It informs the client, that the property will decide the approval or not of the reservation. In the case of being a bachelor party, birthday party, or other party, it will have to be approved by the property because it is conditioned.
In the case of being a bachelor party, or a party that is agreed to celebrate, the total payment of the reservation, complete, plus the €500 deposit, is established. Which will be in cash on arrival at the property in the delivery of keys.
These are conditions that must be accepted by the customer in case you want to stay as a farewell. If you do not accept them, we will proceed to cancel your reservation. Also, if the reservation is for seven people or more, or for more than two days, 200 euros will be blocked. Thank you.
Please note that a surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours. After 22:00 the surcharge is €30 and after 00:00 the surcharge is €50. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Monika (9/5): I really like that place! Good price, pretty apartment and nice people :) - The localization is really near to Center of Malaga. It was a big facilitation. Contact before arriving also was a big plus. I got every detail at Whatsapp, so we were in touch every time when I had any questions. We took our keys for the hour we agreed on. Also there was an option to have a parking place, but we didn't need that. We got fresh towels and bed linen. At the apartment are ground floor and first floor. At ground floor you will find nice salon with open kitchen. Also, there is a bathroom with washing machine and dryer. In the kitchen you will find all necessary kitchen tools, cutlery or dishes. There is a capsule coffee machine. What's more, there is a Wi-fi. It worked without any complaints. At the first floor you will find big bedroom and before that, there is an open wardrobe in the passage (you will find there a clothes dryer, iron and ironing board). It was a bit hard for me to understand everything during introduction of apartment and picking up the keys. Very nice women who gave me those was speaking in Spanish, and my Spanish isn't perfect. But most important things were clear for me. I think the solution can be using google translate :) And don't worry, conversation on Whatsapp and Booking was in English :)
