• Federico (7/5): - La cama era cómoda y la cocina bien equipada La incomodidad de tener q calentar el agua para dicharae y que era poca cantidad. El espacio muy reducido para ser 4. Bastante oscuro. La zona es alejada del centro

• Marco (9/5): - Ero già stato in questo appartamento un mese nel 2020 (con diversa gestione, credo) e ne conoscevo i pregi (molti) e diifetti (pochi). L'appartamento è minuscolo, ma accogliente e organizzato benissimo, la posizione è ottima. La pulizia settimanale (garantita anche a chi, come me, si ferma per periodi più lunghi) è estremamente accurata e i contatti con l'agenzia efficienti e cordiali. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo. Tornerò sicuramente Qualche stoviglia in più in cucina sarebbe gradita

• Vladimir (5/5): Nice location, good for max 2 persons and short stay - Communication with the host was quick and efficient The apartment’s location is excellent The apartment was clean The apartment is very small and equipped with only basic items (with constant feeling that everything will crash if used) Feels a bit cluttered and lacks style Washing machine is placed in the kitchen Damaged parquet under the window with a hole in the floor Window cannot be properly closed The auxiliary sofa bed is unusable for adults (only suitable for small children)

• Granadino (9/5): Comodidad - Poder hacer el desayuno, y regresar a un ambiente acogedor después de los tours con tranquilidad es un lugar seguro y cerca al centro caminando Bueno ya no es culpa del dueño , estaban trabajando en la calle poniendo unas tuberías q perjudicó al apartamento se fue la luz y tuvimos q salir temprano ya q no había luz al regresar por la tarde ya había luz en el apartamento

• Svetlana (10/5): Perfect! - The location is exceptional! Quiet! But very close to many historical attractions, 3 - 5 minutes from metro. Amazing park nearby, through which you can go straight to the Acropolis! 10- 15 minutes walk to Acropolis and Plaka. 2 metro stations to Sintagma and Ermu street, I didn't use taxi at all. The studio is clean and quiet, has everything needed. In a 3 minutes walk there are a lot of restaurants, cafes, small supermarket etc. There is a roof terrace with a stunning view of the Acropolis and the mountains. It is very pleasant there at night. I really enjoy to stay at this studio. Not convenient for smoking people.
• Orit (8/5): It's worth the price - if you don't smoke or are sensitive to noise. - The location was relatively good. The apartment was properly furnished and had everything - you can see that they thought of everything! The guy who took care of us was really lovely and answered every question, and even came especially to get us keys. The apartment is on the ground floor, we didn't know that before, and we probably wouldn't have taken the apartment if we had known. Since the apartment was on the ground floor, they heard everything that was happening on the street and in the lobby of the building - there was one day when they were cleaning the stairwell and it was simply impossible to continue sleeping. Most of the time the street was quite quiet, but it was enough for someone to speak loudly or a motorcycle to pass by and we would wake up. In addition, it was noted that there is a terrace, which is actually a shared roof... I must point out that the roof was clean and pleasant, but for smokers it was a bit annoying to take chairs from the apartment, take the elevator up to the 5th floor and then another flight of stairs and open a door to the roof. In addition, for hot water, you have to turn on the water heater 20 minutes before taking a shower, which is a bit of a bummer when you arrive after a day of walking... and the water in the bathroom didn't work as it should, you had to press a few times and hard to get a stream.
• Sanja (10/5): The best place and the best host - Everything was PERFECT, great location, near to everything. You can go on foot to the main atractions, also there is a metro station nearby. The host was very responsive and helped us with EVERYTHING. There is also a free parking on the streets. The apartment has all of the amenities, also it has Netflix, that we really enjoyed watching at the night when we returned from the extensive walks. Everything was perfect, I liked everything! There are no complaints.
• Steve (10/5): An other dream trip ticked off! Best ice cream in the world - Had everything you could want! Great AC. Great water pressure for shower. Full kitchen. Flat screen TV ( so I could watch depressing news on my vaca 🤪 street is fairly quiet. Walked to everything my whole stay. Ground level not great for natural light . But it did have sound prof windows
• Aliaksandr (8/5): Very good - Close to Acropolis, clean and has everything you need for stay. Quite.
• Danny (5/5): Passable - The studio is newly refurbished and very well equipped which is nice. The cleanness was also very good. The apartment is located on the ground floor - actually below street's level - facing the street - problematic from privacy PoV (unless you keep your curtains closed at all times which is not convenient). There are noise problems from the street as well - starting very early in the morning. And the fact that it is street-facing ground floor apartment is not obvious from the apartment description - should have been emphasized more. The promoted terrace with Acropolis view turned out to be just a regular roof - with antenna cables, birds waste and so on + no available seating chairs - no way anybody can sit there and enjoy the view.
