• ha-se (7/5): - Cooles design. Gute Anbindung an die Metro. Kaffe vorhanden. Genug Toilettenpapier. Eigene Hausschuhe mit Logo die sehr bequem waren. Online Schlüssen ist praktisch wenn man keinen Schlüssel mitschleppen will. Schlle Antwort über Booking. Leider war die Matratze so klein dass wir als Kollegen zu zweit nicht gut schlafen konnten. Die Federung der Matratze war so extrem dass wenn sich der einen umgedreht hat der andere quasi aus dem Bett geschmissen wurde, Mir ist schlaf wichtig deswegen hier Punktabzug. Derr Link zum Check in wurde erst geschickt als wir schon vor der Tür Standen, war unpraktisch. Die Halterung der Dusche war /ist kaputt.

• Leyla (1/5): Miserable! - The location was Ok and the beds were good. Clean towels and linens. No hot water basically has to wait 5 minutes for the water to warm up and within 3 minutes there was no hot water and would have to quickly wash ourselves with freezing water. We were 5 in our group and 4 of us never took showers in the 3 nights since it was cold and the other 3 had to divide and one take a shower in the morning and the other at night. The shower was so moldy and dirty. Defiantly the worse part about staying at this unit. One toilet had a very old way to flush and very inconvenient. All in all needed a good cleaning and a lot of maintenance the pictures are definitely misleading and don’t represent the truth.

• Marija (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very clean, cozy, and well maintained. Everything was exactly as described, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. The host was kind and welcoming. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again!
• alessia (8/5): Siamo stati bene una casa accogliente e confortevole, ottima la vicinanza a tutti i servizi - una posizione top camere pulite anche cucina. Migliorerei i bagni soprattutto quello senza finestra aggiusterei qualcosa areatore, lavandino, porta ecc.

Somente um banheiro para banho com chuveiro muito fraco e água fria. A equipe foi muito prestativa sempre mas não conseguiram ajeitar o chuveiro.

• Maciej (10/5): Bardzo fajny pobyt. - Obiekt znajduje się przy samym wyjściu z metra. 12 minut pieszo do Duomo. Balkon z pięknym widokiem. Dwie łazienki. Czysto. Gospodarz pomocny. Kontaktowy. A przy wejściu do budynku pyszna kawiarnia z najlepszymi croissantami ( całość 2,3 euro).

Good apartment but terrible shower system and electrics. - Location and decor/ size of apartment There was hardly any hot water and the shower pressure was minimal so difficult to gave a decent shower and be able to wash your hair before the water ran cold. No hot water on waking and had to wait in-between each guest shower. Also poor electrics and we didn’t like the digital key system much either. Actually got an electric shock from the adapter plug they provided which was needed for most plug sockets.

• Gerard (8/5): Nice apartment close to the subway, although center is on walking distance. - Nice spacious apartment. Good location near the center. One night they were working on the pavement in the street, all night long. That was exceptional, I understand, but still annoying.

• Struan (3/5): Disappointing from Sweett in who have previously been excellent hosts. - Good location for transport links and short walk to the Duomo Aircon was very poor, only cooled the apartment from 30° to 28° over the course of two days (with doors and windows closed)! When asked for a fan the hosts denied despite offering one on request in the advert! Sofa bed is not a bed it’s instead just a large rigid couch.

• Aleksandra (2/5): Not recommended - We didn't get the apartment you see in the photos. When we arrived, we realized that the balcony was not the same of photos. we had a balcony without view and without small table as on the photos with a beautiful view. What's more, the kitchen and bathroom are really old and totally different from the photos we saw on the link. When we asked for explanation, they said that these photos are from different apartments not only from this one.

• Zakharenko (6/5): Pleasant - The location is good, walking distance from the metro station and from the main sights. The beds was very good and comfortable. The boiler! The hot water was run out in the middle of the showering. And we weren’t aware about that and got not the pleasant experience. It was 4 of us, so to get a shower we’re needed to wait one after another:(
• Shadmani (8/5): It was overall a good experience... - Breakfast was not included... Location was very good as the Metro station was just beside the property... If they would have been a bit vigilant of the arrival of us and coordinated us we'll before and forwarded us code of the door... I was with my family out side of the building wondering how to open the door, no Wi-Fi access at that time, I had to call to my agent in Pakistan, he contacted on the given number and somehow we managed to get the code and entered the property... It was frightening, which could have been solved by sending the code earlier... Secondly, I deposited 100 USD as security deposit which was supposed to be refunded after inspection of the property which is not refunded yet, I am waiting for it...

