• Ahmetreisoglu Hotaman (10/5): Ein sehr komfortabler Aufenthalt - Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir haben mit fünf Personen übernachtet. Die Wohnung war in einem absolut tadellosen Zustand – sehr sauber und perfekt gepflegt. Die Betten waren äußerst bequem und sehr komfortabel. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, es wurde wirklich an jedes Detail gedacht. Unsere sehr freundliche Gastgeberin hat uns sogar mit selbstgebackenen Keksen begrüßt. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war hervorragend, sie war sehr herzlich und hat uns persönlich empfangen. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen großen Balkon mit einem schön beleuchteten Weihnachtsbaum, was eine besonders gemütliche Atmosphäre geschaffen hat. Das Internet funktionierte einwandfrei. Wir haben die Unterkunft als idealen Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge nach Straßburg, Colmar und Freiburg gewählt. Das Parken direkt vor dem Haus war problemlos möglich. Unser Aufenthalt hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Für diese besondere Sorgfalt bedanken wir uns herzlich bei der Gastgeberin und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat.
• Enrico (10/5): Splendida accoglienza e bei luoghi da visitare. Posto in cui non si fa fatica a ritornare. - Padroni di casa ospitali. Casa fornita con tutto il necessario per sentirsi a casa propria. Camere ampie e cucina abitabile con bagno grande e piccolo bagno secondario. Consigliatissimo per tutti i tipi di viaggiatori.
• Irina (10/5): Perfekter Aufenthalt im LenaVis! - Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Helenes Wohnung während unseres Urlaubs im Europa und Rulantica verbracht. Es war perfekt! Die Lage ist top, die Umgebung sehr friedlich. Es ist alles vorhanden und sehr gut durchdacht in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich. Die Sauberkeit und die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin ist tadellos! Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen nächstes Jahr im Sommer wieder 👍. NICHTS!
• Diana (1/5): I felt like an intruder in their house… I had guest over and they came to check how many of us are inside the apartment, - Nothing special…it’s an ok property but the owners are not nice people, I tell you this! I tought I wave an apartment of my own only to find out that the owner lives underneath and you can make no noise after 10… out footsteps and laughter bothered them…I had my friends over whom I haven’t seen in 2 years and we stayed till late one night and the next day they came to complaint to us and said I was not allowed to have someone over .
• Souheil _L (1/5): - Frankly, the location, the amenities...the building is new a s everything...but unfortunately...to be continued in the next chapter! As i wrote above...unfortunately the people in charge have nothing to do with the real estate and hospitality business... In details: We arrived Friday evening around 8:30 pm, we were met with smiles on the faces and made the check-in but later on in the evening around 10 pm we receive a message (sort of threatening and intimidating)on WhatsApp telling us that we have two more people that weren't registered while booking...the two people ( a baby of 2 and a kid of 5 years old)!!!! And they ask for extra money of 150 eur. !!! I explained that before booking their accommodation I made sure to look into the conditions and it clearly stipulated that all kids are welcome....that mean that the kids can use the available bedding in accommodation with no supplements as it's the rule and known everywhere!!! And also added that when we booked the accommodation we booked the option with 6 adults instead of 4 adults!!! BUT APPARENTLY THE GREED WAS BLINDING THEIR MIND!!! The building is a family building and the owners live in the ground floor!!! SO PEOPLE LOOKING FOR PRIVACY,THIS IS NOT CASE!!! there are cameras filming all your movement!!! For us it was fine, we were using the accommodation only for the nights as you know the main entertainment is Europa Park and Rulantica... ANOTHER FACT AND THIS IS FOR BOOKING COMPANY...THEY ASK CUSTOMERS TO KEEP THEIR PHONE NUMBER FOR FURTHER BOOKINGS TO AVOID BOOKING APP SERVICE TAX AND THEY TELL YOU TO GIVE IT TO YOUR RELATIVES, FRIENDS IN CASE THEY ARE WILLING TO SPEND FEW NIGHTS NEAR RULANTICA AND EUROPA PARK WITH AN ATTEMPTING OFFER ( DISCOUNT)...!!! WE DO NOT RECOMMEND CUSTOMERS TO DO THIS...THIS IS WHERE YOU GET IN TROUBLE IF YOU DO THIS DIRECTLY, YOU ARE NOT COVERED BY THE ASSISTANCE OF BOOKING IN CASE OF A CONFLICT....THEY TRIED TO INTIMIDATE US BY TELLING US THAT LAST WEEK THEY HAD THIS ISSUE AND THEY CALLED THE POLICE...
