- Ali (1/5): The place was a death trap - I have to say it was not great which is a shame because the location. Was good the window broke then smashed no one came to fix it the heating did not work and hot water the guy came and fixed the hot water but the heating did not work and the toilet did not flush
- Ali (10/5): Exceptional -
- Roxanne (10/5): Lovely london getaway in a great area. - This was our third time staying in this lovely apartment in the beautiful Little Venice. Everything was perfect as always and the hosts are friendly, very easy to communicate with and will go out of their way to ensure you have a perfect stay.
Two things especially worth mentioning are the comfiest bed ever, which literally feels like sleeping on clouds and the really good quality, soft and fluffy towels! Something which so many other apartments seem to fall short on.
Highly recommend staying here!

- Roxanne (10/5): A lovely stay - Beautiful and clean apartment in stunning Little Venice. The bed is super comfortable and the towels were amazingly soft and fluffy. The kitchen has everything you need and there’s great places to eat, drink and shop nearby. The hosts are amazing to communicate with and very helpful when needed and even arranged an extra nights stay at very short notice! Thank you. Only a couple of things worth mentioning. Not enough towels, washing machine did not work, and wifi doesn’t have great connection in the bedroom.
- Amir (1/5): Staying in this property was nothing short of a nightmare, and I DO NOT recommend it at all. - The only positive thing I can say about this disgusting property is that the location is good. We arrived around 8 pm after an extremely long and exhausting journey, only to face the daunting task of hauling all our suitcases and luggage up a treacherously narrow staircase. The state of the property horrified us. There was absolutely no way we could stay in such a squalid place. The beds were matted with hair, the entire property was disgustingly filthy, and it posed a severe risk of various skin infections. The overflowing rubbish bins added to the nightmare. We paid around £3200 for 3 weeks at this revolting property but didn't even last an hour. Throughout the entire 3 weeks, the host never contacted us or replied to messages sent via Booking.com about the problems.
We took many pictures and videos and sent them to Booking.com. Now, we're left waiting for Booking.com to issue a full refund.
These hosts, who show no regard for their guests, shouldn't be allowed to rent out their disgusting properties on reputable websites like Booking.com for people who are planning their vacation and expect to rest from the moment they arrive, not search for another place at 9 pm.
