• berkant (5/5): - Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut, direkt am Hauptbahnhof, was die An- und Abreise sowie Ausflüge sehr bequem gemacht hat. Der Ausblick aus dem 18. Stockwerk über Wien war beeindruckend und ein echtes Highlight. Außerdem war die Wohnung sauber. Leider waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt insgesamt enttäuscht, auch wenn die Sauberkeit der Wohnung in Ordnung war. Bereits bei der Ankunft gab es große Probleme mit dem Parkplatz. Die angegebene App funktionierte nicht, und der Wachdienst ließ uns nicht in die Parkgarage einfahren. Erst nach mehrmaligem Hin- und Hertelefonieren mit dem Vermieter und nach fast einer Stunde Wartezeit durften wir ohne App-Zulassung in die Garage fahren. Das war sehr stressig und unprofessionell organisiert. In der Wohnung selbst fehlten grundlegende Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs: kein Spülmittel in der Küche, keine Handseife im Bad und nicht genügend Teller. Im Badezimmer lief beim Duschen das Wasser im ganzen Bad aus, was sehr unpraktisch war. Auch die Angaben zum Parken waren widersprüchlich. In der Booking-Beschreibung war ein Tagespreis von 20 € angegeben, vor Ort wurde jedoch eine Tagesgebühr von 25 € verlangt. Zusätzlich war die Minibar irreführend beschrieben. In der Küche stand lediglich eine Espressomaschine, die als Minibar bezeichnet wurde. Es waren nur 4 Kapseln vorhanden, weitere Kapseln mussten extra bezahlt werden. Zusammenfassend: Die Organisation – insbesondere rund um das Parken – war mangelhaft, und mehrere Angaben in der Beschreibung entsprachen nicht der Realität. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt für uns daher nicht.

• Clemens (8/5): Nice, but no internet, no service - Close to the main station, imoressive view Bright and spacey appartement There was no internet connection for the full stay of several days. The contact via booking.com provided effectless advice. As a result neither Wifi nor television did work. No one showed up to support or solve the problem. There is the general impression that management never checks the flat's state except letting it be cleaned: Shade of floor lamp is loose, handle of freezer compartment in fridge is absent so it does not fully close, scratches on the kitchen table, broken cover of a socket outlet in the bathroom, missing cushions of chairs on the balcony, stains on sofa and chairs, motorized shades partially go down only with manual support. The appartement is quite new, bright and spacy. But without proper care it will not keep its level for long. Bring your own dish towel, because none is provided. Same for shampoo. Building is next to the mainstation. Therefore: a) it is good to reach b) the noise level is significant c) you have a nice view of the rails and platforms

• OSKAR (10/5): - Ładny, czysty apartament na 18 piętrze z niesamowitym widokiem na Wiedeń w świetnej lokalizacji. Brak instrukcji obsługi klimatyzacji i płyty indukcyjnej.
• Harjula (9/5): Superb - The size of the room was perfect and the view from the balcony was amazing. Only negative thing was the ac not working well.
• Daniel (9/5): Great location and views in a functional, modern apartment - Location was fantastic. We were part of a larger group that was staying next door at the Andaz. The central station is a few walking minutes away and for the city, the tram is right there. We actually came by car from Germany and were grateful that they had a garage (€20 extra per day). Oh, and the view from the apartment (top floor) is spectacular. I’m not sure there is actually an AC in the apartment. We had to vent through the windows but it’s a busy area so you can’t sleep with open windows. We also had some party going on next door two of the three nights we were there (a long week). Not the owner’s fault, of course.
• David (1/5): Nice view, poor management, bad smell, dirty - View The apartment smells very bad. We bought some air freshner, but it didn't help the issue. The cleaning was very poor, it was dirty. We had to buy cleaning products and clean ourself. Kitchen was poorly equipped, basic things were missing (like bottle opener, microwave, sugar, etc.). Dirty glasses, plates, everything was dirty or barely cleaned. There is a dishwasher but they don't provide any capsules for it. There is no AC, the apartment is very hot during the summer it gets lot of sun, especially in the afternoon. Trains are very noisy, they go right under the building. The water is flowing off from the shower everywhere around the bathroom, there is no cabin, they provide a tool for it to keep the water inside the shower area, very inconvenient. The wifi was not working, the host didn't seem to care at all to fix it, during our entire stay (5 nights) there was no wifi. The communication of the host is very poor, they don't reply to messages, don't answer the phone and don't solve any of the issues. Very poor management of the accommodation.

• Susan (1/5): A place to avoid! - Absolutely nothing!! We could not even find the apartment!! The address given led to an upscale hotel. The link provided would not open. The hotel staff kindly assisted to call the given contact number numerous times but to no avail. It was late at night and cold. This was in March 2025. We had to frantically book another hotel and incur additional expense after forking out good money for this one. It was an utter disappointment and we are still trying to obtain a refund. There has been no apology nor contact from the property even after the matter was escalated to booking.com several times.

