• Alex (10/5): - Very friendly and kind owner. Apartment is very clean with all necessities for a comfort stay. Very close to the walking city center street. Fully equipped kitchen. And highlight is the veranda with a lot of flowers, big table and chairs.

• Guest (10/5): A perfect stay in the heart of Varna — a clean, quiet flat with a wonderful host. - The flat’s location is perfect — right in the heart of Varna, close to everything the city has to offer, yet quiet and very peaceful. Katy, the host, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She responded quickly to all our messages, assisted us with directions, and personally greeted us at the flat. Our request for early check-in was kindly accommodated at no extra cost, and we were pleasantly surprised by a lovely welcome gift waiting for us upon arrival. The flat was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!
• Daniel (9/5): Perfect Location! - The Apartment was very close to very nice Restaurants, small Supermarkets and Bakeries. The facilities in the Apartment were also very good, with Two TVs, coffee machine (dolce Gusto), hair dryer and House shoes.

• Cami (10/5): Foarte plăcut și vederea de pe terasa apartamentului era în curtea interioară și se vedeau clădirile din centru. - Apartamentul a fost foarte spațios, cu multă lumină . Curățenie de nota zece. Lenjeria și prosoapele de un alb imaculat. Este foarte aproape de centru. Ai 5 minute de mers pe jos până la bulevardele pietonale unde găsești restaurante pentru luat masa. Happy Grill e la 5 minute și am mâncat foarte bine. Am avut apartamentul la etajul 5, cu lift nou. Parcarea la proprietate. Pentru noi a fost foarte importantă deoarece mașina era jos, în curtea interioară, cu acces doar pentru locatari. Wi-fi ok. Nu am nimic de reproșat.
