- Francisco Javier (3/5): Tengo la sensación de haber pagado en exceso por los 15 días - La ubicación está bien, aunque la calle donde esta la casa estaba muy sucia, los contedores a rebosar de basuras A primera vista estaba bien, pero una vez instalados te dabas cuenta de qué tenía muchas carencias y deficiencias. Había muchos armarios (cocina, habitaciones inutilizados con llaves y bridas). El agua caliente no llegaba bien al 2º baño el de la habitación. Las almohadas no son malas, son peor que eso, los colchones dejan bastante que desear. Sólo tenía una cazuela y la sarten más grande no cabía un filete. No había ni unas pequeñas instrucciones de los electrodomésticos, ni del sistema de calefacción por aire. Hemos estado 15 días y ni un cambio de toallas, estaban las justas para 5 adultos o cambio sábanas. Los estores de las habitaciones no tenían para subir y bajar y las cortinas del salón no se podía abrir porque se te caía encima el riel. La limpieza a medias, pues estaba límpio lo que se veía y había una escoba, pero no un recogedor...En fín a primera vista bien, pero después, muy "normalita..." No es una vivienda de lujo, en una situación normal, no con la especulación actual el alquiler mensual no superaría los 700€ y en el caso de vivienda de usos turístico, como mucho 700€ a la semana. Por otro lado, ir en coche, como nuestro caso, los 15 días suponen 400€ a mayores del parking (la casa está en zona azul) y eso que te indican como reclamo que hay una plaza de aparcamiento pero estaría alquilada (incluso ponen una foto). Excesiva fianza para lo que es y luego con la amenaza de cobrarte 40€ si se desconfiguraba la cerradura electrónica...(impresentable). Volveré a Málaga, pero esta vivienda descartada.
- JUANA (1/5): - Tuvimos una experiencia muy desagradable con la fianza, 450 €, por posibles daños. En uno de los dormitorios había dos mesitas de noche, una de ellas muy pequeña e inestable, la cual al abrir el cajón se vino abajo y la lampara cayo y se rompió, La empresa nos ha descontado 103 € de la fianza, por una lampara de la que tengo foto, que no cuesta mas de 10 €, alegando que tienen que comprar dos lamparas porque tienen que se iguales, cuando las mesitas no lo son, y que tienen que desplazarse a comprarlas y el desplazamiento esta incluido en el coste. Les he pedido en dos ocasiones la factura de las lamparas, pero no me la han enviado. No me niego a pagar lo que he roto, pero a pagar por lo mismo que he roto.
La puerta de entrada se abría con código y nos dio muchos problemas, estaba mal y nos consta en una reseña que a otros inquilinos no le devolvieron la fianza porque decían que habían roto la puerta, y si, la fianza se la quedaron pero la puerta no la arreglaron, a no ser que se volviera a romper, que creo es mucha casualidad.
Creo que han tenido una actitud muy abusiva, que por supuesto no volveré a alquilar con esta empresa y a verdad me he sentido muy desprotegida, pensaba que al alquilar a través de booking estas cosas no podían pasar.

- Enrique (10/5): Estancia recomendada - Bien situado, bien decorado, cómodo, amplio. Con detalles como vajilla y pequeños electrodomésticos, bien equipado. Con plaza de garaje y bien situado. Personal atento y amable. La plaza de garaje es pequeña, de acceso y estacionamiento complicado.
El piso tiene uso y necesita pequeñas reparaciones, cambio de algunos enseres y pintar de nuevo (muchas rozaduras y demás desgastes para ser un 10).

- Maria (9/5): Is a great place all newly renovated but the checking was difficult for us trying to open an App just to get the garage - Location and the apartment was all new renovated. A little too technical for us, we would like more personalized attention.
- Nick (7/5): Not all that it seems - we booked this apartment for 3 adults and 2 children, on arriving we found that there was only 1/3rd of a toilet roll, for 2 bathrooms! as it was a Sunday, most shops were closed. the clothes drying line from our 5th floor apartment, was a partly unworkable pulley system outside the kitchen window, with a small amount of cloth pegs, which rendered it unusable. the apartment itself looks amazing on the photos, however, we were always having to watch the children, as there is a large deposit held by the management, because of this we took many photos on arrival, showing marks on the furniture, and a rip on the sofa, cracks in the bathroom sink, the oven tray also had baked on food. - Andreea (10/5): To sum it up: we had a great staying in Malaga and we miss it already! - We arrived earlier at the location, because the flight was in the morning and we had a great surprise, that the host allowed us to check-in earlier. Collecting the keys was a bit challenging, because they have a modern way to open/close the door through out an application, but Charlie was there all the time from the beginning, to assist with everything, so everything went well. We enjoyed the location, close to the center of the city and we liked that very close we had a bakery to eat good at a fair price. We also had mini-markets close to us, pharmacies, the mall El Corte Ingles. Almost nothing! We had a short problem with the hot water, but even on Sunday, Charlie helped us really fast, in few minutes to solve the problem. The parking lot is very narrow, but our boys managed to park every time with no problems. Actually, the fact that you can't find parking on the streets and that this host offers a parking lot, it's a huge advantage!