• Dimitra (7/5): Enjoyable but could be improved - The fact that we could use the digital keys was great as we were a big group arriving at different times. One of the rooms has an amazing view. The sofa bed was broken and overall uncomfortable. The apartment got cold at night and we couldn’t adjust the temperature. Overall there isn’t much attention to detail (sink in the bathroom for example is not fixed properly)

We were close to everywhere, like all attractions were in walking distance but still, had the option to take metro or tram in 2 minutes but still, the House and neighbourhood were very quiet. Design of the House was nice and the size was highly enough for 4 people. Good to have 2 toilets. The locks and check-in process were easy to use. We stayed at 5th floor, the building had an old elevator but it was working :) It was an advantage to have an iron in the place, as we travelled with backpacks. House had only one air-conditioner so the we had to keep the bedrooms doors open at nights. Some of the cabinet doors were broken but still, so much space for a vacation storage. There were lots of ants in the kitchen! They had to be cleaned :( Size of the shower was a bit small
• Stefan (9/5): A great apartment - Amazing place, 10 minute walk to Duomo di Milano. Easy communication with the staff, they were very helpful with everything. The street gets quite busy early in the morning, so it gets loud around 8am.

• Abraar (2/5): It was below my expectations because of shower problem and a/c but staff was amazing , cleanliness was perfect also - The customer support answered my questions and were there to assist me whenever i needed,quick responsive There was a problem in my shower during my stay as the technician was explained unfortunately it was planned to be fixed but till my check out i was not, which gave us a really hard time not being able to shower Also sofa bed is enough for one person only plan accordingly Regarding deposit refund I can’t comment yet didn’t get as after 48 hours they will confirm it

• Melody (10/5): Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed staying in the apartment. - The view from the balcony was amazing. Close to restaurants and shopping. Very clean. Ran out of hot water when showering. The seating in the living room was uncomfortable and the chairs from dining table were used for seating. Also uncomfortable.
• Zhelyazkova (7/5): Great place, but the online check-in and 350 EUR deposit left us with a bad taste - We loved the place - it was so well decorated, spacious, it had everything it needed. Perfect for a trip with friends. The location was perfect - about a 10-minute walk from Duomo and there were a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. The place, while not very well maintained (the iron worked, but the button was missing; there were a lot of patched up holes, lights weren't working, etc) which I raised to maintenance, the place was perfect for our girls trip. The online check-in process was exhausting and took way too much time and just didn't really work that well, especially if you don't live together. There was a 350 eur deposit, which is not mentioned anywhere when booking the space, and with all of the broken and missing things when we arrived, it even felt a little scammy. I cannot justify such a high deposit for the space.

• Elisa (9/5): Perfect stay - This place is a perfect place to stay in Milan. You can walk everywhere, wonderful view and very safe area.
• Jeffrey (8/5): Perfect place to call home while in Milan. - Great location a short walk to the metro and a 15 minute walk to the Duomo. The neighborhood was nice and has great shopping right outside your door.
• Lazaros (4/5): Overpriced and very noisy place but in a nice neighbourhood. - Nice location with nice view. Metro station 8 minutes away. City center on walking distance. Immediate response when needed to contact the owner (company). Nothing exceptional and extremely noisy. Metro constructions are taking place in front of the street as a well as noise from the plumping system of the building that made our nights unbearable.

• Hui (9/5): Superb - Close to transport (mrt n trams), many grocery options around, lift in building, good kitchen. Apartment was tastefully furnished, v roomy and clean. It was a little hard to find the building access, perhaps a street map will help. Was confused how to get into building but all worked out well. Enjoyed our stay and kids loved the apartment.

• Eran (9/5): Superb - Great Location Super clean, comfortable beds, showers, strong AC etc. Very smooth communication with host Lock app on iOS keeps crashing, unreliable. luckily we had android which worked well. There’s a construction in the street nearby
