Tivemos todas as facilidades na casa que precisávamos, máquina de lavar e secar e outros. Não identificamos nada que faltou para nossa estadia.
• Anja (5/5): Enttäuscht, hatten uns mehr erwartet-vor allen der Schimmel war schlimm - Die Betten waren viel zu klein, 2 mal 1,20 und 1mal 1,60 - für 6 Personen zu klein. Das Schlafsofa unbequem. Achtung!!! Haus Nummer 9 - Schimmel an der Decke! Insgesamt renovierungsbedürftig und daher zu teuer

• Clairelyne (2/5): Annulation de dernière minute et proposition de logement de remplacement sale et avec un lit cassé - Sa localisation parfaitement placée au pied de la station de métro Victoria Gestion catastrophique de notre séjour. Quelques heures avant d’arriver, nous avons étés informées que la maison réservée n’était plus disponible (la raison ne nous a pas été précisée). À la place on nous a proposé une autre maison, dont un des 3 lits était cassé et inutilisable (elle comportait donc 2 chambres et pas 3). Ce lit cassé a été « remplacé » par un matelas de taille enfant dans le salon, inadapté pour nous qui sommes adultes. Cette seconde maison n’était pas propre avec notamment des toilettes sales avec une chasse d’eau non tirée, une poubelle pleine non vidée, un verre d’eau utilisé et non nettoyé dans la cuisine, des boites de bonbons entamés dans la cuisine…etc.. Après une soirée de galère dans la rue, nous avons fini par être relogées par booking. Nous ne pouvons donc pas évaluer la maison réservée en elle-même, n’ayant jamais pu y mettre les pieds.
• Annabel (5/5): Super emplacement mais glacial en terme de chauffage. - Emplacement et praticite. Pas de chauffage pendant la nuit. Glacial.
• Laura (8/5): A great few days in London at a handy, safe location. - Location, kitchen, living room were all great. Beds were comfortable. It was clean. A bit noisy at night for sleeping. Also too warm overnight. No blackout curtains. Pullout bed was uncomfortable. Damp/mold spot on ceiling one bedroom.

Table de cuisine normalement sur vérin pour adapter la hauteur, qui ne fonctionne pas, donc impossible à régler alors que vous mangez assis sur canapé.... Pas terrible pour le confort du dos. Jets massant de la baignoire ne fonctionnent plus.
• Angela (8/5): Great location - Great location and excellent communication from management. Great big kitchen and dining area for gathering with our family. A few things that just need repairs. Nothing at all major, but in this price bracket just a heads up to management to keep everything top notch for guests.

• Kristy (8/5): Very comfortable and spacious! Would definitely recommend!! - Location was awesome!! Beds were very comfortable Shower heads were weak because of calcium deposits which were stuck to the spray heads. Easily removed with my finger tips to increase the rate of flow.
• Katharine (10/5): - Very nice remodeled historical building. Good size for group staying. Prime location close to train, bus and underground stations, lots of tourists spots are in walking distance. Lots of restaurants, shopping and a supermarket in the area.

• Kitty (10/5): Excellent location. We enjoyed our stay. - Location was perfect for our travels, close to great restaurants, markets, and the Victoria bus and train station. Not enough towels for our stay. No appliance instructions. Couldn’t fighter the stove top.
• Chandra (7/5): - The host Jake was amazing. Very quick to respond and to fix the one issue we had. The location is 10/10. Very close to buses and tube station. There were also a ton of restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance (less than 5 min) The stairs were the most significant issue during our stay. They are extremely steep and narrow, making it very difficult — and even unsafe — to carry a suitcase up to the upper floors. Once in the top two bedrooms, there was no space available to store or open a suitcase, which made things quite inconvenient. Additionally, it was disappointing to only be provided with one towel per person for a 7-day stay. There were also no washcloths supplied for washing your face or body, which are typically standard in most accommodations. Overall, a few small changes could make a big difference in comfort and usability for future guests.

• Steve (7/5): Good location, tidy home - Location was central. Clean and reasonably modern. No Wifi for 4 days which meant no tv’s, entertainment systems, computers. Receive Hard to accept with a family on holidays.
• Adams (10/5): Very clean, comfortable, private home in convenient London neighborhood - Wonder 3 floor private townhome in a terrific location steps away from Victoria Station. Quiet neighborhood and only but a block or two away from coffee shops, taverns, restaurants, and Gail’s Bakery. Very clean, remodeled. Kitchen and bathrooms completely updated. Will be back!