• Sanja (10/5): Nice appartement with garage, good host, just few written things could make things smoother - Easy communication from the host, Good location & garage Info about getting into the apartment should have been sent latest at the day of payment as In order to enter the garage you need to download the app, watch the video with explanation and it takes time and good internet. I must say that the host was a great help, but would appreciate those info at least day prior to arrival - Would be nice that there at least a soap in the appartement and extra garbage bags.

• Silver (9/5): Spacious apartment with a great view - Great location! Nice view and spacious apartment. Coffee capsule machine. Tram stop, train station nearby, metro stop ca 10 min walking distance through the train station. Public parking on nearby streets available. It was difficult to understand the integrated air conditioning system, and probably it did not work. Luckily there was a portable air conditioner. Could be more generous with dishes and coffee capsules.

This was one of the main reasons we decided to book this room. After communicating with the host, he informed us that there was indeed a luggage storage although not a locked one. The day before our stay, though, when we asked again to confirm that there was a luggage storage, we were informed that that was not true. Instead we had go leave our luggage at the train station and we lost a lot of time and we paid extra to store them. When we arrived we discovered that there was not even a reception whereas the initial message said that there was luggage storage at the reception which is a misinformation.

• Prushotman (7/5): Located minutes walk from Wien Hbf - The location, just minutes walk from the Wien Hbf. The view from the 18th floor was something to enjoy with a cup of coffee. The appointment was clean..soft white towels, bathroom and all, The property manager's instruction videos on self check in were very detail and helpful when we arrived late evening. The mattress was like tofu, it sank.. There was no slippers in the apartment, as you know in the West ppl walk around the apartment with their shoes, I didn't bring my own slippers, so I had to endure walking barefoot. And surprisingly, I could hear the trains, thought the windows would have adequate sound proofing.
• Dmytro (7/5): I was disappointed - Location is good. Next to train station and close to the city centre. Apartment was not cleaned properly. A lot of hair found on the floor in bathroom. The sink in bathroom was badly clogged making a lot of discomfort when using the sink. The washing machine located outside of apartment on the ground floor. There are 2 washing machines and 2 tumble dryers for an entire block. Those washing machines are being occupied almost at all times.

• Kejal (10/5): Beautiful apartment, stunning views & amazing location - This was just an excellent find in a fantastic location. 2 minutes from the main station, it was very convenient. The apartment itself was modern, well-equipped and beautiful with a big balcony featuring stunning views across Vienna. Absolutely recommended!
• Chieh-yu (6/5): Won’t visit again - The location is very good, near the main station. The room is spacious and the view is great. The room was not clean and tidy, the floors in the kitchen and living room were sticky. The toilet has no place to hang towels and lacks adequate toiletries. There is no washing machine in the room, that is on the first floor of the community. You need to make an appointment in advance and pay a fee. And the luggage cannot be stored after check-out.
• Michael (7/5): Nice apartment but lacked some basic items - Nice apartment in close proximity to public transport Spacious and good sized bathroom There were a few items that let our stay down. Was advertised with a washing machine in the apartment but was instead a shared laundry room(2 washing machines and 2 dryers) for the entire building with a booking system that was essentially booked out for our entire stay. We needed to go to a laundromat. Cooling in the apartment did not work very well and we also had issues with getting normal TV channels. Only 2 coffee pods were provided for the coffee maker for 2 people over 3 days. No tea tea bags were provided .
• A. (8/5): Very good - The view and location The washing machine on the ground floor, in the public Landry of the building , and the apartment on the 18th floor ? The heating system, which is used as air-conditioning without in an out ventilation, makes the apartment hot even when it is in the cooling mode.

• Alexandruszabo (10/5): Astonishing view of Vienna - The building is very modern and the apartment looks great. It is clean, you have a lot of facilities and THE VIEW IS ASTONISHING. It is on the 18th floor, fast reachable by elevator. The parking haus is in a building nearby, 50 meters away. It can be tricky to park before taking the key and finding the parking house, but the explanations are very clear.
• Malgorzata (9/5): We will stay here next time too! - very nice modern apartment. terrace with a great view over Vienna. The only thing I missed was a pot, there were only two pans in the apartment.
• Natali (8/5): Short trip in Vienna - Modern apartments with beautiful view. Good location near was bars, underground, buses and station with a lot of shops. It seemed to us that the apartment lacked hooks for towels in the bathroom, shelves to put your things in the bathroom. And I would also add about the cleaning, which is not very high quality. for example, the shelves in the refrigerator were dirty. Hope the manager listens.

• Pawats (8/5): Perfect location and very nice modern building. - Perfect location. Very close to the train station. Convenient to get everywhere. The apartment is on the top floor, very nice view and breeze. Nice wide patio. Modern style design of the apartment building. The place was very nice, with all the modern facilities but I think it was lack of touch from the owner to make it more livable. Little things like, there's no pot in the kitchen, no bath mat, no kitchen mat, half a tissue roll for 3 people 1 week stay, no hand towel, no shelf in the shower, etc. And there's no washer & dryer in the apartment where it's listed that it had on booking.com. The owner told us to go use the laundry room of the building instead which need to book time ahead. That's quite different to me.
