funktionsfähig, abgetragene Synthetikbettwäsche, sehr hohe Endreinigungskosten für eine Übernachtung

Catherine (5/5): Würde ich nicht nochmal nutzen. - Ein Gemeinschaftsbad ist schon kein akzeptabler Standard aber das dieses 1 Stockwerk tiefer als die Wohnungen und NICHT abschließbar ist geht wirklich gar nicht. Zimmer konnte nicht abgedunkelt werden, es gab auch keinen Spiegel im Zimmer. Dafür 90€ die Nacht ist unverhältnismäßig.
Axel (4/5): Greifswald ist sehr scg - in jeder Ferienwohnung und in jedem Hotel liegt eine Mappe aus, in der die Bedienung vom TV, der WLAN-Schlüssel und die Gepflogenheiten des Hauses stehen. Dies habe ich sehr vermisst! Kleine Teller sind nicht vorhanden stattdessen gab es Plastebretter. im Großen und ganzen fehlen eindacg wichtige Infos.
Anke (5/5): Die FeWo hatte eine sehr gute Lage, Greifswald konnte von uns somit gut erreicht werden. Wir erlebte - Die Lage war sehr gut, auch der Stellplatz vorm Haus. Das die/ der Gastgeber mit einem schmalen Bugdet wirtschaften muss, ist einleuchtend. Nur hatte man in puncto Ausstattung und leider auch bei der Sauberkeit den Eindruck, das noch weniger nichts ist. Bereits mit der Kommunikation vor der Ankunt bekam man einen sehr unpersönlichen Eindruck. Auf einen nicht entgegengenommenen Anruf des Vermieters folgte eine SMS :“SMS Bitte“. Einladend war das nicht. Die Ecken im Zimmer wirkten verstaubt und lange nicht gereinigt, die Zimmereinrichtung wirkte sehr spartanisch und unpersönlich. Das Geschirr war zum Teil nicht gereinigt und die Handtücher hätten bereits schon längst entsorgt werden sollen… Sie nahmen fast kaum noch Nässe auf.
Szewczyk Haake (3/5): - Nobody has warned me that there will be a heating system reparation during my stay, and then it suddenly turned cold (in mid-December!). I spent a night freezing, and asked for fixing the thing. After dawdling for a whole day the owner (a very unpleasent guy, mind you) informed me that it can't be repaired and left me without a word of excuse. The men who rents the place offered me another location or a partial (!) refund - come on, that is not how you figure out things when they go wrong. Plus: they don't communicate in English. Plus: it would be nice to get a clean bedcloth - I was not that lucky.

Kerstin (5/5): In Ordnung wenn man Treppen steigen kann. - Ruhige Lage Es war nicht erwähnt, dass es über den Flur, dann 15 Stufen hinunter, dann wieder 5 Meter bis zur Toilette sind. Dies sollte in der Beschreibung der Örtlichkeit enthalten sein.
