• Anna (3/5): Would not recommend the property. - Beds were comfortable and it was in a good location. There was no sound proofing - felt like we were sleeping on the street. Every car / motorbike/ pedestrian/ footstep could be heard. Also there was damp, small shower, scruffy paintwork and sockets taped up with sellotape - not as described!!
• Lisa (9/5): I’d def stay here again, overall the apartment is great and has everything one could need. The welcome package was a nic - Location was amazing! Unit was clean and the beds and linens were very comfortable. The shower was a bit moldy and the hot water was not consistent. The high windows above the main entrance could use new window coverings as they were shabby.
• Paul (3/5): - Location Ran out of toilet paper and soap. When asking for more, there was no follow up. The unit could have been cleaner. The unit smelt musty. The bathroom door does not close . The front door is challenging to open.
• Trombetta (4/5): Spiacevole - Sporca, umida, condizionatore non funzionante bene, muffa, non pulita la struttura prima del check in. Anche le posate erano sporche.
• Lourdes (8/5): - La ubicación perfecta, a 10 m caminando al centro. Cerca un Carrefour express y también estación de autobuses Olor a humedad pero bueno, hizo el alojamiento su función
• Myriam (8/5): Un appartement spacieux et confortable mais humide et demandant d’être assaini. - L’emplacement de l’appartement est idéal. Beaucoup de choses peuvent se faire à pied et c’est un vrai plus. Les lits sont confortables et l’appartement spacieux. La cuisine agréable avec un lave-linge. La climatisation est vraiment un plus en plein mois de juillet. L’humidité est très présente dans l’appartement malgré les déshumidificateurs. Il doit y avoir des fuites dans les murs car la peinture cloque à certains endroits et il y a de la moisissure dans la douche. D’autre part, certaines prises électriques n’ont pas de caches, notamment celle derrière le lit double, avec le bloque prise qui sort du mur quand vous essayez de débrancher les lampes. Pas sécure. La vaisselle dans la cuisine à relaver car pas propre.
• Iris (9/5): Wonderful and charming spot, near Santa Croce. - Very central and beautiful location. Beautiful space inside, all facilities you need are available. We would definitely go here for a next stay in Florence.

• Taima (10/5): Exceptional - it was in a very nice location, away from the crowds where you can get a sense of local life, but also a 10 minute walk from almost all the attractions, like the duomo, uffizi.. the place is clean with all the amenities available. it was a great stay! the only thing I didn’t like is that there were no accessible window you can open to get some fresh air
